With the Loyalists acceptance of Chernarus's offer, it has commenced with the dismantling of the Communist government. Several fanatical Nicholasian communists have accused Chernarus of being "stabbed in the back" and "giving them up to the tyrannical chains of the bourgeois" However, with the withdrawing of Chernarussian troops and widespread support for the loyalists, there is little they can do.

The White star may be in the south but I control the cities, ports, and the coast. Shipments still have to be processed.
The interim government in response to the radicals commissions a special task force to seek out and destroy known White Star leaders.

Well technically you have seceded it to the White Star, I assuming you have also given them autonomy. You simply left an occupation force. And as imperialist as your actions are, the embargo still stands. It's obvious that there is a blockade. You have a colony of radical terrorists with ambiguous ideologies on sovereign soil with swords and guns, that's it.

OOC: Don't worry, Chilokver is okay. I mean, they aren't in the region, but I know them, so I'll let it slide.
Also, when I was thinking of making this have consequences for leter RPs, I was thinking:
1. It would only affect the nations as they stand in this region (GNP), so say, if you did a non-regional RP, Regional History would not apply.
2. This kind of stuff has consequences irl. It would be unrealistic if this DIDN'T affect the Region.

The interim government of San Nicholas unanimously agrees to receiving aid from Petrokovia. In an attempt to reduce the loss of life, civilians are encouraged to evacuate as far North as they can. Civilians in loyalist controlled cities, fearing a nuclear conflict, begin fleeing to the country side.

Seeing the bodies on camera people are outraged and want revenge. We now have orders to execute all White Star members.

Chernarus has condemned the Nickel Empire's conversion of its southern occupied territories of New San Nicholas as a penal colony; however, no further action is taken. The slow withdrawal of Chernarussian troops has continued, with the dismantling of the communist government close to completion. Chernarus requests some 3,500 troops be able to stay behind and combat the White Star, who continues with their bloody rampages. Fanatical white star leaders have recently ordered "Act 701"; summarizing the Act, it calls for the extermination of Loyalists, Chernarussians, Petrovokians, Nickelians, and communists.

Some 6,000 White Star members have already deserted; only the most fanatical have stayed. Currently the White Star is estimated to number around 7,500. Contributing to their rampages, the news has leaked out that the anonymous White Star leader was killed in his bunker. Thus, power was given to a council of generals, who decided to commence with Act 701. Most of the terrorists have begun to disguise themselves as civilians, concealing weapons and bombs. They have shed their white armbands, replacing instead with a triangle with a red background. Only controlling small, remote locations, an estimated 500 villagers have been murdered, according to Chernarussian government estimates.

The Premier of Petrokovia, Daniel Petit, gave a speech outside of the Premier's Building (aka the "People's Building"). He spoke with a slight semi-German semi-Russian accent that was common among many Petrokovians. Outlined in the speech was the condemnation of the Nickel Empire for turning Southern New San Nicholas into a penal state (and that the USSP would not take any action other than condemnation, so basically, "no, please don't do that..."). However, the speech turned on a dime when he got to the second point, addressing the issue of Act 701, stating, "The White Star terrorist organization has enacted Act 701-An act calling for the hunting of, and then extermination and execution of Petrokovian citizens and allies of Petrokovia, including Loyalists to the New San Nicholasian Government Proper, Chernarussians, Nickelians, and any and all Communists. This can not be tolerated. I know there has been conflict for quite some time now. However, any slight weariness is by far outweighed by the atrocities that White Star both has committed and tried to commit, and also what they might do in the future if they are not stopped. That is why, in addition to the troops and medical supplies sent to New San Nicholas, I will be requesting the New San Nicholasian government permission to begin a counter-terrorism operation directed at removing the White Star terrorist organization, and restoring peace and justice. Of course, they would face a trial, if captured alive. We must push on, comrades! We must strive for the end, the ultimate goal of peace! We must rid the world of this radical group. This is why, by the power invested in me as the Premier of the United Socialist States of Petrokovia, I formally declare war on the White Star organization. May their non-existent God have mercy when they are rooted out, for Petrokovia shall not."

Following this, a message is sent to New San Nicholas requesting permission to operate against White Star, promising to keep collateral damage and outside casualties as low as possible, and provide medical units to treat anyone injured, and pay for any damages the war may cause to towns with money and reconstruction crews afterward.

Another message is sent to all allied nations of Petrokovia, including the Nickel Empire, requesting any support, ranging from also joining in the War against White Star to simple economic, medical, troop, or other support, or propaganda support as well. The message makes clear that it is not a "War on Terror," as it is a specific war against one specific organization, and once the organization has collapsed, the war will be over.

Petrokovia also starts a spy operation, with top level Petrokovian spies joining the ranks of White Star in order to relay information to the PAF and take them down from the inside. This information is only released to the leaders of Soviet Chernarus, the Nickel Empire, Almiana, Aaresa, and New San Nicholas.

Aaresa sends aid to Petrokovia in the form of economic aid and supplies, including fuel and ammunition (especially for the USP-45 they use as their side arm, as the Aaresan Armed Forces also use that as their standard pistol).
