Nedewsila:
The entire military, including the naval blockade moves to the coast and city of Cruzada and prepare for war against the ever growing rebel population in the three major rebel cities Freoin, New Hellion, and Meccia. The blockade was moved in the interest of more peaceful relations between the Coalition and Cesopium.

To: Coalition Forces in Dacruz
From: Task Force 111, Consolidated Nations Alliance
To whom this may concern,
We would like to offer our forces to help with taking down the anarcho-communist rebels in the AO. We request that you give us a landing site for our transports to drop off the army, and to allow our aircraft to cross Coalition held territory in order to begin strikes on the enemy. We also have some humanitarian work to do as well, but that will mostly be well behind the lines so that will not get in the way.
I remain,
Kali Astradi

OOC:What blockade still exists on Tusia, I thought it was totally dissolved in earlier posts. The GRA seems to have gone hostile against the Coalition. The Green Union has no naval vessels in that area or in the all of Dacruz as far as I know. All other navies are either in other parts and non-hostile to Cesopium.
If I am incorrect, show me the post.

Some Cesopiumian and DPG forces guarding the border of Tusia are beginning to report strange shadows and sounds on the far side of the border. It is not known to Cesopiumian officials whether or not these claims are reason for concern.
The flag that flew over City Hall was black, but had one notable addition: a small red star.
"Comrades! Dig in! Our duty is to hold on to the city as long as possible until reinforcements arrive. Reinforce the position at the State Police Barracks in the southwest sector. I want this entire city ringed with buried explosives!"

A small group of Nedewsilan Ground Forces move into Astone, claiming it a the new base of Military operations, allowed by the Himmelsdorf Accord. The Nedewsilans then send a telegram to the leaders of all parties (rebels, and terrorists included) and are inviting them to a Digital Conference. Attached to the telegram is a YHHBF Digital Tablet with one app installed, The Astone Conference App. In the app is a list of black rectangles (screens) with a name under it. These names include, all coalition members, ISAF-Usea, Nedewsila, LFN, GRA, Kala Lumpur, The Rebelleion etc... (OOC: anyone who posted twice so far is invited.)
The purpose of this conference will be to peacefully decide that the Dacruzian government deserves full control over it's country and anyone opposed to that should leave, by force if need be. Another big topic is to clearly define Cesopiums power over Tusia and to confirm if Cesopium plans to turn Tusia over to the Dacruzian government when the rebellion is crushed.
Reinforce the position at the State Police Barracks in the southwest sector.

To the office of ISAF-Usea foreign affairs
The PMCs operating in Dacruz are Arcadian government owned businesses that allow the GRA to win wars more efficiently and they will still be operating in DAcruz after their results
