Official Declaration from The Trotskyist Democratic Republic of Sviyazhsk
Comrades, workers of the world, fellow socialist nations, and international leaders,
The proletariat of Sviyazshsk has risen up against the capitalist system that has enslaved it for so long. We have been educated on the lies that they have been telling us, and how they wish to keep us down for their own wealth and prosperity. We will not be abject slaves to an inconsiderate master any longer! The government of a nation should make policies that serve the majority of its citizens, and in turn receives its power from them. When the government no longer represents the majority and does not govern to serve it, it is time for a revolution!
The former King of our nation, Alexander IV, has abused our rights as humans. Hundreds of thousands of people dying and starving on the street, having to spend the whole day scavenging for food and water, sometimes needing to resort to violence to survive. The political rights of our citizens being destroyed, with thousands of bloody and mutilated bodies covering the streets that they protested on. Meanwhile, the rich political classes of the nation continued to get richer, continued to get happier, and continued to not care about the needs of others. If a nation would dare interfere with our revolution against these things, let them be ashamed of themselves for endorsing this barbarism.
The revolution will not become the monster that it tried to fight. Alexander will be given a fair trial by an impartial and objective jury, and the nation is going to be modeled as a direct democracy. The people will decide what direction the nation goes in, and nobody else. All private enterprise in the nation is now banned, and all existing corporations are being nationalized.
Basic fundamental human rights will also be guaranteed in our constitution. The right to a job, house, clothing, food, and life. The right to free speech, a fair trial, and protection from government abuse. We will create a fair and equal socialist utopia that is ran by our people, for their benefit.
We call upon all proletarians living under oppression to see our example. There is still hope in earning your freedom, and do not ever give up your cause. Sacrifices must be made, but they should not be in vain. To the capitalist nations who wish to stop this thread to their oppression, think wisely about your decision. Not only must you face our people and their newly found freedom, but the international community.
