As our unprivileged brothers and sisters plea their fortunate counterparts for aid,
As symbiosis and mutual interactions extend their roots to the isolated corners of the world,
As the public trust in institutions reaches an all time low,
The noblest messiahs of democracy and free market economies under the context of similar economic structure and ideologies shall row in unison in the most treacherous of the waters with the slogan of "Whatever the weather, we shall bear it together". On this day of second February the two thousand thirteenth year of our lord, do hereby enact and unit ourselves in the 'Organisation of Economic Co-operation and Development".
