We, the members of the UC hereby form this organization to counter both the inlfuence and reach of PITO and SMIDICON and establish an independent organization that will unite truly sovereign nations together. By working together we can overcome foreign influence and better ourselves. By joining this organization your nation pledges to the following:
Section 1. No member nation shall wage war against the other in any unsanctioned circumstance.
Section 2. All members are encouraged to pool their collective resources and increase trade amoung member nations so as to build our strength and encourage mutual develpment.
Section 3. An attack on one member is considered an attack on all and all member nations must respond to the aid of that member attacked.
Section 4. Though no member nation must have a standing armed force, each nation should have defense capabilities enough to defend the home front until reinforcements can arrive.
Section 5. The Executive Council of Nations is hereby estalished, where all members are alotted one seat and one vote. The ECON will make all major decesions such as the deployment of forces and settlement of disputes amoung member nations. Also this council will amend the UC Charter being written here.
Section 6. By a 3/4 majority vote the ECON may ask member nations to launch an offensive military action. Only those who vote yea must contribute troops but ALL nations must not hinder or delay the other nations parktaking in the offensive and are encourged to contribute financial or other support.
Section 7. The UC Secretariat is established with the Secretary-General as head. He shall be in charge of running the day to day operations of the UC and also run military operations when authorized too.
Section 8. Every 30 days the ECON shall elect a new SecGen. Every 60 days a new Chair of the ECON will be choosen starting with the first admitted nation and working on to the next admitted and so on.
