Thank you for your kind consideration and I can understand that our nation may appear as a threat. I assure you, we did not declare neutrality twice in two conflicts, if we were not serious about peace and economic flourishing. Now, on the matters of the European League, I thank you for your likely vote in the following summit. Please forgive my ignorance on the subject, but who are involved in the European League? Of course, as I have asked my nation to be a member of the European League, you have your concerns and curiosities on how my nation and the Iron-Oil Route may help the European League. At the moment, it is simple a route that includes any of my nation's economic allies and or trading partners. It is not a supranational entity, but rather a mostly Rodrenon-controlled and Rodrenon-based trade route. However, my government and I have plans to expand this for we offer other governments like yours and any more, who are our trading partners, to take part in its administration. In short, it is not now, but I hope it becomes an economic trade community.

Now going back to the matters of the current Iron-Oil Route and how it can benefit the European League. Well, it can offer a direct and safe trade connection with the resources in Asia as well as a few in Africa. This would include, of course, one of the strongest supply lines of Oil (mostly coming from Nigeria and West Indonesia), as well as Iron, Natural Gas, Coal, Tin, Zinc, Wheat, Gold, Silver, and Forest Products (Paper, Lumber, Forage, and Livestock). "Dezarat has crumbled, it's government has fallen apart," said Foreign Steward Braymoor. He looked at his papers, which were all scribbled, only highlighting the heavy political fallout that may occur.
"What shall you suggest for me, to do?" The Seneschal looked at his colleagues. They all knew what they wanted and they all knew the opportunity was given right to them.
"With all due respect, Seneschal Rydaye, but I believe we should be cautious in the following actions. We have been very successful in keeping a strong and peaceful image in the world." Braymoor had to say that, he needed to make sure that his colleagues knew the implications of an African struggle.
"I agree with Braymoor." Everybody turned sharply to the voice at the end of the table. It was Drobert Youncer, the Defense Steward. "In a question between hesitation and haste, I'd rather choose hesitation. Contemplation is normally less of a risk than no contemplation."
"You have become starkly cautious, hesitant, and possibly fearful," said Bether Wente, the Economic Affairs Steward. "I find it almost astounding that our Defense Steward has become quite a questioner of firm military action."
"Hmm," he muttered, "Your an Economic Affairs Steward, not even the military can outgun the viciousness of the economy." He spoke it very quietly, to the point that only his neighboring colleague, Dryany Gaminster, the Education Steward, heard, and he chuckled and responded, "good one."
"And besides, our economy will do excellent in an expansion into African territory. And, Seneschal, I am very sure that our esteemed Steward of Defense will gladly support a pay raise in the defense budget so in order to provide a strong backbone in this new and improving national endeavor." She glared at Youncer.
"'Course now it's a 'national endeavor'," Youncer whispered to Gaminster, but out loud, he quickly stated, "of course, I shall provide the instructions our government on delivering a stronger Rodrenon." She glared more intensely, now, for Wente knew that it was a complete carelessness on his word choice. He was just saying words to sound supportive. She truly did not like Youncer, he didn't seem to appreciate the position and importance of the Steward of Defense. His role had become so essential in current government policy, yet he was always the slacker on the matter. Not that she ever wanted the position, it was just that it would be so much easier if he participate and let go of his odd superstitions.
"Of course, Youncer. I'd have expected nothing less. Let us set a meeting, Youncer, with the Cardinal-of-Arms and the newly appointed Chief Admiral of the Navy, Audreys Wellince."

I know that you have deep hesitation to almost resentment of my nation's involvement in the continent of Africa, but I believe that the future and my nation's role in Africa, is a peaceful, economic-supporting nation that works with yours to provide Africa the strength and dignity it deserves. I admire your power in the north and so, although it is not my place to invite you into the south, there are very few nations that wouldn't even think of allowing your nation your right as a productive African entity (although centered in the Middle East, a productive African entity nonetheless), once they've gotten the military and diplomatic claws onto the helpless government-less realm. They would be truly selfish and lost to arm themselves against your nation. Xi sat in the suite at the top of the Global Military Command building, sipping his tea while he sorted through the piles of what had happened in the world while he was knocked out cold with a dreadful flu. There was both good and bad news; he had everything from the CIS mobilizing their reserves to Rodrenon wanting to establish bases in his territory. Sipping the herbal remedy that was healing his sickness-ravaged body, he began typing up the needed commands to ensure his country's continued dominance of this hemisphere.

First off, he wrote up an alliance offer for AkAr Cydonia. There was an under-the-table peace and alliance between them, but he felt that it was time to publicize their bonding. With the click of a button he sent the 3-page document, which basically said "We'll combine our military strength when needed". Next he flipped to the Rodrenon issues, and started drafting a document to deal with them.

With that, Xi inspected the current military statistics for his fast-approaching war with the CIS. Deciding it was better safe than sorry, he instructed Shui and Zhou to take the Phillipines, Pakistan, and Nepal/Bhutan. That would gain them more fighting forces, and increase nationalism in their country to provide support for the upcoming war. Next he made sure that his country had a secure Causus-Belli on the CIS. Looking over the spy reports, he determined that he had enough support in Manchuria to qualify invasion. Seeing the recent domination of their former rulers, the population of Manchuria were beginning to rethink their democratic secession. Though the majority of the population was still happy with their choice, groups of rebellious youth were posting "Manchuria for Equalsun" and other such slogans on billboards and walls. These images were portrayed across the Empire, further increasing support for the war.

In fact, the support was enough Xi decided that he could call up his reserves. Calling in his secretary of war, he handed her the document authorizing the calling of the reserves, with his seal posted upon it. The mobilization process would take some time, yes... But next week his armies would be swelled to massive proportions. The CIS would be insane to refuse his demands. He grinned evilly; a diplomatic victory would be the best case scenario, but something about war just thrilled him. He'd categorize specific numbers of forces next week.

Finally, he took the elevator down to the financial room of the GMC, walking in to the businessmen he had put in charge of securing supplies and manufacturing centers for his forces. Sitting down at the primary console of the room, he looked over the stand-alone glass screen that displayed current numbers of their most advanced forces. He was now sitting pretty on over 100 Predator drones, and he now had around that number of F-35s at his disposal. The CIS wouldn't know what hit them. Looking at the tank numbers, he was nearing 500 Black Panther tanks, and scrolling further over to the naval tab he now had 15 Aircraft Carriers at his disposal, thanks to the integration of the Indian armed forces. They were currently undergoing modernization, but they would be complete in time for the offensive.

Switching to the hard Economic screen, he looked at the fruits of his labor. Heavy Industry now accounted for over 40% of the GDP, while the only aspect rivalling that was Agriculture, which produced enough food to feed his population 2 times over. He smiled; he needed to offer Kuai another pay raise. Closing out of the tab, he stood and walked back to his room in the Suite; things were going just as planned.

The Parthian Crown grieves for the loss of its ally the CIS. Too many old allies and friends have collapsed, first Nova Roma, now CIS. As their close ally, Parthia lays claim to their former territories. Parthian troops march in mass from Warsaw to Moscow, to St Petersburg, to Siberia. We shall restore the great lands of our former ally, and bring unity to their former realms. In this time of sadness, we wish for peace. We understand that potential conflict may still arise, which Parthia had been preparing for, but we wish peace right now. As a sign of that peace, Parthia formally cedes control of Manchuria, the long contested Russian control province of China, back to Equalsun, as they wish. Other nations may absorb other countries in the former CIS, but out of respect for our old ally-ship, and for the consolidation after the loss of our close ally, king Tiridates himself has ordered to unifying of Russia. We hope this can be resolved peacefully with all other nations.

With the great red blob of the CIS gone, the area above him was a lovely, takeable grey. At least, that's what it should be. Now, however, the purple of the Parthian Crown was sweeping across the nation, eating what was ripe for his conquest. And that was, as he had just said, unacceptable. "I'm heading to the diplomatic center to write to the Diplomatic center to talk to Parthia about this. First Sri Lanka, now this?! Feng, Shui, Zhou, initiate operation SOUTHERN STORM." His generals nodded, directing their respective battalions on the map to initiate the military annexations of Manchuria, Mongolia, and Russia as planned. This time, however, the great might of the CIS would not be in their way. Only the meager Parthian forces would be in a shape to oppose them, if diplomacy failed...

Racing across the 50th floor extendable sidewalk, he took the high-speed central elevator to the ground floor. Climbing onto his personal motorcycle, he drove across the sidewalks to the Diplomatic Center, not having time to walk like a regular citizen and not wanting to risk the public transportation; you can never be too careful when you're the Emperor. Climbing off, he strolled into the marbled lobby of the DC, the crystal chandelier glittering him with light upon entering. Taking the lovely elevator to the suite at the floor, he sat down at one of the desks dealing with incoming diplomatic messages. Saving a current tariff draft against Ismeil, he opened a new document and began writing.

Following were the troop transports carrying Equalsun Empire ground forces, snow camouflage apparent as they trundled into the harsh Northern climate. Having been preparing for this since the country's founding, frostbite, for once, would not be a problem for the invading army.

However, hopefully there would be no war; the web of alliances Xi had worked so hard to forge would cause a world war if the Crown was insane enough to engage him. And besides, due to his military buildup he had their armed forces fifteen times over. This would be a peaceful annexation, he was sure. And after this, there would be no East; there would only be the Empire.
