Welcome to the Warzone University!
In an effort to improve interregional education and entertainment, the governments of the Warzones have come together to create the Warzone University. Any resident of a Warzone may create a College dedicated to teaching one subject; this subject could (and preferably should) be humorous and even fictional. The main purpose of this is for you to write Publications - these are Studies from your College about something in your subject, in the form of Factbooks. These should be funny and of good size. When people read and like your Studies, you gain points and expand the College.
For every Study you release, you gain 5 points. In addition, for every up-vote people give your Study, you gain another point. Once you have 25 points, you can construct another Campus. With two Campuses, all points you gain later are doubled. Therefore, with good play, you can eventually receive an Award with your points. These are the following Awards currently on offer:
100 points - receiving the official title of 'Not Stupid' for one week. This title includes Communication and Polls.
200 points - having your flag becoming the Warzone Africa regional flag for one day.
500 points - having your flag becoming the Warzone Africa regional flag for three days and becoming the Not Stupid of the Month.
1000 points - becoming the Vaguely Smart for one month: this includes Communication and Polls. You also become the unofficial regional idol.
