I apologize if I sound aggressive, but most of the app, in my opinion, is fluff until you get to that part of the app- which is where I have to voice concern when folks apply with billions of capital ships or claim disproportionate claims in the wrong tech era.

Alright, that works, although you can choose not to post exact and precise numbers- those are hard to determine, especially if you're indecisive about things like that (took me a few good hours to determine the layout of my recently revamped and still being revamped space forces). In this group, in the FT tech era, you will find numbers anywhere from a few hundred to a few million- all are acceptable until you get to the ten millions point, of which it becomes unacceptable.

Well, I have reached the point where I feel I have a solid base going, and where I can keep consistent with my facts, rather than have 15,000 ships one day and Billions the next, and that anything new would be RP'd into my nation rather than spontaneously added..

Well, I have reached the point where I feel I have a solid base going, and where I can keep consistent with my facts, rather than have 15,000 ships one day and Billions the next, and that anything new would be RP'd into my nation rather than spontaneously added..

I'm still fighting to reach that stage, largely because my original nation is either unRPable, unacceptable to the general NSFT community, way too noobish for my own liking, or a host of other issues... Current trends have me dropping my number of ships by orders of magnitude, although I think I've hit the acceptable point, technologies are stabilizing, and facts are becoming slightly more consistant. Past RPs have largely not been retconned, but instead turned into more of a vague history.

In the mean time, I'm thinking of making a more dystopian version of my nation... What to do...

Many people are familiar with the Halo series, many people play it, and just like how easy it is the basically make a nation based off star wars or star trek, or BSG, whatever, it's easy to base your nation off of the Halo.


I assume many of the younger NS'ers, since they're closer to video games, I myself am largely familiar, but prefer the Forerunners/Precursors
