What I also don't understand is, not only in this resolution but many NS politics and RL politics, why are there condemnations? I mean it is (as far as I know) just other nations saying to other nations or groups that they shouldn't do that. So it is like a mother telling her 3 year old baby that they shouldn't swallow a crayon for example. Or does this condemnation thing has any more purpose because I really don't understand it xD

It is about this: if you do not say that you condemn that, that means that you are not against killing of hundreds people.
About RL Politics: Like just in Srebrenica (BiH) Serbian Bosniaks killed people and it should make a document, but it is not ok to condemn only Serbs, because there is a lot of dead Serbs. Croats and Bosniaks committed also horrible crimes and no body is making Resolution for them. Politics is just friendship between people. USA supports UK because they are nearly same people. Russians support Serbs also for that reason. It is like that. It is not good because a lot of nations do not have some that will protect them.

So it basically comes down to nations telling other nations/groups that they should stop doing something but ultimately don't really take any kind of action against it?

That is problem. Everyone takes works not acts. In RL USA is always telling about human rights and then comes to war zone kills all people and take their mines and oil. So that is way it works. Human rights are bad everywhere where is oil, money and mines. (USA Politics). Yugoslavia was great country, but USA did not like it because was 4th in world. They started from Slovenia because it's closest to west and destroyed all EX-YU nations. And now they are writing Resolutions. Why you did not help to calm situation. No, they sent UN to help Bosniaks and Croats.

A condemnation is just a political position, no more. Actual actions need to be weighed carefully. In the comedy show from the 80s, "Yes Prime Minister" there's a bit where two civil servants are discussing the four ways that the Foreign Office avoids getting involved in foreign problems.

First: They say that nothing is going to happen.
Second: They say probably something is going to happen but they shouldn't do anything about it.
Third: They say that something is going to happen but there's noting they can do.
Fourth: They say there's something they could have done but it's too late now.
"The three articles of Civil Service faith: it takes longer to do things quickly, it's far more expensive to do things cheaply, and it's more democratic to do things in secret." - Jim Hacker "Yes Minister"

So what ? Nations which are on earth should make space station. And it is even better for countries that are not on our planet. That will be sign of cooperation between IU members.
