About the 5th Internationale
The 5th Internationale is the successor to the 4th and 3rd Internationales(duh!). We believe in modern leftism, as well as an open concept of leftism. Those on the left may have different views but are still united. The Internationale represents all these organizations throughout the NS world(hints in the name). The Internationale isn't a military alliance for leftists, or an economic alliance for leftists, it is an alliance OF LEFTISTS. We are an International congress of the Left, where ALL leftists are accepted.

Every year at an elected location, the entire 5th Internationale is invited to a world-wide convention which will help write the new path and history of socialism, as well as learn about each other.- The Internationale Economic Exchange
The Internationale has multiple areas and regions where people are worse off than in other areas. In Leftism all groups are to be as equal as possible. The IEE is an exchange of resources and currency(if applicable) between developed countries and less developed countries- The Internationale Leftist Development Assistance Program
Some countries and groups have difficulties achieving their left-wing goals. One the other hand some countries have achieved their goals. This is where the ILDAP steps in, helping countries achieve their goals by sending advisors from countries that have accomplished their leftist goals
