After long days of negotiations, finally, the ESF became a member coalition of the Britannian crown, following the full terms of agreement and now the Novi Luziyca Nationalist Republic was promulgated, but still ESF is loosely inclined with the Crown. The new government set up its new capital city at Lavinna, a city at the heart of the state. Millions of people celebrated with this new feat, with the flag of new ESF being flown in the streets and homes of Nov-Luziycans. Thenafter, the Nov-Luziycan consulate called the Western and Eastern Yivakos to invite GRUF consuls and delegates to make them join ESF also.

With that event, also, the successful proclamation of independence of Eastern Viyagos was made, establishing a republic also there. The new flag of EV was flown, celebrations were almost everywhere, and the new government declare that day a holiday. Sub-Slavine diplomats returned home after a 3-month long secret negotiations with EV. The new capital city was also declared, naming it, "Crux-Luziycanis". A week after, elections were held, declaring Petr Chokalovsk as the new EV president.

Now, the Crown holds two confederacies, the BCC and the ESF, with a new ESF member, Eastern Viyagos. These two were never merged since the Crown highly upholds self-determination of states.

The Viktorikan Military Command now orders the 3 Sub-Ctesphine and 3 West-Stephanian Corps to start their ground assault in the North Slavic borders. The artillery divisions started shelling all the identified Soviet defensive positions at the northern side of the colony. The 6 Wings started their bombing raids all over the North Slavic countryside beyond the anti-air defenses they previously prepared for their former allies. The SC's 7 Fleets launch their offensives, with 2 Fleets attacking the island, while the 5 others blockade and bombard the west and south coasts, attacking their major ports and harbors, therefore moving to cut their supply lines. A no-fly, no-go, and no-sail zone was implemented over the Soviet North Slavia.

With the crippling of Northern Vivakos shore defenses via aerial bombardment, Admiral Kuvnich launched the land invasion. The task force reached the shores with minimal resistance, a result of the crippling air raids conducted. Once they landed on the beaches, the disorganized and poorly armed militias left over after the Robithian government collapsed were easy pickings for the vastly superior force provided by Goliath Offensive Measures. Armored divisions and anti-infantry vehicles cleared bloody swathes through ramshackle enemy fortifications, leaving them to be further secured and stragglers mopped up by divisions of mechanized infantry.

Three weeks after the operation had begun, all of the coast and a large portion of the rural areas in the Western parts of Northern Vivakos were declared secure. There remained pockets of resistance in the more heavily urbanized areas of the West, but Admiral Kuvnich assured his superiors that they would be dealt with entirely within the next few weeks. For now, Kcalbite advancement into Northern Vivakos ceased. Admiral Kuvnich would plan his next offensive and recuperate any losses before moving against the large city that had served as Robithia's capital in the region. It would prove difficult to break, but it would break like all the rest had.

So far, Elcric Kcalb's invasion of Northern Vivakos was proving to be their most time-consuming and expensive operation yet in the Slavian theater.

The Great and Glorious Empire of Ralkovia has collapsed. Wirbel is reformed into an independent nation and General Mandel and Mr. Breisacher prepare to tell the people what has happened.

"Hello Ralkovians!" shouted General Mandel.

"Hello," they all said back.

"The reformed Holy Empire of Wirbel is going to annex you. Your leader has dissappeared. The cause of his dissappearance is unknown," said General Mandel.

The Ralkovians just stared at General Mandel. Everything fell silent. General Mandel left.

The first elections for Ralkovia were going to take place. Every person who had a permanent job could participate in the election. The winner of the election would help govern the territory of Ralkovia. At least the Ralkovians would have some say in their government.

[Heirosoloa]

The Windmillian fleet was in disarray. The battleships steamed forward, leaving the destroyers behind. A single carrier began to retreat, leaving the rest of the fleet behind. Windmillian forces were being thoroughly routed by the Heirosoloan fleet. The battleships, now utterly defenseless against the Heirosoloan submarines, made significant progress towards closing the gap between the fleets before being eviscerated by cruise missiles and torpedoes. A fragment of the previous numbers of battleships emerged from the smoke to return to the destroyers, who were having their hands full with the Heirosoloan air force. SEAD sorties were obliterating Windmillian air defenses, and the remaining Windmillian aircraft were being driven back to the carriers. The collapse was sudden and complete. Having firmly established their dominance over their opponents, the Heirosoloan ships chugged forward, leaving the scattered Windmillian survivors to return to their homeland.

Heirosoloan forces arrived in the port of Tenerife to utter chaos. The port was split in two until the arrival of Heirosoloan marines that promptly swept the remainder of the city under the control of the Mediterranean Republic. Using Tenerife as a beachhead, Heirosoloan ground forces soon spread across their former colony, aided by the resistance movement. The Windmillians had devoted the majority of the fleet in Yivakos to attack the Heirosoloan invasion force, and now that the Heirosoloans had naval dominance they could bombard Windmillians emplacements with ease.

The invasion force moved quickly at first, spreading throughout the destabilized area near Tenerife. However, that area was surrounded by heavy coastal defenses. Despite superior numbers and equipment, Heirosoloan forces were forced to move slowly to avoid casualties. The coastal defenses were soon surrounded and swept up by a combined attack from the invasion fleet and the troops on the ground.

After the coastal defenses in the immediate area were dealt with, the ripe center of Phoenicia was opened. Unlike the heavily fortified coast, farther inland was much less populated and thus defended much more poorly. Heirosoloan forces quickly expanded, encountering many of the small hamlets built by the rugged individualists that had first colonized the area. While most were pleased to see a return to Heirosoloan rule, a portion were unhappy to see that their freedoms, uninhibited by the chaos of war, would soon be curtailed. None, however, dared to form a resistance to the Mediterranean Republic.

The limiting factor of the push was mostly men. The invasion force was halted by the need for more boots; without them the front lines would be spread too thin. This was exacerbated by the dedication of a significant portion of the Fourth Fleet to hunting down the few ships from Operation Mustard that had managed to sneak away. The vast majority of Heirosoloan citizens kidnapped by the Windmillian government were recovered and returned to the Heirosoloan controlled sectory of Phoenicia.

The Sub Minister looked confused at the communiqué that lay in front of him. "Does this mean we can expect friendly relations? Joint ventures? And what about the Lurizcyan presence here on Viyakos?" He order his Communication Officers to reply. He had to go attend a meeting with Capisarian Officials. Seems the recent spike in Fascists and Imperialism was threatening the Capisarian Interests in the region, and boatloads of refugees were flowing from Southern Slavia and more importantly the Yivakosians, fleeing the new power in former Robithian areas now under foreign control, most of them Communists fleeing the new governments in power. Quirinia had of yet not responded, as they now shared a border with Capisaria.

Thousands of Ralkovians poured into Old Central Yivakos. They marched towards the capital, but did not fire a single bullet at anyone. At the same time, the same thing happened to Lignia- and New Central Yivakos. Many people in all territories asked why the Ralkovians were coming. The only answer they got was:

"So the socialists don't win."

The skies started getting darker as more and more Zeppelins started flying.

We greatly appreciate all the assistance you gave us. Our current victories in Phoenicia are mostly due to the help you gave us. We would be more than happy to give you Lignia, but it appears that we are not the ones with the power. Immediately following the fall of Phoenicia it appears that the Ralkovian Empire collapsed and has descended into near civil war. However, the Ralkovians are, at the same time, attempting to expand further and it appears that they have moved forces into Lignia. While they would certainly not be impossible to remove, due to the ongoing conflict between Ralkovian factions, it will require yet another group effort to remove them from Yivakos.

I believe that many nations will not look kindly on Ralkovia so boldly entering the Slavian theater and ignoring the current status-quo. As such, I believe that we will be able to form another multinational alliance to, once again, remove another bloody expansionist from Slavia.

Heirosoloan successes in Yivakos continued with a wave of troops from the other Heirosoloan colonies. The remaining coastal installations on the southern half of Phoenicia were cleaned up, and the invasion force continued its slow march northwards towards Carthage, mopping up Windmillian resistance along the coastline. However, the further the Heirosoloans moved north the more they heard about the increasing Ralkovian presence. Infuriated by the Ralkovians testing the newly earned Heirosoloan colonial borders, the invasion force quickly dispatched a significant number of troops to Carthage. In need of haste, the Heirosoloans quickly toppled the Windmillian resistance at the colonial border, but with more losses than High Command would have preferred.

Windmillian citizens were offered the chance to return to the Windmillian homeland, and soon there were ferries full of citizens fleeing back to where they came from. While there was a tangible populations of Windmillians remaining in the area, the majority had fled following the Heirosoloan reconquest. Few citizens faced any sort of reprisal, however. Captured Windmillian military officials, especially those involved in the Mustard Project, found themselves at the hands of angry Heirosoloan citizens, some of which had been herded onto ships bound for the Windmillian homeland. The Heirosoloan courts gave swift verdicts that were clearly aimed to please the angry citizens. Numerous captured officials were tried, successfully, for war crimes and imprisoned.

Windmillian resistance in Carthage was much lighter than in Phoenicia. The relatively sparsely populated colony require fewer defense forces to look over, and so the majority of Windmillian forces were again focused on the coast. The Heirosoloan force dispatched to take the territory of Carthage mopped up the token resistance in the middle of the colony, with much support from Heirosoloan aircraft, and made a direct line for the capital city of Carthage (the city of Carthage is the capital of the territory of Carthage). A week-long intense bombardment from the Heirosoloan navy forced a surrender of Windmillian troops in the city of Carthage, and so the Heirosoloan speed-oriented force quickly took control of the city.

The Ralkovian forces that began to edge into the border of Carthage (or "New Central Yivakos") found themselves with angry civilians. While the Windmillian citizens in Carthage were less likely to openly oppose the Ralkovians, having already adjusted to being a colony of the Ralkovian Empire, the Heirosoloan citizens recently freed from control of a Ralkovian colony were not pleased to return. While civilian resistance was certainly not as focused as it was during the Windmillian-Heirosoloan war, there was still a dedicated resistance movement that worked to slow the progress of the Ralkovians.

On the other hand, the Heirosoloan forces sent to Carthage quickly established a defensive perimeter around the capital city of Carthage (Carthage, Carthage). Another important colonial port on the eastern coast of the territory of Carthage, the City of Carthage was quickly buffered by the portion of the Fourth Fleet that had sailed away from the main invasion force to capture the Project Mustard ships before they reached the Windmillian homeland.

Heirosoloan forces planned to move westward and northward following the securing of the city of Carthage, in order to prevent Ralkovian forces from gaining a significant foothold in the territory.

Following a short, successful war against the Holy Windmill Empire, Heirosoloa has now established control over the colonies of Phoenicia ("South Yivakos") and Carthage ("New Central Yivakos"), with full intentions of also moving into Tripoli ("Old Central Yivakos"). Ralkovian forces moving into Tripoli will be interfering with Heirosoloan plans, and we highly suggest you do not interfere with our plans. Any Ralkovian troops in Phoenicia or Carthage will in direct violation of Heirosoloan sovereignty, and will be considered an invasion force. Any Ralkovian troops still in Phoenicia or Carthage by the end of the week will be detained or killed, if necessary.
