This is also going to be used to finish the peace talks/aid.

A recent discovery had been made at the radio station, where this all started. A monarchist Black Ops mission in the Nationalist Capital found documents suggesting Nationalist spies conducted the "raid" to spark a war against the two powers. They also found out they did this so they could grow bigger and would've had a bigger say in Congress.
