The war had finally ended. New Alabasta had withdrawn from East Talibastain, only the few rebels remain without any real support or strength. The nations of the Coalition and the Republic of Talibastain could now focus on the Rebuilding of Talibastain. East Talibastain's infrastructure had been demolished by Alabastan forces during their retreat. Still it was a time for rejoice as the all threats of war were gone.

Still their were many things that had to be done before this was over.

We would like suggest that we held a conference to discuss the matter at hand. Rebuilding of infrastructer, other social issues, the remaining rebels, trade agreements, related economic issues and other forms of support can be discussed and agreed apone during this.

The Empire wishes to thank our allies in this conflict and the people of Talibastain for standing up against fundamentalist tyranny and working together to create a repulic, by the people and for the people. We are overjoyed to find that the mission we expected to involve much destruction and bloodshed ended up turning into a humanitarian mission, as New Alabastan forces have withdrawn from East Talibastain and we will begin moving our forces into the northwest and eastern parts of the country in order to ensure order and security and to assist in the reconstruction efforts. We plan to withdraw most of our combat forces within a short period of time, as soon as basic security and humanitarian needs are met in East Talibastain and the Republic can move into those areas. After that, it is up to the new government whether they wish us to retain a base here or not.

We remain interested in and involved with the Capitalist Unity, and will be happy to contribute to its security and its social and economic success. Centropyge is known for its maritime trade, and with our numerous dominions and colonies and the large number of merchant vessels registered in the Empire, we are sure that the relationship between us and the CU will be a mutually profitable one.

Centropyge wishes to thank New Alabasta for being willing to forgo the battlefield instead of dragging the conflict out in what would have likely been a long and bloody fight, even if they were outnumbered and likely to lose in the end. Many lives were saved by that decision. We condemn the manner of their retreat, but have decided not to impose any sanctions on that nation nor to pursue any further conflict with them.

As for a final conference to close this chapter in Talibastainian history and to begin a new, fresh one, we are willing to meet in either of the two cities suggested. Our top diplomat, Duchess Anna Komnene, has been away on an extended assignment but we believe she will be available in time for the conference. Perhaps I myself will be able to come, and witness this historic conference firsthand. We shall see.

Greetings.

The Centropygan Foreign Ministry is requesting a formal update on the political status in Talibastain as well as a security review. We are considering drawing down our task force in Talibastain, having been satisfied that there is no current conflict there. However, we wish to ensure that the current government has sufficient ability to maintain its own security.

Upon withdrawal, we will be happy to turn over our bases (Camps Alpha, Bravo, and Charlie, with Delta to be demolished) in Talibastain to the government. Alternatively, we would be open to maintaining a small presence here for their security and to enhance our global power projection capabilities.

George charcoal (liberal CU) thinks JTTGC voters are scared people that don't know what to vote on anymore. He've also said that if these rules are going to far he'll stop it right away. Around a month ago, Be'Nassar along with much of his party fled the palace, leaving only roughly 16 rebels within it. Before he left, he committed perhaps the worst of his crimes by personally executing 20 rebels in allegiance to the former monarchy.
With the newly formed republic greatly lessening the limits on free speech, Be'Nassar has already stated he will prevail under a different party: The National Socialist Rakistiani People's Party or حزب الشعب الاشتراكي العربي الوطني.

Under the recent Forgive & Forget Act, former rebels must be welcomed back into society and not be imprisoned. This leaves Be'Nassar to run for office, and the banning of ideology is as of now, against the constitution. Be'Nassar also commented on one of the parties in the Capitalist Unity(which he doesn't agree with in the first place). He noted that the Jews to the Gas Chambers Party may be on the right track, and that he would likely support them.

A multitude of extremists have been defacing much of Talibastai and other major cities with propaganda and anti-democratic messages such as وفاة عزيز(Death to Aziz) and يحيي نصر(Hail Nassar). Small scale conflicts have occurred in the streets, and the trashed eastern portion is not safe to set foot in. Locals have been shut indoors as local governments turn to national socialism and other extreme ideologies. Local governments are also warring amongst themselves in the east.

President De'Aziz has commented many times that they are not of concern, and that it is best if the military be kept to the western part to protect the more heavily populated areas, though its effectiveness is questionable.

"The fear tactics induced by Be'Nassar's party may be enough to win him votes. I doubt he'll attempt to get anywhere through force though, seeing the result of when he last did." A former political advisor and now FTNS' event analyst Mohammed Ahmad states thursday.

Which may not be far from the future, as the Democratic Party's support is falling, and an attempt was made on his life.

Tehlra-ann Mehya-teh ageh-katameh kalregg, which is Tehraanian for: Tehraanian Peoples Self-Defense Army was a ethnic Tehraani armed militant group headed by Ita-Ayétna Éta. They could handle the basic weapons used by the Tehraani army and basic weapons was what they had. The JTTGC party in CU rose from a nothing to allot in no more than 2 months. It's number rose to 46%, and we all know what that means. JTTGC under Craig Highlander will control from now on.

The first thing they did was lawing that parties other than JTTGC may not be voted on, destroying CU's democracy. He said in a interview that all these lefties have lack on knowing the reality. A Tehraani truck drive stoped at a garage near a house. Two men Stepped out while an other came out of the house. "Quickly, don't attract to much attention." He said in Tehraanian. After they put in down one of the men came carrying a crowbar. The opened the box that was filled with Sacks of Rice, after they removed several layers they took out a 15mm anti aircraft gun. "So this is part of the new shipment? The man asked. "Correct, we have recieved a lot of these for the past week and have been distributing as many as we can, the other boxed contain the ammo. Make sure they don't see you with this, this isn't exactly a weapon you use for personal defense. The truck driver said and walked back with his partner to the truck.

Seems this is going to be an other conflict, I finished my tour of duty during the 2nd Talibastain war, narrowly avoiding to actually having to fight. I decided to find a job here instead of going back to Tehraan and now I'm stuck in this. Ironic isn't it? On of the truck drivers said. It certainly is, I heard the Talibastainis are fighting among them self, kinda reminds you of the period between the 1st and 2nd Great Civil wars doesn't it, they killing each other for simple reasons. Those assholes from the JTTGC are only making it worse, if they keep this up we shall not take it anymore and they get what coming to them. As yesterday was election day for the المؤتمر القومي العربي(National Arabic Congress), the National Socialist Rakistiani People's Party won 36 of the 50 seats, making them the majority in the legislature. The president, De'Aziz will remain as president until he is(and it will likely be attempted) impeached or loses his reelection once his first term is up.

It is unknown how other nations' militaries will respond to the unsupported president, unrest, and instability in the nation.

Only Talabastai and a few major cities have been occupied by the Talibastaini military, and peace is being kept at an extent. In other areas, however, people with one belief attack those who have the opposite, militias are reigning hell on populations that may be opposed to them, the president's power over the military has weakened to the point where the most elite forces only protect the NSRPP's headquarters, and the local villages are becoming storage camps for masses of weapons. The commander of The Chelbrusitan's troops in the CU commented on the recent happenings.

"We have withdrawn all Jewish military personnel, as well as all Jewish immigrants from The Chelbrusitan. Our military shall be used only for the protection of the state, and will be used to keep peace only. To comment on the use of troops to suppress protests of the Tehran people, was done so because of the violent nature of them. Our soldiers are just monitoring them, and keeping peace, not attacking them based on what they say. "

A CU politician from the Chelbrusitan Ronald Wade(who happened to be wearing a flag pin of the JTTGC Party), asked that there be an increased financial support for the CU government from The Chelbrusitan and other nations involved in the affairs. He also asked that they let the government take care of itself.

Camp Alpha, Southwest Talibastain

At the headquarters for the expeditionary force who had fought in the Second Talibastain War, anxiety was in the air as reports came in of accelerating political changes in the territory of Capitalist Unity. The small population of Centropygan contractors, humanitarian aid workers, businessmen, and even few immigrants reported that things were going to get very bad for the Jews there very quickly. Not only that, but overt racism against blacks and Tehraanians was increasing. Thus far, the Centropygans themselves were treated quite well, as most of them were white as saltines except for those who began to tan, but those who had some Jewish ancestry were beginning to get nervous. And then of course there were the few black Centropygans who began to consider getting out of the country before things got worse.

Amidst all of this, General Moss, who was still living at Camp Alpha directing his forces, ordered a report to be prepared and sent to the Palace.

Emperor Fawkes read the latest report from Talibastain with concern. It appeared that National Socialism was on the rise there. While some officials with whom he had spoken felt that this was a local problem and that Centropyge could respond to it by evacuating those Jews and others who wished to leave the area, others warned that once a nation became that heavily National Socialist, it would likely only be a matter of time before expansionism became part of the agenda.

I have read your report regarding the recent political developments in the CU. As of now, I am ordering all military forces in Talibastain and the CU to stand at high alert. Additionally, I am issuing a recommended-not mandatory-evacuation order for all Centropygan citizens and recent immigrants to Talibastain, to be executed at no cost to them. No intervention is authorized at this time, other than actions which are within your mandate as commander of our forces in the area, but I am ordering you to conduct intel work to keep an eye on the situation.
