"Oh, sorry."

Istalosa got her answer. She grab Hope face to look at her. "Hope did you love my sister?" This was what Istalosa did. She was always out to help others. She was drawn to Hope pain and something else that she wasn't sure. But the pain would have to be settle before Hope could move on.

Hope was surprised when Izzie grabbed her. She blushed and was hesitant to answer. She never wanted to tell anyone, but she wanted to be honest with Izzie. But she felt telling her might drive her away from her.... She didn't know what to do. Eventually she looked down as much as she could with Izzie holding her and answered meekly. "I did. A long time ago. But no one knows, and nothing ever came of it."

Abe nodded in agreement with his Aunt as he turned to addressed Anasailianna. "It is a pleasure to meet your princess" giving what bow he could from his seated position. "Will you be joining us on our little tour of the capital?" Abe asked a hint of curiosity touching his tone. In the meantime Arthan gazed upon the Princess with his own curiosity before he asked. "You wouldn't happen to be related to The Francis Kissinger would you? My father told me many stories of his bravery in both the Liberation and the war that once plagued these lands."

Hope didn't even want to look up. "A little I guess. Though it's not just her, it's also loneliness." Hope didn't want to admit it, but Emily was right when she warned her years ago about not living her own life. "I want something like they have, but it never works out." She felt sad, and couldn't even look at Izzie anymore. If she had no chance with her before, she definitely didn't have any after confessing to loving her sister, and still having some feeling.

Anasilianna smiled at Arthan's words. "He my grand Uncle. And yes he still wishes sometime he was a soldier still and not a king."

Izzie grabbed her and put her wings around her. "Its ok. I am sorry my sister could never see the beautiful and loving woman you are. I know you will find someone who loves you. Just seize the moment when given to you. Don let fear stop you." She said with a smile. They were so close that their heartbeats could be heard.

Arthan smiled at Anasiliana's words. "Well be sure to tell him that soldiering is still as grueling and laboring as it always has been." Giving the girl an honest smile, something rare from the prince

Hope blushed harder. She was so close to her... She was so close to... No.. she stopped herself. That wasn't how she meant it. I'm just being too hopeful. She wouldn't ever like me. "T-thanks." she stuttered. "I hope I do..." She felt so silly, she probably looked like a complete fool in front of the princess.

They were looking around for any sign of their loves and children. Are you there my love? Andrew opened the bond he had with the woman he loved.

The group began to march though the jungle. It was dense. The Elves used their swords to cut down branches. The air was moist and hot. They move through the jungle for a few hours. Till they came to a clearing. The Leader of the guard group, Elderon spoke up. "My lord we should camp. night will be upon us soon."

During the trek through the jungle. Andrew felt something he did not feel for sometime. Warmth and joy fill his heart. He could feel his love was on the island. But he wasn't close enough to initiate contact yet.

"Excellent. Thank you, Your Highness", Maxwell said, smiling genuinely. The Ambassador had had to go through plenty of formal procedures at the behest of his hosts many times in his past. While as a Southern Haktivan, he could appreciate it, he nonetheless grew tired of his work as most men inevitably do and always appreciated a change in the routine.

Selessca smiled at Maxwells words. "Then it is settled. I'll make the arrangements once we reach the palace." Selessca then looked outside for a bit. It was a lovely sight of the city. Even though forty years had passed, Selessca could tell with her Elven eyes the subtle chnages from the earlier incarnations of the city. The scars of the previous conflicts had been erased, but it left some changes that only an Elf could tell. Selessca frown for a moment and turn back to her guests. "Ambassador. Your people are probably no strangers to war. How does your people deal with the aftermath and pain of lost." It was a strange question. But Selessca was curious. The Kinslayer War was the first civil war in record history of the Empire. Selessca and many other wonder what effect would be long term for her people. Yes forty years had passed. But that was a eyeblink in an Elf's life span. To Elves the conflict had just ended. She was hoping that the Haktivans would have an answer.

"Oh yes, we'd simply be delighted" Valenzuela agreed and nodded to her wife and daughter. Wasn't long before all the women were undressed joining the Royal Princess in the bath.

"Dear, Princess" Tormie requested her attention, "Do me the honor of showing me about this aldeia. It seems a little bigger than I feel I'm giving it credit for."

"We could see the massive temples, they are quite a site."

The group join Acahualli in the bath. There was not only steam, but a little pool of warm water to bathe in. The princess began to wash her guests' backs and bodies with sponge. As she begun her work she answer little Tormie's question. "Of course we could see the temples. But you must be purified. No unclean people must enter the temples. It would be a sacrilege otherwise." The princess paused for a moment, then continued. "I don't think you would want to see our sacred rituals performed at the temple....It involves animal sacrifice."

The princes had no problem washing Tormie. If anything she treated the girl like she was her own daughter. She washed her thoroughly and let her rest in the cooler pool of water. Her parents were more difficult task. They were both beautiful women. And as much as the princess stated about not doing anything with them. The Princess was still attracted to them. Even doing her best to just wash them and not try anything. Acahualli still manage to enjoy the touch of their skin and a slight caress of their curves. For their part they got to feel her body a little when she got close to wash them more thoroughly.

Capital of Ilaira, Non-Naval Port

King Tefrim had briefly prepared the cruise to the capital of Ilaira. That was where he'd start the first part of his trip. His intentions were trade, the beginning of relations, perhaps a defense treaty, and a couple other things. The next part would be the Wood-elf nation of Earlann, a nation full of others most similar to him. Iliara had Starlight elves, elves which did not live in Falthrim. However, Tefrim heard that the Starlight-elves had a few admirable cultural similarities to the Wood-elves of Falthrim, such as their love of music. Plus, they have one of the grandest naval ports in their empire, and if it worked like that, the kingdom of Falthrim would have a powerful naval ally. Falthrim had few ships, much less a navy.

The reason for the Earlann trip was mainly because their nation had a people most similar to those of Falthrim. They would probably have the most similar interests, both nations being those of the forest. Tefrim was seasick for much of the trip, not at all used to sea travel. He carried with him his Sword of Kings, and his lute, which he frequently played. Looking at the city of Ilaira, King Tefrim was greeted with a sight he had never seen before, and the wondrous city went further and further into view as the ship was getting ready to dock.

When the Falthrim ship enter the harbour they were greeted with the sound of wonderful soft music. It seem to come from nowhere but everywhere. If the king from his deck would look out. He could see the source. It was the city itself. The musically inclined Star Elves people were playing music on the rooftops of their buildings. They were not even playing for the king or working with each other. They were doing separate songs, but somehow their separate music was coming into a wonderful united melody. As his ship moved to the port he was greeted by a sight of a group of Elves lead by a Elven woman in stylish clothing.

He is not wearing that armor though, and he carries a lute on his back, not that large stringed instrument.

He is wearing this, but without the fur.

King Tefrim was amazed and fascinated by how the music of the many individuals melded into one long song, but he currently had no time for any instrumentals. At the dock were many Starlight-elves, being led by what seemed to be their representative. Once the plank was laid, he disembarked, his knees trembling from sea travel, and greeted what he believed o be the representative. "Hello. I am King Tefrim of the Wood-elf kingdom of Falthrim. How do you do?"

"It's a lovely pleasure to meet you. I am Yona, my sister here is Yun. We're both touring on behalf of my father and family and all the Pyeonese to your lovely kingdom." Both the girls took notice to the appearance of their host dress, it wasn't offensive to them but a bit surprising as the Pyeon people always wore very traditional garb the garb that had been worn for centuries. "You're quite pretty" Yun complimented

Then the most surprising question came, asking to cure the child. As a mother, Yona was very tempted to take the offer but as a religious woman it conflicted. "Well I appreciate the offer greatly, but to use Magic or approve of it is usually something reserved for a High Priestess. Toying with the will and powers of our Goddess of the Night can have terrible repercussions."

"It's better we pass on your offer. She will be fine."

"Thank you kindly for offering. She has been ill for days now but she's on the mend."

The queen smiled to her guest kind words. "Thank you both of you for your kind words. I hope you enjoy your stay in my kingdom." The Queen and the princess notice their surprise looks on their guest faces when they saw their dresses. The queen then spoke again. "Thank you Yun for the compliment. If you desire, we can provide some our dress for you both."

As she waited for an answer to that question, the Queen sat back. She was a little disappointed in the refusal of her offer to heal the little girl, but she understood her guest reservations. Many humans had beliefs that where different than her people. When Yona mention her goddess, the queen understood her offer touch on her guest's beliefs. Not wishing to impose on her guests. The queen would let the matter drop.

As the queen and crown princess entertain their guests in the audience room, the submarine sank into the water. It had begun its journey to the capital. It would be a long journey as there was some distance to the main city. This suited the queen just fine as she needed some time to get to know her guests better.

"Ah well I think that would be lovely to indulge of your culture. Though I do feel bad for I have nothing to offer you in return."

"This is a boat that goes underwater?"

"How far to the city?"

Lord Feren took note of the arriving visitors as they arrived. He noted that difference between the visitors. Two were regal and wore clothing that mark their status. One was dress in the garb of battle with armor on. The others were garbed in clothing of lesser quality which Feren surmised was because they were servants. His suspicion was confirmed when one of lesser garb people came forward and announced the party. Feren noted that style was similar to his race. The Sun Elves. Formal announcement from a lower ranked Elf. Feren noted that. When Lord Garryth spoke his greeting, Lord Feren noted the greeting he use. Learning new language alway intrigued the Archmage. So he hope in the future he could learn more from the Naggorothi. Lord Feren inwardly smiled at Garryth last statement. Ah more Elves that think of themselves as the center of the universe. Maybe my people are related to them. Feren thought as he listen.

When the announcing was done, Lord Feren responded. Normally he would have had a retainer anouch him back. A taste of Sun Elf arrogance to counter theirs, but Feren was suppose to be a friendly host. Not to mention living with his wives had temper older Sun Elf. He had developed the Human term of there was no time this B.S.. Feren smiled and spoke his greeting. "Greeting Lord Garryth, Lady Kyrielle and Lady Yvraine. I am Lord Feren Ap Esamir, Count of Sun Rise, Archmage of 1st Circle and General in army of the Arts. Feren would have continue with the titles but three was enough. Stopping himself from regurgitating titles, Feren continued. "I welcome you on behalf of my Lord and Sha-Coronel Celanor Ap Vyshaan to the Empire of the People. If you will follow me I escort you to the palace."

Feren lead the group to some carriages that were waiting for them. Feren bid Lord Garryth, Lady Kyrielle and Lady Yvraine in with himself in the second carriage. Once everyone was aboard the group moved out and alone a nice paved trail. The route they took was long intentionally so the visitors could get a sight of the Imperial district before reaching the palace. As the move along the path, Feren spoke. "If you have any question on your mind, please feel free to speak. We have sometime before the palace.

The trio of honoured guests all politely bowed in deference to the archmage, and gladly followed his invitation. The carriage was comfortable enough, if perhaps a bit quaint by modern Naggorothi standards. The pace, or lack thereof, would allow them plenty of time to chat on the ride into the capital.

"I suppose I have a few questions, yes," Lord Garryth said, grinning as he looked out over the expanse of city sprawled out around them as the carriage rolled down the trail. "For one, I'm curious about how your kingdom functions. While it's true, there are ten independent kingdoms within our own boarders, the ruler of each owes fealty to Malekith, the Eternal Phoenix King. That said, our kingdoms do not seem to have the variance of yours. While my wife and I are from Caledor, and quite a bit different from our cousins from Hag Graef or Tiranoc, we are all ultimately aesenar first."

"What my husband means to say," Lady Kyrielle interjected, her voice soft and soothing, "Is that we are curious how you maintain the peace. We have found that encouraging such diversity among kingdoms breeds... resentment. Real or perceived, imbalanced humors lead only to strife."

"Haktivans move on", Maxwell replied, clearly not keen on talking about the subject any further. It was true Haktivans were largely stoic, but the Ambassador's reason for avoiding the subject largely stemmed from not wanting to deal with an emotional woman. He understood why she wanted to talk about it, given the relatively recent war her country had just gone through, but it was none of his concern.
All around disagreeable person.

"Personal freedom is a double edged sword though. On the one end, it grants more power to the individual. However, the vast majority of individuals are fuckin idiots, and if certain restraints are not metered down by more responsible members of society, the society quickly degrades into a hedonistic and psychotic cluster fuck."

Andrew smiled, he was prepared for a long hike, wearing his field uniform. Faituges were the needed thing. Fredrick was dressed much the same. The two men set off into the jungle.

The King and the Prince would wait during the night. He looked around the camp that was being set up, there were some Mcnernian human body guards and there were elves that were here. He looked out at the night and thought about his love. She was alive and she knew he was here. He looked into the night, waiting to see his beloved.

The Elven Imperium wrote:Sigrin's answer filled Nefertari with joy. She embraced Sigrin passionately. The couple would enjoy each others company for many hours. Dinner would be delayed because of this.

The servant smiled. "Thank you my lord. And I would welcome your return. I am sure I and another could help you enjoy the fruits of this land." The girl said with a smile. music played softly in the background and the servants continue preparing the guests for dinner. Once they where properly prepared they would be escorted to the main dining hall.

A few hours later, the Dystans were finally being escorted to the dining hall. Reglay and Lysiel had slept through most of the time, and were joined by Coriolis soon afterwards, proudly wearing the outfit Nefertari gave to him. "So, Cori," Reglay spoke to his cousin, "I suppose you caused our little delay..."

"Hey, what's that s'posed t'mean?" Cori looked a bit offended at the notion, even if he knew why Reglay might assume he was the cause somehow, "No, it ain't me this time. Truth be told, I think our host has taken a shine to Sigrin. Can't say I blame her for that one."

As for Sigrin and Nefertari, their time together was bliss for the drow. She had her black arms held around her new love. "Your Majesty, that was... sublime. I had no idea my first official visit out of the country would lead to this, but I am so glad I came." She kissed the Pharaoh on the lips, hoping that this would be the first of many days they would spend together. "Hm, perhaps we should get ready for dinner; I am looking forward to seeing what cuisine your land has." Managing to pull herself out of bed, she moved to get dressed, before remembering that it was the servant's job to do so. "I was wondering, have you met drow elves like myself before today? I am not sure if they have been in Esetiri before..." Granted, she did hear that there was one land in the Imperium primarily populated by them, but she did not know much of them.

Helgi return smiles to the Elven group. She was enjoying the tea as well. Also she was enjoying another activity. She had taken a seat that put her near The crown princess and Abe. Helgi suppress a present gasp as she touch Estrilanna own silky skin. Estrilanna for her part did nothing but widen her eyes for a moment. Her training and civility would not allow her to make any public reaction to what Helgi was doing.

"T-thanks." she stuttered. "I hope I do..." She felt so silly, she probably looked like a complete fool in front of the princess.

Istalosa step back and smile. "Good you should be afraid to speak your heart and mind. If you ever need help standing up just call on me." She then broke the embrace. Istalosa sat back on the bed. "Well Hope is there anything else you like to ask me?"

One of the Tsar's eyebrows rose as he felt his aunts leg on his own. He responded by rubbing his own leg back at her before recomposing himself. "As far as questions go I suppose I'd like to get you a bit better, if possible though I am quite curious about your people. I'm afraid everything I know about the Elven people are from old tomes and encyclopedias, I'm very interested in getting a personal experience to add to that." The Tsar said with a light smile towards the Princess.

Surprisingly Arthan replied to the Princess in a friendly tone, something uncommon to both the Tsar and Helgi. "I think I'd like that, but only if you'd be willing to accompany me of course. Afterall I'd need someone to show me around the Drow Kingdom; and If what I hear is true then I would not want to expose the kindly princess here" Arthan said gesturing to Winyayesta " to such danger." he said with a wink at Winyayesta to assure her he was simply jesting

Obliviously Abe had not learn the term do not play with fire unless you wish to be burned. Helgi smiled and took the invitation with glee. She moved her leg up Abe's own till she got up and press into somewhere that got Abe's attention. Unfortunately, he wasn't alone cause Helgi move up also Estrilanna's leg also. Helgi actions got her a quick hard breath from the Princess and but she keep her view on Abe. Focusing herself, Estrilanna spoke. "Well I am rather surprised that you don't know much of Elves. You Grandfather married an Elf did he not. Surely you must have met your grandmother?" She said with a look of confusion. The look also was mask to hide the results of Helgi's actions.

Anasilianna frown a little. "Unfortunately your highness I can not escort you to Ilythri. My only here for a few more days then I must return home. My studies require my attention." It was too bad cause she like the prince. But her father would have been serious if she ran off with some foreign prince and miss her studies. Winyayestra smiled at Arthan words. "Thank you highness. I am sure I will need protecting." She gave a knowing smile to her sister.

The young woman smiled and bow. "Greeting your majesty I am Princess Adanessa of the king of Ilaira. I welcome you to my father's kingdom and hope you enjoy your time here. I hope your majesty had a nice trip here? Is there anything particular you like to visit? Or would you like to go to the palace and rest." Adanessa then stood and waited for her guest to respond. The music in the city continued as lovely as ever.
