That would always be my view. I use a flexible population system anyway depending on who I'm RPing with.

So guys, I'm discussing with El Cuscatlan, there may be a major RP to take place in Bratislav, that will highlight the IFC/SACTO divide. Basically, my country has within its military, members that are sympathetic to the Liberalismo Contador ideology, and are tired with the current Government whom they view weak. They are Nationalists which in the past ruled the country via a Military Junta. However, the military is divided in that. For the past decade, the military has stayed united behind the respective Presidents Albanov and Nikolev. But, they may see a chance to stage a military coup and implement the Nationalist Ideology for good....
