Notice: Radio waves, including communication, can pass through the ring, but this requires a communication base (or ship) that can mediate radio waves directly in front of the ring.

Simply, this is an RP which NS nations in the parallel world(You can consider this a canon if you wish. The basic premise is that this RP is not a canon for each of the countries) connect with the IRL WW2 world and interfere with each other. You can join the RP as an Allies or Neutral Nations.(Axis powers are not allowed) There's a lot to explain, so I recommend you take your time to reread my first OOC post.

Also, this RP has a character number rule. It should have at least 1500 characters(or close to it) per post.

In that case, I might be bringing a single Fortress Class Nuclear powered In-Theatre Offshore Tactical Missile Artillery Craft and some ground units into the fray... Of course I will abide to the 1500 character minimum.

On a seperate note, is this Human only? Or can I bring in other species, because of the ahem... portals factor.

If it's MT level, other species are allowed. Of course, it should be at the MT level.

Okay just want to make sure my two portal locations are okay with you. One will be in the middle of Guam and where Boldonia would be. The other will be in Lake Michigan at the tripoint of the Illinois, Wisconsin, and Michigan state borders.
