I don't claim to have a population of 10 billion ... So I don't really know what you are talking about.

However if anyone is still up for an RP, I will continue with the negotiation, but if anyone wants to take it further it would have to be carefully planned in order to try and limit such arguments.

EDIT: Would a PT RP be of interest? (1886 - Time of the Revolution?) If I lose the war, I would rather it be in the past than in the present - Giving my country sufficient time to recover.

Nope, he's a long-standing respected observer(?) In actuality he doesn't have observer status, but I never discouraged SACTO members from posting on here, as it showed that we were aware of their presence, and that we were trying to be as accountable to our own actions on here by not making them feel that they had no right to be here. To be honest, I don't know what IFC signup would be without Cus popping his head over the fence to give his opinion. Same goes for Furry, who is an actual observer, but hell, Furry deserves a shout out for being an institution within the IFC community as well.

It depends. When RPing with countries such as Nihon (who use their full population), I would do the same. If I was facing an invasion by many nations such as I might be, I would probably use my full population.
If we are talking about 1886, I would have to make up a number relevant for that time period.

To be honest, I'd be a lot less inclined to get involved in the same way at that time period. I'd be far less of a mediator, and more actively looking to bring the IFC rain. I suppose I'll let the cat out of the bag now that you don't want to deal with a RP set in the present. Due to your membership with a certain organization, I may be *ahem* inclined to protect you from a foreign invasion. Of course being that this organization is really only run by a couple of people, we might be able to deny assisting in said defense if there was a justifiable reason for doing so (you'd been a really bad boy!) so a modern RP in which the IFC wants to tromp your ass would have me sort of wanting punishment without an invasion... snap government elections or something... to avoid the inevitable conflict of interest in IFC allegiance versus PCA allegiance. See how this could get interesting?

Late 1800s would have me less inclined to be internationally motivated, as this would ahve been during a much more isolationist viewpoint on the world.

I will try to find a point tomorrow or the weekend to go through the last signup thread as well as this one and record all accepted members on to the iiwiki to make things easier.... it's been a huge improvement since I started though. Originally there were only about 10 to 15 member nations listed on the IFC iiwiki! Sorry I forgot your nation!

Aanglandia is technically an independent satellite state, however in reality it is an extension of the UASR.
