The victorious war over Underium with such small loss of Libertarian life, equipment and materials was hailed by much of the population. The nation despised slavers and they had just won another resounding victory against that heinous and depraved industry.

Now, in Underium we have freed about two hundred million people. Of those some eighty million are minors, persons under twelve who were used as slaves by the regime.
The Underium people have suffered too. Suffered under a callous regime which has not only used weapons of mass destruction on LGDF forces but had used those weapons in reprisals against unarmed civilians, their own civilians. They also threatened to use such weaponry indiscriminately against all the worlds inhabitants. As part of the peace treaty, they will surrender all weapons of mass destruction and there will be permanent monitoring of facilities and installations involved with WMDs. We need We need expertise and assistance in taking control of these facilities as well.
The Unified Realm Peace Keeping Force (URPKF) is empowered to maintain compliance and part of that compliance is the Underium is now and shall remain a slave free state. We welcome participation in the URPKF by our Unified Realm allies, our Greater Prussian allies, any nation of Castle or that supports the end of this vile business called slavery.
As the Chief executive continued to speak, going on to name those LGDF who died in the operation across the airwaves, efforts in Underium continued too. The Libertarian Governance Defense Forces had a large air lifting capability, but even with that supplying 200,000,000 persons was far outside of its ability. To make up the difference the Unified Realm Defense Force was ordered in. An inter-alliance military of 300 million troops it had the planes and ships to get supplies on site quickly. It was now engaged along with the LGDF in bringing in food, medical aid and other supplies. Thousands of planes were flying into Underium around the clock.
Tent cities were growing up across the occupied nation. Troops from across the Unified Realm were busy providing security to the free peoples. With the cooperation of the new regime of Underium weapons of mass destruction were also being seized and made safe. It was enormously chaotic, so many needing help and the great distance between LG and Underium did not help that in the least.
