History: After the Union wins freedom from the Holy Roman Empire in 1745, the Union rapidly expands across the continent and quickly industrializes. It takes a neutral policy in world affairs, but still has power that can't be ignored.

Could yeh downsize it to around 18 million, which would be a reasonable population at the time

managed to overthrow the government. Luckily, they left the Emperor safe but installed a Shogun. Also, Industrialization rapidly progressed and after the 1st Sino-Japanese War, her Military might increased exponentially, especially in the Russo-Japanese War.

He overthrew the governments and combined the governments using highly trained agents from the Siwarz Izleky order. After this Janos asserted his iron control over the whole of Moorwhyne while fronting an elective process for regional leaders which actually decide nothing. The Illusion of Democracy is very strong in Siwarz'Hurr, however there are a few who wish to rebel.
