Thousands of Missourians rise up in the streets, burning New Hayeselian Flags and shouting out to the government to do something. The government was stressed out to make a decision, should they follow the people's will, they would be almost certainly destroyed by New Hayeselia, but should they continue to try to hold up the shaky relations with NH, they might be subject to rebellion. The President decides to make an Executive Decision.

General Stern Sat on the bridge of the flagship and looked at the live news feed that they were piggybacking off the normal civilian news sources. On the screen, it showed civilian's in Free Missouri Burning what appeared to be NH flags, though from the grainy footage and planned angles, it very well could have been his own flag with a crappy photo shop job on it.

Regardless, the General sipped his warm, honeyed tea and chuckled to himself. He very much doubted anyone would take the pathetic nation of FM seriously. They had cried wolf one to many times, and the international community had taken notice.

He turned around and eyed his own personal war trophy which was pulled from the defeated ranks of their enemy during the last Free Missouri War and was proudly displayed on the heavily armored bridge of the navy's flagship. A dirty, torn, and partially charred FM flag hung limply from it's display.

He once again chuckled at the mere thought of FM even attempting anything and went back to reviewing fleet charts.

The ink was barely dry on the Charter and already there was a whiff of confrontation approaching. The Tsar-Kritarch called his assistant Reginald Dascombe into his office.
"Reggie, get on the horn with this New Hayeselia and see why there are bees up everybody's bonnet this morning".
The Tsar was going to get to the bottom of this, he turned to the big red telephone on his desk and dialed Free Missouri...

The President was residing in the Presidential Suite in the Hilton on the Ballpark. He received a phone call while he was reading over reports of the riots, one of which was happening right outside the hotel, a line of SWAT Officers all stopping them from storming the hotel.

"Ah, For some random reason there's been an Uproar in my Country over the New Hayeselians, I Guess they're just tired of being Watched over 24/7, I truthfully don't know what to do, I can't Challenge New Hayeselia without a very large bit of support, by large I mean a HUGE coalition, and I can't just leave everything alone without having the threat of a rebellion, I'm Holding the COnference to figure out what to do."

Hayes was half-asleep, hung over. He hadn't gone to work today, a tough thing to do as the President of a nation. He had to get off the rum, he was drinking too much. he was a sensible drinker, but he didn't have a good tie to its effcts. In a way, he agreed with the rum; rum disagreed with him. That's why it was so painful when his wife burst into his room and threw a newspaper at his head. She said sternly, "You idiot, I told you this would happen eventually?"
Hayes groggily read the article. It was accompanied by photos of Free Missourians burning the New Hayesalian flag and rioting.
"Hmm... good."
"What do you mean good?"
"Well, the longer they riot the better. Still, I'd rather diffuse this situation here and now."
"Yeah, no shit."

He slept for a few more hours and awoke to write a message-

IC: Well, it'd happen. The Vice President of Free Missouri was going to visit. There wasn't much Hayes could do. He wrote a quick message to the press stating- "The Vice President of the Theorepublic of Free Missouri will be in attendance for diplomatic talks in Revnami at a period in the future."

NEW HAYESALIA NEWS AT SIX EXTRACT

The anchorowman was a serious looking one. Thin, unsmiling and very proffessional looking in a grey shirt and cropped grey hair. Her Asian heritage was also apparent, and she looked slighly annoyed. Not many New Hayesalians liked Free Missouri, not even the neutral ones. She welcomed viewers to the news and led directly into a piece regarding Free Missouri. The journalist was male, blond and black. His hair was obviously terribly dyed.

"Free Missourian authorities have accepted a recent offer of President Daniel Hayes to hold diplomatic talks in the Revnami Diplomatic Center and have agreed to send their Vice-President, Rex L. Their President, Logan M, is cited as 'being in discussion with allied leaders' regarding the civil unrest in Free Missouri"."

A piece of footage is shown of Hayes outside Capital Parliament saying happily, "The Free Missourians have accepted our offer of diplomatic talks. That's all I can say at the moment."

The journalist speaks again- "Free Missouri is regarded by New Hayesalian authorities as a hostile nation with expansionist ideals. They are well-known for their many warmongering tactics and hostile nature, and they gained much notoriety within the New Hayesalian system when a NH-led coalition succesfully invaded Missourian Rebels, with the unfortunate loss of sixty-five soldiers. Hard-liners are seeking another invasion or military sanctions against FM, but so far none has been taken."

"Recent civil unrest in Free Missouri has seen Missourian people rioting in the streets regarding increased satellite monitoring of Free Missouri by New Hayesalia."

It shows footage of angry crowds burning the NH flag.

"Counter-protests are being held in Quepasa and South Imon. So far, six arrests have been made regarding arsons of those burning the FM flag in retribution. Robert Schmidt, NH News."

The secretary was quite tense, and interrupted a meeting between President and Vice-President. She was still quite shocked that the VP was, in fact, a monkey, but it was of a second thought. Bongo replied, "Who's here, Suzanne?"
"The Free Missourians." said Hayes.
"Are they attacking or something?"
"No, just here for diplomatic talks. We had it arranged before the Unification."
"Ah, I see. Shall we greet them?"
"Yes, we shall."

The two got out of their chairs. Bongo climbed onto Hayes' back and they set off.
"So, if they attack, looks like we'll be losing men, yes?" asked Bongo.
"We'll all lose men. I've made it clear though that if they do, or we attack, it'll be a war of conquest."
"I've heard they have nice land."
"I wouldn't go there if it was emblazoned side to side with our flag. Too much blood has been shed there."
"So, do you feel like there's blood on your hands."
"Yes, I do. Still, it's a necessary evil."

They got to the car. As they climbed in, they drove along the streets of an almost-empty Revnami to the airport. No cars, as per legislation, to stop the snarling traffic that was once here. It was a controvesial decision, but nowit had an 87% approval rate. Ever since Unification, Bongo had had a 89% Approval, and Hayes was on an all-time high of 97%.

They saw a 787 land. It was emblazoned with Free Missourian logos, insignia and mottos, and what seemed like a large cross over the door. Bongo walked alongside Hayes to the terminal, watching the now highly concerned Spetzgrupa Nachal'nik. Of course, their concern equalled out to hyperactivity. As the foreign diplomats exited the gate, Bongo climbed onto Hayes once more to shake their hands, as did Hayes.

"Mr. Rex, nice to meet you," Hayes said, politely. "Hope you're having a nice day. Have you eaten at all?"
