Lenia had invited General Dave the Brave to a summit in Moscow to discuss a military pact at the recent Republic of Davsland-Soviet Russia Republic trade summit. At the Moscow international airport a armored car picked up General Dave the Brave. The car took him to the outskirts of the city to where Primer Lenia's mansion was, built three years after she came to power in the Union. The mansion was the largest in the Union and the doors were made out of pure gold. Flags of both the Union and Davsland were flying high in the bright blue sky. As Dave steped out of the car a Lenia's personal elite guard was in formation, saluting him. Three Su-100s flew overhead, firing red flares off. Musicians were playing the anthem of the Union. Lenia was there standing, and greeted one of her greatest friends. "Welcome", she said with a great big smile. "Welcome to our great nation! I hope you are satisfied with your greeting!"

Lenia was there standing, and greeted one of her greatest friends. "Welcome", she said with a great big smile. "Welcome to our great nation! I hope you are satisfied with your greeting!"

Dave the Brave was very impressed and pleased with his greeting, then said to the Premier, yes i am very pleased indeed.
Shall we get started? Dave the Brave said to the Premier as he and Lenia walked in.

"Excellent, our dear friends deserve only the best. Right this way please." Lenia took Dave inside, there in a long hall way were more soldiers on both sides to greet the leaders. Statues made of all types of precious metals were in sight. They walked into a room designed for important meetings. Around the huge table sat Lenia's most trusted advisers. On the table were lobster, pork, soup, blintz, and wine was being served. "Please help yourself what ever you wish!" Lenia held up her wine glass, "To our ever-lasting friendship!". Everyone gently bumped their glasses to the people next to them. Lenia and Dave were at opposite ends, but seated directly looking at each other.

She than became more serious. "Now, let us began our talks. We live in a dangerous world these days. While both of our nations are no doubt more powerful than most, they are still at risk to larger nations and groups of nations working against us." We have a such a situation in Ukraine right now, as you well know. First I purpose we join our forces together, united none will stand a chance, and began a new era of cooperation among our nations. Any attack against the Republic of Davsland will be recognized as an attack on the Union. Likewise any attack on the Union will be recognized as an attack on Davsland. If you agree, we can began to work out the details of military cooperation of our two grand nations. I truly belief this is the only way we can secure our nations against foreign powers that would love to see us destroyed. Our nations are powerful, alone, but together we would be unstoppable!" A round of applause was given when Lenia finished speaking.

Funding for new weapons in our joint programs would be split 50/50. Production of the new weapons would take place in both nations, that way both nations can hire workers and grow local economies. We have several projects in development already you can also join right away, such as the Su-100 twin seated attack fighter we are working on.

Lenia took a sip of wine and a bite of lobster while Dave thought it over. Than she went on; "Next we suggest data from surveillance satellites be shared among our two nations. Nothing happening in the world will go unnoticed. We offer our satellite navigation systems to your nation as well, if they are needed."

"Third as our trusted ally we will offer you the ability to buy the rights to produce all Soviet Weapons Exports Industry weapons, including the ones that are not offered normally."

"Fourth, regular joint exercises but our nations' militaries will take place yearly, to ensure our forces are at fully ready state for armed conflict."

Fifth, we will share data on our WMD stockpiles.

I think your ideas are great, but Davsland does not have WMD's. WI was also wondering if Davsland's position as a peacekeeper can be maintained.

Lenia's heart pounded with excitement. With a stroke of a pen the Union's security had been ensured, as well as Davsland's security. While the signing was in ink, it might as well have been in blood. "Excellent! The Soviet Military Cooperation Pact has now officially begun! May the world know that the Soviet Russia Republic stands strong with Davsland. Let our enemies come, for we will crush them with overwhelming power of our two great nations!" Lenia, Dave, and the rest of their officials were escorted outside. Many hours passed, it was now night time. Lenia had one more treat in-store for her friend, a grand fireworks display.

As Dave was escorted back to the airport, one of Lenia's top generals went to her. "Why didn't you invoke the treaty and have Davsland fight on our behalf against our enemies inside Ukraine? Lenia turned to the general and responded, "Simple, the treat was created after the fighting began with the nations. I couldn't ask them to join. However if Salzland joins the war, it will be after the treaty was created, thus by treaty Davsland will have to join in the war. And Ukraine will than be in our grasp again" The general-major gave a big smile and replied,"Well done my grace, well done indeed."

After Dave has his conversation leader of the Davs Commiunist Party and informed Lenia that a meeting was requested she happily answered him, "Of course. I'd love to meet with him."

However, there were now some war German Shepherd dogs sitting up at the begging of the line and at the end by Primer Lenia. As they called down soldiers, on both of their sides, let off their guns. Since it was night time, Lenia also ordered the flags of enemy states to be burned. This time the national anthem of Davsland was also played. Lenia took the hand of the Davsland Communist Party leader, shoke it, and began to speak. "Welcome to the Union, my friend! I'm glad to see you arrived safe and sound. Let was go inside, out of the cold, and began our meeting. With that they walked into the same meeting room, once again with large variety of foods, and everyone took their seats. "Now than, please share me the ideas you had. "

Leonid Stunchna the leader of the communist party thanked the Premier for a great welcome, and walked into the room where the discussions would be held.I believe our parties should work together to bring the communist ideals to more people in our nations, we won 4 seats in last year's election in Davsland but we hope to get moreand be a greater influence in Davsland. What do you think so far Leonid asked the Premier.

Lenia nodded. While the Union Communist party was the only real party, she was always looking for ways to cement the ideas of communism in her peoples' brains further. Plus if the communist party fell out of power, relations with Davsland could take a major set back. The Union was also very satisfied with its economic and military agreements with Davsland and it would be great to have political cooperation as well. The two nations would be completely bonded together. "Yes, this would be of great benefit to both of our nations. This is a great idea, please carry on."

Leonid then told the Premier: I wouldn't worry, there is no danger of the communists losing power in Davsland. The comrade then said: yes, Dave The Brave is a great man and has done so much for Davsland and now for the Union as well, our relations shall never die.

Lenia was somewhat taken aback, how did Leonid know what she was thinking? What a truly gifted man he was, she thought to herself. She gave him a warm smile and began talking. "I have a few ideas for political cooperation. Why don't our parties donate large sums of money when its election time? Campaign experts will also be sent to each other. Projects inside the country can go into action, sponsored by both Communist parties to promote them. Do you agree to these? Have any other ideas in mind?

She than turned to Dave. "Would you be interested in a general political cooperation agreement as well?"
