"What do we have?" one worker asked.
"We have a report of gunshots in the president's palace in Carteenjar. One of our best 'field contacts' gave us that." the director responded.

"Why, Isn't that wonderful!" the president said, gleaming like a tourist, "You Cerberii don't know how lucky you are to have that wonder."

A shining black, un-armed, V-22 Osprey touched down in a just outside of the Carteenjar Delnicoir Forrest. The custom helicopter made a brief landing staying just long enough for it's operative to disembark. As the helicopter departed it left a powerful updraft of dust and debris in it's wake providing cover for it's lone passenger to slip silently into the forest.

Kurai straightened her collar and made a mental note to actually preform tactical insertions in B&B Corp rotorcraft more often. She dressed sharply in an alternating black and blue leather duster with a skull eerily resembling the supercontient of pangaea emblazoned in bright yellow on each shoulder. With what appeared to be a black spray painted suit of Shadow Corporation Freedom League combat armor, the lightweight plates worn and in a fashion that kept them hidden under her duster. All brought together by an intricate series of belts, loops, locks, and ties. Finally in what appeared to be a large almost oversized leather holster a scopeless, heavy-duty autorevolver sat just below her waist line, it possessed an 8" barrel and a 5-shot cylinder, chambered to the powerful .454 Casull cartridge. The weapon was impeccably maintained, somehow, also managing to maintain the excellent polish on the Rosewood grip, in spite of having caved in many a skull with it. Finally a large, imposing Bowie knife easily mistakable for an axe was strapped on the exact opposite side of her waist, its 16" blade boasting a false edge on the clip point, and saw teeth machined along the back of the blade. In anyone's hands, it's an incredibly formidable weapon, balanced perfectly at the cross-guard, so that in spite of its weight compared to other knives, it was an incredibly agile and lively weapon, and could be used to devastating effect by a trained, experienced knife-fighter like herself.

Her imposing yet non-threatening stature of six feet and her friendly yet commanding demeanor had served her well in the Corps and she hoped would do the same here. Though her dress and demeanor were modeled entirely around human customs with a pinch of B&B Corp ingenuity her bright amber yellow eyes complete with slit pupils and her six "tentacle" like manipulator tails were strong indicators she was something else entirely. She was Kurai Montoya, one of the only Black Panther Assassin's ever trained in The B&B Corps.

The marble of the pillars glistened in the sunlight, the iron statue of the ancient warrior, wounded in battle, sat solemnly within its confine. Though paraded by tourists and visited by locals, the statue always maintained its lonely beauty. Something that very few understood.

"Our people don't live in large cities, after the great war our people moved out of the large cities, moving in the mountains to join the guerilla movement that our founded started, after the war some people moved into war damaged buildings but most continued to live in Rural communities, our country only has around two large cities due to this. Although this low density meant that we managed to keep many of our religious buildings and old medieval fortifications." The Premier said.

Leonard looked at the garden as they passed it, nearing a second limousine up ahead. The sight of the statue signaled one thing to him, they were nearing their destination. If the thousands of rioters and protesters in Ilius would have had any say in it, all the streets would be blocked up ahead. If all had gone according to plan, the streets were clear.

"I will notify the Chancellor to see you prior to the meeting, if you would like to inform him before unveiling the ... whatever it is, to the Coalition" Leonard said with a curious, and somewhat distressed tone.
