The New Imperial League is an international organization of independent states that have come together under a common belief, the importance of monarchy and the strong role it is to have in all aspects of society. Following the values of democracy, human right, rule of law and multilateralism the commonwealth seeks to achieve the high form of good governance. As times change, people look beyond the charm of term politicians and to the everlasting grace of their sovereign. Divine right is not only to govern without restriction but to allow the sovereign to serve their people without hinder. It is through the league that monarchies of the world may stand united in their convictions.

Constitution of the Imperial Commonwealth League of Crowns

Membership:
Membership is limited to only nations whom have invested their head of state and/or head of government to the sovereignty of a monarch. The official acceptance into the Imperial Commonwealth is at the discretion of the Imperial High Commission who gives approval with the confidence of the Commonwealth Council.
A. All members must supply a $175,000,000 NSD fee
B.All members must supply a minimum of 5000 combat personal to the Commonwealth Crown Defense Force
C.No nations wishing to join the commonwealth may legally operate a slave trade or support the institution of slavery in their nation.
D. Puppet nations are not allowed in the Commonwealth, but are allowed in the region. If the nation wishes, delegates may accompany their parent nation’s delegates, but cannot vote or run for office.

Voting:
Within the governing bodies, each member-state is awarded a single vote. Regardless of size or influence, each member-state is restricted to one vote on any given issue.
A. The voting for "general business" or issues that cannot be identified as the jurisdiction of a governing will take place by the Commonwealth Council
B. A proposal must gain a simply majority in order to for the Lord High Commission to sign it into commonwealth law
C. A member-sate may wavier their right to vote at any time, except in cases of impeachment.
D.No Imperial Officers can vote in an impeachment of the Lord High Commissioner
E. Delegates from puppet nations are restricted from voting
F.Commonwealth Officers may vote in an impeachment
G.The Lord High Commissioner must begin the vote
H.In the temporary absence of the Commissioner, the Lord Speaker may commence a vote.
I.Voting MUST occur within a 48 hour window from when the vote is opened.
J Voting for elections MUST take place within 48 hours of their commencement.

Imperial Officers:
The Imperial Commonwealth League of Crowns is to be governed and administered by six executives know as imperial officers. The imperial officers are to be subjects of the a member state.

A.The Lord High Commissioner is the official head of the commonwealth. The Lord High Commissioner is selected by a simple elected by the sovereigns of the commonwealth and serve for a 6 year term. The incumbent is the supreme governor of all commonwealth business and activities. The Lord High Commissioner is to direct the focus of the commonwealthIt is the duty of the Lord High Commissioner to officially endorse all mandates, bills, acts and resolutions, without that recognition the proposal cannot be adopted by commonwealth. It is within the power of the Lord High Commissioner to dismiss an officer with the confidence of the council. At all times the Lord High Commissioner has the right to be advice, consul and warn. The incumbent enjoys the style His/Her Excellency The Rt. Hon. Lord/Lady High Commissioner.

B.The Lord Ambassador is the official foreign affairs officer of the Imperial Commonwealth and consult to the Lord High Commissioner on diplomatic issues. The Lord Ambassador is appointed by the Lord High Commissioner for a 3 year term, with the confidence of the Commonwealth Council, and may only be dismissed by the Imperial High Commissioner. It is the responsibility of the Lord Ambassadors to act as liaison between member-states and the greater international community on behalf of the Commonwealth. In the event where the Lord High Commissioner is compromised, the Lord Ambassador will act as administrator until a new Lord High Commissioner is announced. The incumbent enjoys the style, His/Her Excellency The Honourable Lord/Lady Ambassador.

C.The Lord Exchequer is responsible for all financial activities taken on by the commonwealth. It is the duty of the Lord Exchequer to advise and consult the Lord High Commissioner and council in matters of economic nature. The Lord Exchequer is appointed by the Lord High Commissioner for a 3 year term, with the confidence of the house. The Governorship of the The League of Crowns Treasury Financial Holding & Investment Group is invested in the Lord Exchequer of the duration of their term. The incumbent enjoys the style. His/Her Excellency The Honourable Lord/Lady Exchequer.

D. The Lord Earl Marshal is the commanding officer of the Commonwealth Crown Defense Force and consults the Lord High Commission on issues of military nature. The Lord Earl Marshal is appointed by the Lord High Commissioner for 3 year term, with the confidence of the council, but can only be dismissed by Defense Council . As Chairman of the Defense Council, the Lord Earl Marshal oversee all military activities conducted by the commonwealth. The incumbent enjoys the style, His/Her Excellency The Honourable Lord/Lady Earl Marshal.

E. The Lord speaker is the moderator of the Commonwealth Council presiding over all sessions of the council and consults the Imperial High Commissioner on matters of the greater commonwealth. It is the responsibility of the Lord Speaker to ensure all meetings run to order and follow procedure and protocol. While in the Commonwealth Council chambers, the Lord speaker is the most senior officer next to the Imperial High Commissioner. It is the duty of the Lord Speaker to open session, open votes, close votes and formally request the endorsement of the Lord High Commissioner. The incumbent enjoys the style, His/Her Excellency The Honourable Lord/Lady Speaker.

F.The Exalted Lord Justice is the chief justice of the Commonwealth Crown Court and chief legal consultant to the Imperial High Commissioner. The Imperial Lord Justice is elected by the Commonwealth Council and serves for duration the incumbent holds the confidence of the council. It is the duty of the Exalted Lord Justice check the council and governing bodies when they have gone against established commonwealth law.The incumbent enjoys the style, His/Her Excellency The Honourable Exalted Lord/Lady Justice.

Governing Institutions:

A. The Commonwealth Council
The Commonwealth Council is the main deliberative body of the Imperial Commonwealth League of Crowns. From the council, as agencies, committees and advisory boards are formed. Each member states it permitted to send a delegation(up to six people) lead by their Commonwealth Ambassador. All commonwealth activity of "general business" or not already delegated to a specific body is conducted in and by the Commonwealth Council.

B. Defense Council
The Defense Council is the military advisory broad of the Imperial Commonwealth League of Crowns.The council is chaired by the Lord Earl Marshal and is composed of military representative from each member-state. It is the duty of the Defense Council to facilitate all activities of military concern and nature. It is the reserve power of the Defense Council to override all military operation once a declaration of war has been issued.

C.The Imperial Commonwealth League of Crowns Treasury Financial Holding & Investment Group
The Imperial Commonwealth League of Crowns Treasury Financial Holding & Investment Group is the independent central bank of the Imperial Commonwealth. Although it functions as the monetary administrator of the Imperial Commonwealth, its main objective is to uphold the interest of all its stakeholders. The treasury provides financial security and bountiful investment opportunities for states, large companies and wealthy individuals with minimal risk and maximum return. Consisting of top financial experts, as provided by each member-state of the Imperial Commonwealth, the governor and treasury board specialize in financial holdings and consistent financial returns.

D.Imperial Commonwealth Magistrate(ICM)
The ICM is the judiciary organ of the Imperial Commonwealth League pf Crowns and is led by the Exalted Lord Justice who is support by Lord Justices which are supplied by each member-state. All disputes between member-states that cannot be resolved diplomatically will be adopted by the ICM who will sentence judgement for the greater good of the Imperial Commonwealth. At request of the Exalted Lord Justice, the ICM may be called to place judgment on issues presented by the Lord High Commissioner.
