The Holy Xavier Empire would like to thank the Lone Star Republic in their recognition of our statehood and also extend formal diplomatic relations between our nations. The Holy Xavier Empire will set aside land for the construction of an Embassy of the Lone Star Republic in our capital while we formalize relations. The Holy Xavier Empire requests that you do the same with one stipulation. That our embassy be allowed to construct a place of worship for our ambassadors so they may partake in normal religious practices when feasible.

We would also like to point out an economic question we have. What are the tariffs on trade like in your country? You have strategic resources, like silicon, from my understanding that would be greatly beneficial to our industries. Meanwhile, the Holy Xavier Empire has many naturally occurring precious stones that are ready to be exported.

Your stipulation is noted and whole-heartedly approved. LSR official protocol dictates that embassy compounds are the sovereign soil of the guest nation, and we would be glad to expand the alloted parcel of land to include places of worship as you deem fit to construct.

I am also pleased to announce that our tarriffs are set at a fair and equitable level, as the LSR feels it is unproductive to set unreasonable barriers of entry to foreign states and firms unless doing so prevents undue hardship and strain on our proletariat. We are also looking forward to the mutually beneficial exportation of the rare earths and minerals found in our Colorado prefecture, and to opening up our consumer markets to the array of precious stones and gems you have available.

We are also excited at the trade opportunities between your nation and our own. We only ask that we be allowed the same stipulation we had with the Lone Star Republic in that we are free to worship as we please. We understand that your ministry has a bit more conservative approach when it comes to religion itself and we hope that this does not become a sticking point between our two nations.

We are overjoyed to hear your response on the matter. The Holy Xavier Empire feels the same way about the territory of another nation's embassy. Furthermore, we would like to note that should a conflict ever occur between our two nations, however unlikely, that your embassy itself and your people will be treated respectfully and go unharassed by our nation.

Ambassador Meade,

It is with growing concern that we monitor the expansion of the current European conflict into the South Asian theater by your forces, however we tacitly welcome your efforts to bring the European war to a swifter close. That being said, we would like to initiate a limited exchange of IFF code registries so that LSR forces, in any future peacekeeping and/or humanitarian assistance activities do not impede the efforts of your forces, and vice-versa.

Likewise - we are prepared to offer our IFF codes, and other limited information about LSR force locations and strengths in both the European theater and of the People's Lone Star Navy forces steaming from our Pacific port of Sinaloa to the Philippine Sea.

It is an unsure time, and as the smallest of the North American nations we can only hope to weather this storm until our petitions for moderation and intervention are heard by The California Confederation and other major global powers. Until that time however, we would like to petition your Imperial Majesty's government for a bi-lateral, limited-scope, limited-duration Non-Aggression Treaty until this crisis passes.

We graciously accept all the information you have given us and we will send IFF in exchange, though they continually change during the conflict for security reasons. It is nice to have support that stems more than just from the travesties caused by the United Kingdom of Nepal. We would also like to accept your Non-Aggression Treaty and would like to extend it to an indefinite period. Perhaps we could even talk along economic trade agreements and cultural exchange treaties to benefit both of our peoples once this conflict is concluded.
