An alliance of centaurs, satyrs, humans, and forest folks
Your generic ebil island complete with ogres, trolls, and goblins ruled by some shadowy figure
A small elvish empire or two
Marz as his trademark-pending dwarves
And of course me as self-loving dragons worshiped by lizardmen

Now that I think about, a kingdom of Deep Ones would be interesting. Perhaps they exist more as parasites, and need other species as hosts to turn into fish people? I'll need to think about it.

As well as the slaver, mercantile, superreligious, desert civilisation.
Well, we are probably more war-like than mercantile, but still.

Speaking of which, I have a suggestion regarding the rule that can hopefully enhance RP. It is a somewhat simple one:

Every one will have to list three things that their nation is famous for, as something that can be exported (material, knowledge, maybe even cultural products), AND three things that their nation is in need of, as something that can be, well, imported.

With it, I believe we can create the need for nations to interact with each other to... acquire things they need, from nations that have them, without resorting to complicated rules and so. How does everyone think about it?

Orks would be a fun race to have on the map as far as having interesting rps goes. If there were millions and millions of them it would force the possible interaction of other races. I would propose having the orks in the southern map and from there if having no human challenges, spreads and grows till it encompasses all the land south and then spreads to other lands!
