International Alliance Charter

[New Tuva SSR]

This Charter, created on September 25, 2015, confirms that the signatory organization are formally an organized alliance of NationStates. Here, and alliance is described as "An organization with more than two members that links the signatory states militarily, or economically". Dual-nation alliances are not allowed (i.e, The Tuvan-Hatay Alliance)
