Short overview of your faction's technological level: Infantry equipment consists mostly of regural bullet-firing firearms, though gauss weaponry is being introduced in large numbers. Laser weapons are used in limited numbers. Tthat kind of tech is also used on larger variants in use on vehicles and tanks. Vehicles include tracked, wheeled and anti-gravity vehicles (not in very large numbers), as well as combat walkers, that range from heavy battlesuits to legged tanks to massive 280 meter tall war machines (these are limited)
Our FTL method is warp travel. Ship weaponry consists of lances, macrocannons, rail guns, torpedoes/missiles, and other smaller weapons systems for anti-small craft and torpedo/missile defence that make use of the above technologies. All these generally have several variants each. There are also special weapons in use such as [url]Nova Cannons[/url].

Short overview of your faction/nation: (origins, history, government type etc.) The Allied Castarcian Systems was founded out of the remnants of what once existed as the Allied Castarcian States. It is a state that has experienced several troubles and civil conflicts even after taking to the stars. Currently, the government exists as an Imperial Federation of sorts - the monarchy and the military lord over affairs in the central government, but for the most part most local governance is done by democratically elected officials. Officially, the state's only legitimate functions are to protect citizens from crime and provide basic institutions such as education, healthcare, policing, courts and prisons, and the military. Apart from that, mostly everything is legal - officially.
The Allied Castarcian Systems has established no contact yet with any other species, let alone other humans. They are open to the possibility of one day discovering their fellow humans - they are not so narrow-minded to think that they are the only ones who managed to utilise FTL travel successfully. But the universe is infinitely large, and truth be told, they are happy to be alone. They only need themselves.
Most of the population exists on the capital planet of the capital system - the massive, earthlike Balen Prime - discovered in the late 21st century by the Allied Castarcian States and earmarked as somewhere to go if the need arose as the conditions were near perfect, and henceforth kept secret from practically all. Very very few ships managed to jump anywhere near where their co-ordinates had specified, but those that did founded what we see today.
The other population exist in the second system, with two habitable planets. The larger of the pair is home to the exiled House Pearson, descendants of those very people who ruled the ACS very shortly after the beginning of the 21st century. This now massive noble house mostly controls its little corner of the Imperial Federation, still plotting and planning its 'rightful' return to power.
Short overview/description of your major non-human species: Sentient artificial intelligence exists in limited numbers, but is subordinate to humanity.
Short overview of your faction's technological level: (weaponry, civillian tech etc.) The Allied Castarcian Systems are a relatively unadvanced faction as far as comparison with any other human civilisations goes. They lack massive weapons of war or fleets of tried and tested warships. It is comfortable with space but even today has not truly perfected any sense of an FTL drive. Other techs include near-perfect cloning, biomechanical advancements - to the point of near-immortality, cryogenics et cetera.
Military ground vehicles are regarded as obsolete by the Castarcians, seeing as one cybernetically-enhanced soldier can deal and take as much punishment as well as being far more agile and mobile. Ships are in small numbers and generally not built for ship-to-ship combat ; they are untested in this role. The fleet mostly consists of many very small craft equipped with rail weaponry and/or lasers, and a literal handful of larger craft with (rudimentary) shields and more substantial armament.

The four species were the Su'fhalahkit, Choj'mahlak, Qalqi'k, and the Sah'falo'zhi. These four nations, utilizing their specialties, applied them together to create a Confederacy which swiftly dominated the habitable worlds in its region. Using its united armies and technologies, they created a series of advances that would leave the nation ahead in technology in comparison to their human counterparts and currently hold a Cold War against the Collectivist Union.
Short overview/description of your major non-human species: A caste-like series of aliens. There is various sapient species with the Sah'falo'zhi being the stronger of the four. Their common skin colour is bluish-purple. The Qalqi'k are small (In height) but intelligent and are responsible for a majority of the Confederacy's technology. They are a similar colour to that of the Sah'falo'zhi but are not a related species. They are considerably weak in terms of physical strength. The last two species, the Su'fhalahkit and the Choj'mahlak, are skinny but quick species. They are both related species and were together in one nation at the time of the uniting of the confederacy. The two are distinguished by their colour (Green-Blue and Yellow-Orange respectively) and their internal organs are slightly different as the Su'fhalahkit can survive in cold temperature whereas the Choj'mahlak can survive in extremely hot temperatures. More details will be made later when I gather more about each species.
Short overview of your faction's technological level: For all technologies, they're considerably ahead but not too far ahead to the point of being overpowered. The general weakness of the technology is that it's fragile with exception to the computer systems which utilize advanced security and calculating systems. Civilian technology is very "cyberpunk" with computers being necessary for everyday lives. Robots are extremely common in the Confederacy and are used to make up for the species' lack of physical prowess in specific fields.

The resulting wars and caos, including the galactic collapse, lead to the Black Empire being a fraction of the original size of the Imperium. Due to the lifespan of Demontronians and the immortal Ariadians, many remember events such as the Great War, the Black Uprisings, the Hel Uprisings, the Annilia War, and the War of Brothers. The Black Empire was lead by the Black Kaizer Blake Vinz Takario III for most of its beginning history, but he soon retired. He lived just long enough to see a Human before his death. Short overview/description of your major non-human species: Male Demontronians are taller than Humans by anywhere from 1-2 feet. Females reach the same height as a average male human. Of course variation does occur due to genetics. They resemble wolves, Dogs, Foxs, and Red Pandas in feautures. They have a keen social structure based on seperation of genders until the mating season that usally occurs once a year to once every few years depending on population. There is rarely xenophobia, as they had to survive together with the Sangs and Aridians for most of the Dark Period.

Short overview of your faction/nation: Government is an Indirect Democracy that is headed by Madani Nasir Nassar as the Eternal Supreme Leader of Beruiti. The Eternal Supreme Leader of Beruiti is more a ceremonial role. The government runs on a modified confederation model, in which the country is led by an indirect democracy, however the Chief Executive is the leader of the Council of Beruiti, which controls any sort of all-encompassing issues, such as defense, and to a more bigger extent, government programs. The systems themselves are considered somewhat independent, all of them acting as federations of their own, as most of them are split up into further states that were former independent countries.
The origin of New Beruiti is here, however the Confederated Systems of New Beruiti fought a series of wars that united the Canidium Republic and the Confederacy of Barylium under New Beruiti, and forced the disbanding of the Caniderian Union, and encompassed the annexation of the Apregina Federation, United Barylium and the Canidium Union. The war initially favored the Caniderian Union and those who allied with them, however through several campaigns on Apregina and Canidium, the Caniderian Union was turned onto the offensive. Within years, the Apregina Federation and United Barylium were taken by New Beruiti. With the capture of the Quartz Republic of the Caniderian Union, the Caniderian Union surrendered. And thus the Confederated Systems of New Beruiti came into existence under the New Beruiti Confederate Model of governing.
Short overview/description of your major non-human species: Despite not siding with New Beruiti during the Wars of New Beruiti, Apregians make up the majority of the population of New Beruiti that isn't Human. Apregians are human-like, except have a much larger distinction in DNA, particularly by using more than 4 different nucleotides. Apregians have a look of blue skin and a slightly higher height than humans, however have a very similar blood type that relates to humans, which makes them more related to humans than other species.
Barylians, Caniderians, and Canidiums make up a significantly smaller portion of the racial composure, however are more valued in Beruitian society. Barylians and Caniderians are all male, however Canidiums can vary, but all are under canine. Barylians have demonstrated to have a better intelligence and also have been proven to be some of the more better commanders in the Wars of New Beruiti. Also masters at agrarianism, most Barylians are farmers, however they are mediocre at physical tasks. Caniderians have demonstrated to be more better at physical tasks, and have been proven to be the more better soldiers. Mediocre however when it comes to farming and commanding, they are also very adept to traveling, and compared to Barylians and Canidiums, they are the tallest and largest of the three. Canidiums have demonstrated to be better at arts and writing, mostly contributing a large part to culture, however are the most inept in physical tasks and are, for the most part, asexual. Barylians are the largest of the groups, and Canidiums are by far the smallest of the three groups.
Stellans are related to Cervidae family, and by far the most charismatic out of all species. The System of Stella remains under a New Beruitian Jurisdiction, in which it is a sovereign nation, however is under the Defense of New Beruiti. Stellans are regular immigrants, and have served as the core diplomats of New Beruiti and the Republic of Stella. By far much more inept at physical labor, they make the smallest part of the military. Stellans are some of the few religious species, mostly believing in the Old World belief of Judaism. Stellans are also very adept in culture but more so in philosophy and religion.
Octavians are by far the smallest group. They are related to Procyonidae, and are somewhat sparse. They lack a planet as Octave is most barren with very small parts made to house life. However they are more related to Caniderians, being a bit more taller and more stronger than Caniderians. Usually put into the military, Octavians are only two phenotypes of grey and white and red and white, however Octavians born of red and white are more stronger than grey and white, while also being more intelligent. However red and white Octavians are much less common than grey and white.
The country operates under Egalitarianism, however discrimination against females is common, as well as discrimination against Humans, Canidiums, and Caniderians exists.
Short overview of your faction's technological level: Weaponry is very advanced, however most of the main military is focused on land armies. Most ships are made to be small and agile, however there are larger ships that are equipped with better weaponry. Smaller ships are equipped with rail guns that are able to fire large amounts of ammo in a short amount of time, however larger ships are less well equipped with several small guns used for defense and bombardment of a planet, relying on smaller ships garrisoned within. Shields are relatively mediocre, but are sometimes equipped with smaller ships.
Bio-mechanical and armoring of Caniderians and Octavians able to withstand large amounts of stress and are able to block forms of damage withstood by armor which is tough to shred, and vary from class to class. Octavians are normally relied on being scouts with bio-mechanical advancements allowing them to be faster and agile, with a smaller armory. However Caniderians are usually given armor and bio-mechanical advancements that make them resistant to most damage. Experimental Cloning has started with results.

Infantry equipment of the Stratocracy consist of bullet-firing firearms, but has seen increasing use of portable railguns. The vehicles used by the Stratocracy use railguns as their main weaponry which varies different sizes for the size of the vehicle. The FTL method used by the Stratocracy is the Jump Drive........jk too op, we use Warp Drives. The weaponry used by Stratocracy's starships are predominately oversized helicial railguns(Combination of the coilgun & railgun), lances, and also torpedoes and small craft. Short overview of your faction/nation: (origins, history, government type etc.) The evolution of the Heugesch Colony Fleet after the evacuation plan is set in motion. German and Russian ethnic groups are taken into space, claims to administrative bias in rejecting English passengers. Several colony ships separated during transit, colonized three systems with 4 inhabitable planets in total. One ship went missing, colonized inhabitable planet, failed to make contact. Time passes. Major systems establish major transit routes, discover missing ship's colony. Major systems form working government, differences in ideology are resolved. Missing colony cannot reconcile, war erupts. Time passes. War ends, all systems are brought under control of federal government. Slightly authoritarian (surveillance wise) out of necessity, but personal freedoms are good. Space fleet is well maintained and regularly routed through systems. More to come, as I can think of it.

Short overview/description of your major non-human species: The Cenusians are the most common non-humanoid species. They have an average height of 5 feet, and generally have grey coloured skin, however, shades of red, green, blue and purple are also relatively common. When found by the Humans of the Imperial Fatherland they were in a mid industrial era, such as Atlas in the 1930s, and Imperial contact averted a disastrous world war, as ultimately the very spiritualistic and religious Cenusians began to view the Imperials as gods, and relished the opportunity to join the empire. For the first few years of their vassalage, the Cenusians were mistreated and looked down upon by the highly Xenophobic human population, however, eventually, the tenacity, intelligence and loyalty of the Cenusians have elevated them to a position in the Fatherland almost on par with the humans, and are by far the most respected non-human species by Imperial Humans.
Barescans are large and brutish, and were the result of genetic experimentation of some native beasts of New Veraglia, by transplanting small amounts of Human DNA into a creature reminiscent of an earth boar, the Imperials created a brutish and stupid race, which found use as cannon fodder, shock troops, and manual labourers. They are looked down upon for their lack of intellect, but they are mostly content doing as their masters tell them.
Piranativans are the native people of the Piranativ planet, a society still in the stone age, they are keenly watched and protected by Imperial observers, who hesitate to make contact, and instead try and see what can be learnt from their society, while secretly manipulating them to allow the extraction of valuable ores and minerals from the planet. They are even smaller than Cenusians, standing at average about 4 feet, but otherwise being fairly similar to humans, with the same skin colours, but with pointed ears and large noses, they are often nicknamed "Hobbits" or "Goblins".
Short overview of your faction's technological level: Imperial Military power is almost solely reliant on energy weapons in the form of high powered lasers called Phazers.
Infantry weapons are standardized across both the IFMC and the IFHG, the kfk FaL is standard across all branches, and is a short, semi automatic rifle firing a single bolt of energy each trigger pull. The battery capacity allows it to fire 20 bolts per fire, with a removable heat-dispersing radiator after the trigger which also must be replaced every 100 shots.
The FaL often finds itself outperformed in close quarters due to it's semi automatic nature, as such, the IFMC makes use of the kfk AmK, which is fully automatic and fires a 6mm caseless cartridge at 750 rounds per minute with highly advanced recoil mitigation technology. It is the only conventional gas-operated firearm in the Imperial Arsenal.
The standard squad support weapons of Imperial Infantry consists of a high powered laser, capable of cutting through power armour and light vehicles, however, due to it's high energy output, the firearm is notorious for overheating quickly and irreparably. There are two solutions to this problem. The kfk PVL(o) is an aircooled variant, which requires the shooter to allow the weapon to cool down for around 1.5 seconds, depending on the climate, in addition to replacing the power core every five shots. It is the standard sniper of the IFMC and IFHG. The water cooled variant, the kfk PVL(g), uses coolant flowing in and out of a water jacket to cool the barrel, and has a much larger on board power core, this gives it a much higher weight, and means it can only be carried by powered armoured soldiers or used a stationary point defence weapon. It can fire an uninterrupted beam of energy for twenty seconds before needing to replace the power core.
Both corps of Imperial ground forces make use of armoured vehicles, which predominantly use laser cannons to dispatch heavy hostile armour, however, the main battle tank the VcDSp-1391 features two gauss railguns, to propel 152mm shells great distance, either firing high explosive Veraglium (an explosive compound less explosive than Uranium or Plutonium, but more so than conventional explosives) cannons, or armour piercing Tungsten Core cannons, capable of tearing through most armour.
The Imperial Star Navy's FTL method is warp travel. Ship weaponry primarily consists of Phasers, however, most ships also have the capacity to fire Antimatter Torpedoes for dealing with more heavily armoured targets. The ships interplanetary propulsion usually consists of impulse plasma engines.
The Imperial Fatherland has made great strides in the fields of genetic engineering. However, in fields such as cloning, robotics and other scientific fields, they lag behind.

Short overview of your faction's technological level: (weaponry, civillian tech etc.) The lack of a need for civilian tech other than recharging stations and other absolutely necessary needs for the correct maintenance and survival of a Mechan, plus the absolute monopoly over the economy by E.D.E.N and its subordinates, give the Mechan an slight upper hand and technological advancement, at least when compared to humans. This doesn't mean sole military advancement can change the course of a war in the Mechan's favor, but it will make wars significantly harder to fight and logistic slightly easier to keep on top notch quality.

They generally are opportunistic, cunning, but very large, making it difficult to conduct business with others. They generally can form themselves to look slightly more humanoid. Diplomat Koosaavanites have had surgery to key areas on its body to make it more palatable to humanoid species.
Short overview of your faction's technological level: The technology level is generally mix matched, using items from multiple places to suit their needs. Koosaavanite females naturally carry replenish able energy spines, which launch like rocket artillery. Ships are very mining oriented, so quite dirty, not so crisp and new and clean.

As they aren't a biological species, but self-replicating automatons, their appearance can and will vary wildly between the systems and maybe even planets they are built in. Short overview of your faction's technological level: (weaponry, civillian tech etc.) The lack of a need for civilian tech other than recharging stations and other absolutely necessary needs for the correct maintenance and survival of a Mechan, plus the absolute monopoly over the economy by E.D.E.N and its subordinates, give the Mechan an slight upper hand and technological advancement, at least when compared to humans. This doesn't mean sole military advancement can change the course of a war in the Mechan's favor, but it will make wars significantly harder to fight and logistic slightly easier to keep on top notch quality.

Species: (please make sure to state if there's a dominant one) Human
Number of systems under your control: 0
Number of inhabitable planets under your control: 0

Number of dwarf planets and moons: 0
Short overview of your faction/nation: (origins, history, government type etc.) The tan fleet is essentially a pirate faction - a band of humans numbering in the tens of thousands who operate a fleet of ships that travel the galaxy, raiding planets to obtain food, ammunition, and medicine. Formed from the remnants of a rebel movement in (X) system, the faction converged on a naval yard in a long-forgotten desert planet and hijacked a sizable fleet of ships. The group then travelled from world to world, occasionally adding ships to their fleet. The Tan Fleet avoids confrontation with government ships, but is sufficiently armed to fight against them, though not without the loss of civilian lives. The fleet is also insufficiently armed to fully conquer a planet. The Tan Fleet is led by an oligarchy consisting of the captains of the original five capital ships in the fleet. The fleet almost always travels together in formation. The Fleet's populace is extremely xenophobic, and its soldiers find no moral dilemma in the merciless killing of non-human races.Short overview/description of your major non-human species:
