The Azenyanistanis elect a new leader named Eimeria Ur Kaiteriza, a 33 year old Azenyanistani woman, older sister of Sadisia Ur Kaiteriza, a not-so-very-well-known Azenyanistani adviser to Yuhunukaradavis, to lead the Azenyanistanis out from the war which the Azenyanistanis won at the cost of millions of lives and at the cost of the environment of Azenyanistan.

The Azenyanistani Provisional Republic or The 3rd Republic has chosen to allow the WPT, the Federation of Democratic Regions (FDR) and the Neo Philippine Empire to establish bases in the north, the west and east and have influence over these areas except the central parts of Azenyanistan, which the Azenyanistanis which to have control over still. Azenyanistani citizens are in confusion and in one of the most chaotic periods of their lives as they search for their missing loved ones, the bodies of the ones who fought for them and for food, water and a good home. Over 700,000 Azenyanistani children are orphaned or are missing their mothers, most of them Azenyanistani soldiers who were rumored to be MIA or captured by the enemy.

Meanwhile, Azenyanistanis in Arroyo and Yaneza get busy, quickly dismantling the defenses they have built as well as disarming all the traps they have made on roads, in the underground and so on, so that they can move on onto repairing the environment of the south, which the Azenyanistanis placed so much value upon.

The Azenyanistani wolfpacks reestablish contact with the new Republic but the wolfpacks are unable to return to Azenyanistan without facing the toxins unleashed upon the country by Vanquaria. The families and friends of the members of the wolfpacks have to wait again.

In the mean time, the Azenyanistanis await what will happen to them during this period of rule by the WPT and its allies, the FDR and the NPE. However, the Azenyanistanis are more than happy to allow these 3 countries to establish some presence in the land of Azenyanistanis.

Azenyanistan has made a list of things to which it will agree to:

1. Azenyanistan is willing to give up some land in the north, the east, the west, to the WPT, the NPE and the FDR for them to place bases and other assets on.
2. Azenyanistan is willing to be under the influence of these 3 nations if and only if the 3 nations shall assist the Azenyanistanis in repairing the south and in getting the wolfpacks home.
3. Azenyanistan shall pay 7 or 17 or 77 million $$$ to all nations affected by Azenyanistan if and only if the nations affected by Azenyanistan shall and shall absolutely leave Azenyanistan alone until all payments have been made.
4. Azenyanistan shall give up all captured enemy men and women to their respective countries if and only if the other countries agree to return all Azenyanistanis captured to Azenyanistan.
5. Azenyanistan shall leave the affected countries alone for 17 years during which Azenyanistan is going to rebuild, repair and retake.
6. Azenyanistan shall be allowed to keep 17,000 women and 7,000 men as the military of the 3rd Republic and so on.
7. Azenyanistan shall be allowed to keep its factions with it in case the country needs more manpower.
8. Azenyanistan shall consider the south a shared area for 7 years and after 7 years, the Azenyanistanis will be allowed to get the south back. This will go into effect after the south has been cleaned and rebuilt. The area shall be shared by all countries affected.
9. Azenyanistan shall be allowed to ban Finarah and her descendants from Azenyanistan. Her grandmother is also banned from Azenyanistan. Azenyanistan shall also keep Finarahs assets in Azenyanistan and shall confiscate all things that belongs to her family in Azenyanistan.
10. Azenyanistan shall be pressed into producing whatever all affected nations need. If and only if Azenyanistan is left alone.
11. Azenyanistan shall be friendly if and only if communists are forever banned and forever considered enemies from Azenyanistan. Exceptions not included in the ban.

We have already withdrawn our forces from the Azenyanistan conflict. I would like to arrange a joint military exercise between our nations. My young but exceptional commander, Colonel Radec, is willing to travel with a majority of his army to participate in a military exercise. He looks forward to training and learning the Cirillan way of war firsthand and hopes to teach your forces some of our tactics. But first we will need to arrange a location, preferably an island owned by one of our countries. A plot of land has already been cleared for a Cirillan embassy to be constructed. IC: Troops have moved into Azenyanistani Territory and have established an FOB from which engineering units operate in order to clear the mines and various hazards left behind, along with building infrastructure and homes for displaced peoples. An aid camp has been established along with a small hospital and a service which will hopefully allow citizens to help find missing relatives and friends. We also offer our condolences to the nation of Azenyanistan for the death of the late Speaker and hope for warm relations between our nation and yours. In the south, several patrols in full MOPP gear have ventured into territories contaminated by toxins and chemicals in an attempt to determine when reconstruction efforts can begin. Top scientists are predicting at best several weeks and at worst several months. Meanwhile, the children of female soldiers captured by the Eakans were waiting eagerly in the airports for their mothers. When their mothers came out of the planes that landed, the children came charging to hug and kiss their mothers who they thought were dead. Their mothers also did the same, hugging and kissing their children, comforting them. There was one female soldier however who had no children come to her. Her only child was dead. A few days later, she committed suicide. Her child was killed by Vanquarian artillery in Arroyo.

Thanks to the service set by the FDR, many Azenyanistanis were able to find their friends, their families and they were also able to locate their dead. Whenever the Azenyanistanis found their own dead, they immediately dig holes 7 foot deep and place them there before burying them.

Helping the FDR and WPT in clearing mines and traps were the Azenyanistani terrorists who managed to survive and return to Azenyanistan. Azenyanistani troops, both old and current, were helping the FDR out too. Civilians, especially kids, helped out too. They were often the ones who put down traps for Vanquarians and Eakans if they attacked Arroyo or Yaneza.

Azenyanistani hackers emerge slowly and began to defend Azenyanistani internet from the Vanquarians. One hacker, a 14 year old girl, managed to hack into the accounts of some Vanquarian hackers and destroy their computers and other devices from the inside out. She came to be known for that as Tank Girl. She was an orphan and was known for the AMX-13 which she owns and uses in getting herself to school and back home.

Any Azenyanistani in Vanquaria was in danger...so the Azenyanistanis began to move in into apartments so they could be safe in numbers and so that they can be closer. In Vanquaria, the Azenyanistanis began to protect their spaces in the internet. There was one incident wherein an Azenyanistani woman destroyed the computers of a few hackers and hooligans who were her neighbors because they deleted all of her photos online.
