Fellow Nations of the World, As you may be or may not be aware, this past week, a terrible enemy from a conflict in the 20th century has reawakened. The remnants of Nazi Germany were able to retreat to the Moon, due to the mistakes of Aroukar's previous leadership. There they have rebuilt their forces, partially supplementing them with cloned beings. This terrible threat, now known as the German Lunar Reich, led by Führer Hermann Fegelein II, has declared war on Earth with the intent of wiping out humanity. They claim to have one billion men in arms to carry out their aforementioned intentions.
In the interest of Humanity, the Kingdom of Aroukar, deems it neccesary and proper to establish a temporary coalition of nations, for the coordination and cooperation between said nations, to effectively manage this situation. If there are nations who wish to pledge to a unified effort, let it be known by signing this official document.

Sub-humans of Earth, I am Führer Hermann Fegelein II of the Lunar German Reich. As you know, our beloved Fatherland was destroyed, by the communist vermin of the East, and the Jew conspiracy of the West. Our dear first Führer, Adolf Hitler, died in a pitiable state in the ruins of the capital of his fallen nation. Some say that the dream of a pure human world died that day. However, I am here to reassure you, that the dream has not died; it has been reborn and reforged anew into steel which fills our hearts. In a few days our nation's newest and greatest generation of warriors will cleanse the Earth, and make way for the true descendants of humanity. It will be a stronger world, a better world, a pure world. This is not to say that all will die. Those who have have kept their race pure, and those that sympathize with our goals will offered a place of privilege among us. However there are no exceptions for the parasites of humanity: the Jews, the Blacks, the Gypsies, the retarded, and the Communists. On this day, we solemnly declare our noble intentions to free the Earth, of those who are unfit to live upon it.
