The damn communists were in the village. The 3/RKIR had been assigned to clearing the area of the terrorists. They were traitors in the eyes of Lt Colonel Kai Ghong and his soliders. The men of the RKIDF were good soliders and well armed to deal with the situation. Ghong looked from the top of his ICV-69 IFV, the RKIPS had called for backup. The police officers armed with assault rifles and some machine guns had the town surrounded. The colonel dismounted from his vehicle. The Police commander came over to the solider, the two men faced each other. 3RKIR had a reputation, the battalion had been founded during the Kasiong Emergency, when the regiment had grown. The Colonel had been a lieutenant during those times.

"Well, report Commander!"

"There are at least 30 insurgents in the village."

"We have it surrounded."

"So will you move in?"

"For fucks sake man."

"So you will move in?"

Ghong slapped the young policeman across the face.

"God damn it. Will you get two in your crotch and one in your head?" he looked over the buildings. He was angry at the fact that the KIPFA would want to destroy the country that Mcnernia and the Native people had built. It would turn into a place like the shit hole that was North Korea. Or a place like China. By his honor as a officer of the RKIDF he would not let that happen. His battalion would wipe out the enemy. He raised a hand, he spoke into the radio.

"All troops move in. Destroy the dogs."

The forces rolled into the villiage, the Police were pinned down in one side of the villiage, the solider of 3RKIR would relive the good police officers, and destroy the enemy. The soliders cleared house by house, sometimes they came across the KIPFA, the soliders fired into the terrorists and some fell.

"Damn it, they are still coming"

"Do you think I cannot see that?"

The ICV-69 was a midsize Infantry Fighting Vehicle. The 30mm cannons were fired into the buldings where the terrorists fired from the civilians were running away, but the soliders were all around the town, the people were arrested by the soliders who came from around here and were concerned of the KIPFA having such influnce as to seriously damage the order of the state of the Kaisong islands. The civilians were searched by Police and soliders. The KIPFA could not go anywhere so the RKIGDF could do some damage to the insurgents.

The battle was over, Navy ships had come to the islands, summoned by the Police. Transports brought members of the the RKIMF, Royal Kasiong Islands Marine Force. The Marine force of the Kaisong Islands. The command staff met to discuss the sitiuation. Lt Colonel Ghong was the first to point out the obvious.

"Gentlemen, we are at war."

"Yes, Ghong we realize this, both of us."

"This will be like the Emergency"

"I dont know about this. Things have changed."

"There are godless Communists."

The RKIDF made several landings that day, a force of 3500 soliders landed in the southern islands. RKIP Specials and the RKIDF were thrown into the fight against the resurgent KIPFA. The men were loyal to the Goverment of the Kaisong Islands. The Islands had governed themselves for quite a while now and the Prime Minister Bao Dungchai was inclined to keep it that way. The RKIDF Command Staff and the RKIP Command were behind the plan wich used the Navy to blockade Islands that were determined by Special Forces to hold the enemy. Then the RKIMF would land or the RKIGF and the KIPFA would be dealt with.

The 56 year old prime Minister of this colony one of the major Native politicians stood infront of the press on the steps of Goverment house. His face was grim and hard, he had spoken with Sean Donald the Governor. The man had declared that Griffindon was behind the actions of His Imperial and Royal Majesty King Emilion the Fourths Kaisongese forces.

"People of the Kaisong Islands, I come out today to say that the Kaisong Islands have come under threat again, I fought against the Red Menance in China, I led the Kaisong Battalion in the Chinese Civil War. And I failed, the mainland of China is in the hands of the Communists. The North Koreans suffer under a ruthless tyrant. The Kim family ,they claim that DPRK is a model of Communist prosperity. I say that this is a falsehood, the North Korean people are suffering. The "President" of the "Democratic Socialist Republic of the Cairdwaith Islands" is a strange and crazy man. He seeks to lead his people to freedom and yet ,I cannot and will not belive that a Socialist can lead people to prosperity. Good day."

The Prime Minister had been asked to comment on the general sitiuation that had been developing. The war in Hutanjia was one thing that the Prime Minister had feelings for, he had fought against Marxism. And he was prepared to deploy the RKIDF to help the Mcnernians in their fight. He wrote a letter to Diaz.

"Lets go lads." James spoke into his cellphone. The MVDF troopers checked their weapons. They moved towards the hotel, pullingdown their masks to make their identitiies unknown. A RAT conisisted of 5 guys, they would probably be escorting an arms dealer or something. They had AR-10A, AR-10 autos. Basically the AR-10 with fully auto capability, the people seemed to pay the area no mind. The troops were well trained.

The team entered the first floor of the hotel, weapons at the ready, the discussion was upstairs. The SAG moved toward the stairs. Gaining speed now, this was a kill job, faster the team was on the second floor. "Arrogant fucks. They dont know we could get them." The team moved up to the second floor. Halt Voices

Carlos Diaz was again on a trip. This time his journey had taken him into Kaisong Islands. Known for their triads, the Islands were to be best place for hunt.

Carlos got a call from local president. He was more than eager to respond. He took his escort from VIP sec team and they flew to local airport, where they were checked and taken to local government building. There Carlos entered office of Kaisongian President.

He bowed slightly to show honor to the president Lei. Wong was mystery to him, but Diaz was more than eager to talk with him.

Despite being dressed elegantly, Diaz still had something scary in him. His scars on face and muscular body added to aura of legend around him. He Slowly started conversation.

“ Greetings, mr. President. I am Carlos Diaz, CEO of Diaz Security and I think you know my deeds if you called me. Just Tell me about the problem, and me and my men would try if God allows to work on the solution. “

The reception was a simple, thing no honor gaurd or anything, the Prime Minister and a few RKIP body gaurds. He met Diaz at the general aviation section of the airport.

"Good day mr Diaz, I am the Prime Minister thank you very much and please, come with me." The air of the Kaisong Islands was warm, even in the fall it was a popular tourist destination. The Prime Minister escorted the solider to the waiting caravan, the VIP unit was secured in the motorcade. And diaz was taken into the Prime Ministers car. The Motorcade moved off into the city. The Prime Minister handed Diaz a map.

"What you have before you is the map of this colony. This country. Daiku is in the north, the communists are at the other end of this chain of islands. We have them contianed and we are making headway. You will provide an assessment of the RKIDF.

The Prime Ministers convoy passed through the heart of the city. Older victorian era buldings and traditional asian structures. The place was modern and prosperous, one of the jewels of the Empire. Some claimed China should hold the island chain but the people did not mind being a colony. It was effectively independant. The Prime Minister had adressed Diaz in english and he made a phone call in the dialect of Chinese known as Kaisongese.

"Hello, Sean, its me I have the man we are looking for. A Cuscatlani by the name of Diaz. Yes I know about mercinaries and you wanting to see if the Colonial Ministry in Griffindon could arrange for the Schwyzers. We are on the cusp of Dominion status. And then a republic can be declared without much trouble. We are host to the Space Center and a major force of Mcnernias military. And these Communists must be dealt with."

Here Carlos corrected his sunglasses, who gave him another bizzzare look, and continued:

And of Course, Carlos was a bit surprised about phone call. He didin’ t understood a word, but he was sure that Prime Minister was speaking about something important.

The Prime Minister smiled, "I was in contact with the Governor, a study in Kaisongese Mr Diaz." he smiled and then listened to the questions posed. "The Communists are...they are Maoists. What else would be here in Southern Asia? They are also nationalist to a degree they advocate for the state to run everything it seems. The KINSO, our Intelligence service could tell you more about them."

The convoy proceeded into the business district, the Prime Minister was quiet as was his nature.

"We play host to Mcnernian military forces, we are the host of the Space Center, RAF Mai Lu. And your job will to be a consultant. The General Staff needs an outside opinion."

Providing military consultations was Only part of things which Diaz Security was doing. Indeed, Carlos provided consultations before. And every time it meant a nightmare for communists.

Here Carlos looked outside. Business district. He didn’ t have one in El Cuscatlan, and seeing it was new experience to him, who has spent most time in wilderness hunting communist guerillas in third world counties.

Imperial Navy ships did not come when there were pirates. Sometimes the Navy came but...well the people were expolited by the Imperial Goverment...It depended on the viceroys. There were Polynesians in the south but the Imperial Army stationed here...drove them out." he paused to keep his facts in line. "And yet we were loyal to the Emperor. The Mongols, we were a target of, they came from the mainland of China and we beat them."

The bombers have not been used to attack North Cardwith. Its a damn long way. Even at full speed, you have the Falkasian Air Defenses to thank and the distance to make sure that SAC did not unleash HELL on your country."

Maxwell nodded. "Hmmm, well, I guess we could give it a go. We're not super keen on dealing with criminal Triads, as they tend to sell to the highest bidder. Before you tell me that they have some kind of code of honor, save it. Criminals are criminals.
But... we also work with whatever we have to get the job done in such dire needs. If they can help us, so be it. We can target both the fuel dumps and the ordnance sheds. I have a feeling trying to hit the bomber hardstands would be ineffectual."

Maxwell paused. His men were still in the corner of the room observing and mumbling to each other.

"How do you know so much about bomber operations, Damien, and why do you defend government tools? We don't care what they specifically did or didn't do...they are the enemy. Can we agree on that?"

The car drew to a stop infront of the Prime Ministers residence. The door was opened by the driver, the men of the RKIP spoke english and Kaisongese, they were talking with the Diaz men.

"I tell you, Skorpion is not very good at putting a man..."

Diaz and the Prime Minister were seen into the Residence. "The Triads know better than to upset the Government ,and well...they are people who have been in Cartels before mixed with a bit of terrorist."

" So we have got the same m************ who destroyed my conty before " said Diaz, and prime minister could see a lot of anger in his eyes. Diaz was always fireance and quick to be angry, and his hatred for cartels only lighed up situation " I need to inform general Martinez about fact that cartel remanants formed Sable de la Libertad and begun parasiteing on another county. Mr. Lei, I think that we all would agree that this group shows certain danger to our counties. Something must be done with them."

Wong was grim, if the Triads could not run their business's then he would have alot to answer for, the spread disease of crime. Best to keep the crimes under wraps. "Mr Diaz, the Triads they have learned not to upset the government. Not since the early days had the Triads been kept at bay. The Prime Minister led Diaz into his office, "They are a front, arms dealing mostly..buying guns for someone in South America."

The Prime Ministers office was simple, all that was nesscessary for being the head of Government of a major colony. A man was waiting, he wore a black uniform resembling an Army general. The man stood up and bowed to the Prime Minister.

"Minister Wong, so good to see you."

"Good to see you Prime Minister."

"Good to see you General."

"The progress against the KIPFA is going well."

"Good, good, what of the Triads."

"Quiet for now....cant gaurntee that though."

"This is Mr Diaz. he knows about our "Latin Businessmen."

Diaz had mixed feelings. He didn’t’ t know the Man. He didn’t’ t knew what to expect. But he already trusted prime minister Lei Wong. Wong seemed to be good man in Carlos eyes. So Carlos decided to act as fast as he could.

Then, he turned backside and continued:

“ I heard about Sable de la Libertad. I think we need to check on this organization. I believe they may be connected to criminals in my county somehow. “

One is the Special Duties Unit, SDU.. they are the urban unit, and the Police Special Support Unit. They are a more field force."
