Official Message From The Union of Epic Nations

According to the Non Aggression Pact signed by the Union of Epic Nations and the region of Demidec, Comrade Commisar is not permitted to construct Nuclear Weapons exceeding 100 megatons; as stated here:

STATING that the Treaty of the Hellhound war, effectively diminishing Comrade Commisar's nuclear program, and their rights to possess nuclear weapons is hereby vetoed. However, there are still restrictions on Comrade Commisar's nuclear arsenal. They are as follows:

-They may not possess more than 75 nuclear weapons
-They cannot exceed 100 megatons
-All launches must be approved by The Alpaca Paradise of McKeehan

By intelligence reports we have found that Comrade Commisar does in fact plan to construct WMDs above that limit, doubling the restricted tonnage. As stated here in a Comrade Commisar news report, they plan to construct nuclear weapons measuring 250 megatons. A clear violation of the Non-Aggression Pact.

Comrade Commisar's Glorious Leader Ku Kwai is unveiling the Tsing-1, A nuclear device with a 250-Megaton Warhead. Mass Production of these missiles are to begin on the 15th of September. The Tsing-1's weapon range is assumed to be greater than 5,000 Kilometers.

Because of this, the Union of Epic Nations hereby delivers the following ultimatum to the Rogue Nation of Comrade Commisar:

1. Dismantle all Nuclear Armaments Programs.
2. Allow UEoN inspectors to check his entire territory for nuclear weapons research.
3. Limit his military to 500,000 units, altogether (all Branches, all logistical, so on and so forth), 30 Naval Ships, and no more than 250 Aircraft.
4. Allow triquarterly checks of his facilities for research data relating to Nuclear Weapons.
5. Pay for all damages to the UEoN and it's member states for any reason Comrade Commisar was involved in.
6. Remove all military personnel from the Armed Republic of Aquitayne immediately

If Comrade Commisar does not adhere to the following demands, a full assault against Comrade Commisar will be conducted by Coalition forces from the Union of Epic Nations.

Comrade Commisar has 48 hours to comply.

OoC: The conflict between the Union of Epic Nations and Demidec has always been region-wide. Our region as a whole is issuing this ultimatum, not me specifically. As stated in the signing area, it is the Foreign Minister of the region. (I'd also like to keep OoC talk here to a minimum, so for any questions please TG me.)

The nation of Tidoria, being a member state to the Union of Epic Nations, is more than willing in this strike against those who would use any weapon with reckless abandon as Commisar has been known to do so. As of yet, Tidoria is currently engaged in multiple conflicts, but is still more than ready to assist in this endeavor against such a irresponsible government.

The Banshee fighters immediately eliminated Comrade Commisar SAM sites and their beloved nuclear tanks, as ground forces started to close in around them. Intense firefighting was heard throughout the city as Marines attempted to push out the now CC invaders.

However, I did send Fizbar a request to retconn the war, so if he accepts, the battle we're going to be RPing will never have happened.

This should've been just a conflict between one rouge nation and a region that had an agreement with said rouge. Rouge violates, then region moves in.

No. This turns into a shooting war. A bad shooting war. And now you set yourself up to face the Sovereign Alliance Pact of which Aquitayne is a founding member. The Indepednent Nation is a founding member of this alliance and we have more nations on the way to fight for Aquitayne. Along with the UEN, the SAP will fight to defend Aquitayne from foreign invasion under Provision 4 of the SAP treaty. Right now we are sending our 10 million man Joint Defense Force to being the defense of Aquitayne with more Lanosian units on the way.
