The International Ice Patrolling and Monitoring Organisation (IIPMO), is an alliance of nations that annually send supplies, ships and men to frozen areas of the world to patrol and monitor the formation and collapse of ice.

I think the partnership between the MEPP and IIPMO will be good relationship, meaning both sides will get access to resources and bases of operation that would not usually be available to them. Following this agreement, I think that setting up some sort of summer-only Research Station on one of the Ortusian glaciers would be a great first step for our Organisation. Of course the Research Station would be a joint venture between the MEPP and IIPMO.

On behalf of everyone here at the Environmental Preservation, Protection and Awareness Agency I Thankyou for accepting our nation and one of its citizens in to the International Ice Patrolling and Monitoring Organisation. We are positive that we will contribute to this organisations success either through funding and/or manpower. We here at the Environmental Preservation, Protection and Awareness Agency have the latest equipment for dealing with the harshness of the winter climate, such as gritter trucks, snow-ploughs and de-icing trucks. As your organisation may already be aware of, we currently maintain a sizeable claim on the continent of Antarctica that was recently part of a government-funded colonisation project, seeing the establishment of the first civilian settlement in the region. Due to our significant presence in the region we feel it would be in the best interests of both these inhabitants and the entire nation for Kington Langley to seek full membership in your organisation.

Understanding the need for cooperation in order to make this venture internationally effective, our government would be willing to lease out and even construct brand new facilities which would be reserved exclusively for the use of IIPMO members.
