TO: THE GOVERNMENT OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL MONARCHY OF AAZERONIA
Honourable nation of Aazeronia,
by now you have probably heard of what happened in our capital Crata City. 4,000 people were killed, estimates are going into the tens of thousands. Thousands are still missed. We don't have to say that this is a tradegy for our nation. Within the destroyed city, our authorities were able to retrieve a poster reading "This Is Just The Beginning - Aazeronia Will Rule You". A copy will be sent with this letter.
Let it be clear that our Government, namely our Federal President, has refused to mobilize our troops and to start a war. We have always been peaceful people and we will remain so. However, our troops are ready for an invasion of our nation. If your nation decides that war is the only option, we have to inform the UEF of your misdoings. Up to this point, we do not condemn you since we do not have evidence. But we are carefully watching you.
In case you are not responsible for this attack, we would like you sign the following contract, in place until both of our nations agree that the situation is over:
1. Both Crata and Aazeronia withdraw troops from the borders. There will be a non-military-zone until the situation is over. Both nations are allowed to keep scanning this region for enemy activity with non-armed equipment. The zone shall be 25km into borders, resulting in a non-military-zone of 50km all along borders.;
2. Planes that hold military equipment are not allowed to fly over the other nation's territory;
3. The two nations guarantee citizens of their nations with roots of the other nation (e.g. Crataan-Aazeronians) and tourists as well as their family members and related members of society safety and well-being as well as an opportunity to leave the country if requested;
4. Crata and Aazeronia combine their police forces to solve the attack on Crata City. Both nations remain control over their police force and how they use it in their own nations;
5. Both nations agree to general involvement of the International Union for Equality and Freedom (UEF) in the conflict if military interventions arrive at any point, including armed minorities;
6. Both nations are open to peace negotiations and protect embassy personell as well as the Presidents and Heads of State / Government with extreme caution;
7. This contract does not apply to any foreign relations, including wars and war-like scenarios, other than those between Crata and Aazeronia.
Sincerely,
The Federal Republic of Crata, Governmental Branch

OOC:
- It's a RP-Thread like many other, except this isn't a war but more of an ongoing conflict between our nation and the nation of Aazeronia. It's no alliance or anything. Other nations can hop in and out. Aazeriona and Crata are kind of pushing the story.
- I understand the TLDNR, so the short version: Bombs have gone of in our capital, a poster leading to Aazeronia has been found, Aazeronia has denied having attacked Crata, both nations are struggling to maintain peace and order, the press and public go wild, Aazeronia's king visits Crata for peace talks. Also some background networks are in both nations, but the end is not cleared up yet. But please, actually take the time and read the whole thread.
- It would be great if you could stick to modern-day technology. Also keep in mind that this is no thread about actual war, it's moreso a war-like scenario. But please don't using technology able to read minds, because this would bring this plot to a quick end.
- Yes.
