As there has yet to be formalized an official policy on observer status states, and since it sorts under my office to make decisions in regards to relations with foreign powers, I, Aleera Isilmë Anairë Eldalótë Farlight Cassius Cervidae Alcedina-Aquilaine, Imperatrice of Melcenea, Princess of Aquilinia and the Imperial House of Alcedina, Archduchess of Nicomedia, Lady Ambassador of the Imperial Commonwealth, High Representative of the Greater Quendi Co- Prosperity Sphere etc., would like to formally Accept the application issued by the Confederacy of Avstroslavia for observer status. This acceptance is issued with authority questionable by the Lady High Commissioner and the Commonwealth Council to whom we shall soon present a bill to address the interesting issue raised by this our first request for observer status.

The Confederacy's Ambassador may find it useful to browse the Bureau of Commonwealth Affairs, to familiarise themselves with Commonwealth procedure. Alternatively the Foreign Service shall allocate general Ludwig von Weg and Colonel Hanz Inerstrauss a group of aides and assistants that will assist the the representatives of Avstroslavia in getting aquainted with commonwealth customs. Head of this group shall be lady Vanlanthiriel i Laiquendi Ondolithe of Yôzâyan to whom I defer both the esteemed gentlemen from Avstroslavia should they have any questions.
