Once the damn 3rd war in Me has ended,some of the troops will become a RAUM force.
But until then,they are needed.

Our 10th Legion is always ready to help out in a conflict, as long as it is not a direct war. Total strength: 400 000.
We cannot fight in a conventional war due to the constitution explicitly banning it, but everything else is allowed. And these 400 000 men are all well trained and well-armed. Then, the conflict rule is null and void, although the troops will be considered under the command of whatever country they're hired to, and we take no responsibility for them.

The 10th Legion is considered one of our best conventional units, and is combined arms. This includes air force, naval and infantry units. The package comes with the vehicles that the soldiers use, as well as any munitions required, although elite military equipment such as our aircraft carriers are not allowed to be used for mercenary operations. It is estimated that per 10th Legion soldier fallen in war, there would be around 3 conventional soldiers killed, and the training level of normal Rombergian soldiers are on par with special forces soldiers, with military training known for being one of the most brutal in the world. Although, this statistic does not include the classified military operations forces, the so-called "black ops" of the countries.
