The Nation of Commutopia declared it would Invade Shima teikoku yokai with an army of 5,000. This was a Threat to Shima teikoku yokai, one Empress Akihino declared She would face. With The Message to all Daimyos in the Island, She declared she would meet The Invaders with 20,000 Warriors!

Samurai all over The Island were soon starting to come to the call to arms as many Junks were being armed with Cannons. The Four Modern Destroyers were also readied for The war.

Let The Communists come and face the Yokai like True Warriors.

The need for a nation to declare war on your nation is complete nonsense. As President of my nation, I urge Communtopia and any other nations to stand down and reconsider these moves by peaceful diplomacy.
If Communtopia fails to meet our standards, we shall declare war on it and push for a quick end to this unnecessary violence.

From the Reports, only 5,000 Troops were being massed against them. Commutopia was thinking it would be a walk in a park. But Akihino would not let them have any beach head.

In Short, they land, they would meet The Army that was being massed. 20,000 Warriors. enough to face The Commutopians, should they be brave enough to come.

Akihino soon sent a message that she wanted not land troops, but Ships. She also Invited any nation to sand their ships and admirals, she wanted to talk to them.

What we asked for is not for Land forces, But Ships, a Naval force to help in entraping The enemy.
