Before the Kalosian vote, Talvezout was leading the scoreboard with a very slim 1-point margin above Electrum, with 118 and 117 points respectively. Izmedu was 3rd, with 113 votes, and Kalosia themselves 4th with 106. Of course they couldn't vote for themselves, but they could end up lower if they gave points to Britonisea (105) or Polkopia (104).

"Good evening Polkopia! I see that Kalosia is the last country to vote and so our points are very important to determine for sure who the winner is tonight. Without further ado, here are the results:"

The crowd cheers very loud seeing Talvezout's name. There was still a chance for them to be surpassed, and that is if Kalosia gave 10 or 12 points to Electrum. If Kalosia gave maximum points to Izmedu it would result in a tie.

"Now for the Top 3. 8 points go to...

Kondika!!!"
This was actually their first set of points of the evening, so the audience cheered quite loud.

"10 points go to...

Normandy & Picardy!!!"
They surpassed joint placers Ekoz and Mister X, climbing 2 places from 9th to 7th.

"And finally, 12 points go to..."
There was a very long pause. Either Kalosia votes for Electrum or Izmedu, or Talvezout wins the WorldVision Song Contest.

"IZMEDU!!!"
The audience went absolutely wild. There was now a tie for 1st place between Izmedu and Talvezout.

"Oh, it looks like we have a tie! I'm sure this will be sorted out, so good evening from Kalosia."
Unfortunately she was drowned by the sound of confusion in the audience.
