INDEPENDENCE MOVEMENT GROWS IN ADECH
Following recent publication of the Directory's involvement in heinous crimes against Alantania, the movement for Adech to join Civitias Alagranaari has grown. The only thing keeping an official declaration is the threat of the core naval fleet docked in Adech's waters that can turn the city into ruins on command from the Directory. Now a hellhole for refugees, many have taken to running to Goza to escape the country, involving the crossing of Directory Alantania. As tensions increase in many worry that one misinformed step will plunge Alantania into a complete civil war.
In other news, the Italian population in Alantania continues to see drastic emigration, as more and more citizens of Italian decent are finding ways to move their families to the booming Italian areas of Kamieniec Podolski.

Zedsania invades Jaamar

The Government of Jaamar has declared this invasion to be a Class 1 Emergency. Evacuations are already underway throughout Manekia Province, and citizens of other Provinces are asked to be prepared as well. Government officials will be going door to door with the necessary information. Please do not panic. There is a plan in place to ensure the safety of all Jaamaran citizens.

Tensions between Zedsania and Jaamar finally reached the tipping point. Zedsanian forces, reputed to be under the command of renowned Zedsanian General Polkmann, crossed the border of Manekia province at 20:57 tonight. According to early reports, the Zedsanian forces were immediately attacked by a flight of Jaamaran bombers that had been on patrol in the area. Little is known at this time. The Government has confirmed that a declaration of war has been made on the Zedsanian forces.

Simultaneously to the land invasion, the Zedsanian government released a computer virus that, as of time of writing, is crashing civilian internet servers throughout Jaamar. Starpoint's own server in Tarrjiim went down less than twenty minutes ago, necessitating that this report be released from our branch offices in Tuernia. It is not known to what extent the military's servers have been affected, and the Armed Forces refused to comment.

The Armed Forces announced its intent to stop all sea traffic to and from Zedsania. The Government formally requests that all exports to Zedsania cease immediately. The nations of Poslar and Nyrmark are requested to close their land borders.

Internet Banned, Bloackade, Cruise Ship Hostage

Through the new Directory Order #30, all internet is hereby prohibited in the prosperous state of Alantania. Cell phones have also been blocked for international calling, and all televisions can only show government approved channels. In good news the Directory has used its new International aid to build a clean efficient sewer system for the current cities that support their rule, as well as new parks and other recreational facilities. The rebels in Adech won't be going anywhere either as bombs and military personnel have been placed all around the city trapping all defectors inside. A blockade has also been placed around the port side of the city using Alantania's Core Naval Fleet.

A PPU originating cruise ship was spotted near the coast and was taken by surprise as our great forces took over the vessel, televising the murder of the captain and most the crew. The passengers were left unharmed and taken hostage with the ship, most of them Pacifiers. This a warning for President Antoinette to step down or each one of the 1,400 passengers will be terminated. Queen Helen this is also for you, and all you other nations who wish to take down the nation of Alantania.

Vancouvia Backs Ally

Almost the entire Vancouvian fleet, currently on its tour of the Western Isles, was dispatched this morning from anchor outside Tuernian waters northeast towards Zedsania to aid in the blockade against it. Jaamar, a recent ally, was invaded by Zedsania after refusing to capitulate to absurd demands. The fleet will be conducting a blockade of Zedsania's eastern coast and will engage in further operations if deemed necessary. Vancouvian Command is confident that the Jaamarans can hold their own against the onslaught but "will not hesitate to show Vancouvian might."

Vancouvian Special Forces squads were dispatched to airbases throughout Vancouvia's southern coast, possibly preparing for airdrops. The Congress has also requested the aid of its allies, Mubaru and Trapoli, to send their fleets to the western coast of Zedsania.

Kingdoms of Jhaugher inaugurate the Dominion

Today, on July 19, 2015, history has been made. The Kingdoms of Jhaugher has been officially united under the Dominion. Monarchs, bureaucrats, and civilians alike are excited to see their beloved Kingdoms enter a fruitful union with the other Kingdoms. "This is a blessed day", says Med Letenbasen, the Tarpeniel for the Kingdom of Vantiar. "We finally see the grand Jhaugheriel Kingdoms, after a long history of being rivals and friends alike, be officially united", he smiles. "This will be a good decision for the Dominion, in the long run", he adds. People flock to the Tarpeniud, in the beautiful city of Qhul Maubon, to see the formal inauguration of the first Tarpeniel of the Dominion. "This is good", says Donie Valiir, one of the people attending the inauguration. "It provides insurance for the Kingdoms, for whatever bad happens in the future", he added. Now that the inauguration of the first Tarpeniel of the Dominion has been finished, the inauguration of the first Ghraeriel commences. People cheer whenever a favorite name is announced as one of the first Ghraeriel, whether it be a seasoned bureaucrat or a former actor. The Ghraeriel swear "to do the best they can to do anything "considered lawful by the Shunnel Thair" and "what's best for the Dominion". Diplomats are being sent abroad to start the improvement of relations with the newly-founded Dominion.

New government

Finnlly all votes have been counted and the outcome is the strongly capitalistic party. More than 87% of the population voted for the radically capitalistic party. Boris Cotton is now the Prime-minister of Sadievi with 124/150 seats. In the senate had he already a 77/100 seats. He promises to radically change his land into a strong capitalistic nation.

The first laws he proposed will ban all healthcare payed by the government. Now everyone needs to pay their own healthcare. The tax rate was cut by almost 4% and he investigated 5 billion in the Sadievian army. Some people are worried about this radical capitalistic changes.

Boris Cotton also gave a press-conference, in that conference gave he many attendance to the Great-Imperialonian oppression at the southern isles. He says he wants to take the land back. Many people are worried about this because Great-Imperialonia has a stronger army and weapons who are almost not 'humanic'. He also says that he will cut many of the rights of Aapelians and Linavians. Aapelians and Linavians are not aloud to vote anymore, he also raises the tax rate for them with 2%.

DECLARATION OF WAR
The Directory hereby declares war on Civitias Alagrinaari and all nations who aid their cause. Placement of landmines around Adech and placement of water mines in the city`s habor has reached completion. The naval blockade will stay in place, public executions will be given in front of Adech`s city hall and be televised for all to see. Supplies will be flown into Adech every two weeks and be distributed to those loyal to the Directory. All forms of information must be government approved.
Public executions will also be held in Arebor, they will be hanged from the high rises and serve as a warning to all those who oppose the Directory.
Mobilization of Directory troops have been made, be warned citizens of Civitias Alagrinaari. The Directory will remove all who threaten it by any means of force necessary.
A warning to Goza, just because Goza hosts many international workers does not make you exempt from attack. We will be coming.

Welfare Cut

With our free-market system those who work hard will succeed greatly and our government knows that to, so in order to add more to the nations account balance and further promote our libertarian views, the Estates have voted to severely cut government welfare programs. Those who are effected by this issue are recommended to seek employment which they can do by going to the jobs section of our government website. The Minister of Labor, and Employment has put together an amazing assortment of easy to do, well paying jobs that virtually any Pacificer can do. Each affected persons/families will be given a 2 month grace period where they will continue to receive financial aid, this should be enough time for a job to be found, and allow them to get back onto their feet. By a unanimous decison, Redhurst, Doppler will be hosting the 2015 Olympic Summer Games. "We are extreamly happy to have this opportunity to come to Redhurst," quotes Redhurst mayor Justin Anderson. The expected cost to build all the venues and stadiums is pointed at around 10.6 billion (USD). Around 3-4 billion per stadium. Doppler has recived a large amount of funding from the Olympic Committee. The stadiums are projected to be done April 2015.

Possibilities of War

In an emergency convening of the States, use of military force has been authorized against the Directory of Alantania, if League passage is successful. The Alantanian Directory has been declared an Enemy of State, and a threat to the Queen. The LoP issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has been set to Black, an International Crisis. All aid to the Diretory has been withdrawn, and given to the Civitias Alagrinaari, recognized as the true government.

As the Director of Foreign Affairs, Grace Empyr is not currently in Dashgrinaar, she sent a speech to the States to be read by the Upper Speaker, leader of the Upper State. Thousands of Ienempyrians gathered around the State Building to hear the speech, with millions more listening on radios, television, or other forms of communication:

"The Directory of Alantania, the "so-called" government, has been declared a threat to our national security! The Directory has destroyed the civil rand political rights of the people, dictating their everyday life. We shall not give up on them, however, as we recognize the seceded states, the Civitias Alagrinaari, as the true government of the Confederacy of Alantania! Dig in the Dirt

Being almost a week since the founding of the mining colony Spiegel Insel the first mining equipment has arrived. Only a few bulldozers and 1-man machines. But the establishing of the town has taken longer than planned. With unfamiliar territory and recklessness of the colony planners, the construction workers have tapped into an aquifer and flooded the planned colony site.

To make up for this the new mining equipment has been re-purposed to clear the flooded areas and make solid foundations and a plug for the aquifer. This puts the expected use of returns back by about a month. But the government still holds strong.

Prime Minister Addresses Region

The government has come under heavy criticism over the past few days for its reticence over the building conflict in Alantania. A close neighbor of Tuernia, the nation of Alantania has been invaded by New Reyna, and now is facing a civil war between the Directory and the Civitias Alangrinaari. Common opinion holds that the government has been attempting to remain out of the conflict, and that their refusal to comment on the matter was part of this strategy. However, seeing as the Directory has now threatened the Tuernian ambassador to Alantania, the situation can no longer be ignored.

Prime Minister Sonia Boudier appeared in front of the Prince's Palace today, to address the region.

"This government was elected on a mandate from the people. That mandate demanded that we change course in our foreign policy. No more was Tuernia to act as the world's conscience, orchestrating a liberal internationalist worldview from the Palace of Nations. Tuernia's goals are self-defense and the defense of our trusted allies, not interventionism.

We wish to live in peace. However, the Directory has decided not to allow this. They have threatened the life of our ambassador, Anna Courbet, despite Tuernia's lack of provocation. We demand the return of Ms. Courbet, unharmed, as well as all the other ambassadors and their staffs. Failure to do so will result in negative consequences for the Directory. We will expend every ounce of Tuernian influence in the League, and through our extensive bilateral and multilateral diplomatic relations, in order to bring you down.

Kingdom of Maghresh changes official name to Kingdom of Savrion

Today, on July 20, 2015, the King of Maghresh, now the Kingof Savrion, officially changes the name of the Kingdom of Savrion. "In light of the 755th anniversary of the establishment of the Savrionniel Kingdom, which for over 500 years has been known as the Kingdom of Maghresh, I officially change the name of my Kingdom to the Kingdom of Savrion", announces Daonniel Praon, the King of Savrion. Savrionniel people, who were formerly Maghreshul people, celebrate the 755th anniversary of the Kingdom through roleplays, musicals, and history lessons. "This is for the children to learn the Pride of Savrion", says Gharlior Zammel, a grade school history teacher.

So what is the history behind the name Savrion? The VQJh team interviewed Rannoed Thiab, a renowned history professor in Jhaugher. "Savrion was the original name of the Kingdom that was what used to be Maghresh", he explains, "the Kingdom of Savrion assimilated the lesser Kingdoms of Qarrion, Thorein, Faqian, and Lovernie, all of which knew the Savrionniel Kingdom as Maghresh", he adds. "Over time, the kingdom was known as Maghresh, and eventually, the official name was changed to the more popular Maghresh.", he explains. "Now is a historical moment, as the Savrionniel Kingdom officially recognizes its pride as a prominent kingdom, and returns the original name", he says.

Rain, Rain, Please stay?

A recent storm system has moved through northern Doppler doing alot of damage to forest fires. The rainfall was torrential in some areas, parts of Kirkland and Kimble both had some flooding of streets and homes. This rainfall put nearly 64 fires out, and put 120 under control now. Only around 29 small fires are out of control. Paleto Point and southern Doppler did not get much rain on the other hand. Only a small drizzle hit south western Doppler not doing much to put out the fires. Paleto is still burning with almost all fire crews be redirected there. The strong winds that hit Paleto Point spread the fires even more. These have been the worst fires Doppler has ever seen. All fires out side of Cypres are now under control and are expected to be put out with in the next week. The nation wide fire ban has not been lifted.

With a vote of the Legislature of New Hope, acting as the legislature for C.A., New Hope has been deemed the temporary capitol of Alantania: Civitias Alagrinaar, abandoning the city of Arebor. Daniella Hishora, acting leader for the people, gave a speech upon her arrival this morning:

"People of New Hope, people of the Civitias Alagrinaar, ave! We are a people of freedom, of hope, and of leadership! Today we set an example to the world, that we will never bow down, and we will fight for our rights and freedom! The Directory has declared war on us, the oppressors of our freedom have dared to threaten us, and to threaten the delegates of other countries, that came here to help your country! I journeyed here in a time of danger not to cower in fear, but to stand against the Directory for your freedoms! We shall not stand down and surrender. I will fight to my last breath to protect the ideals of my country, and to protect yours. Will you do the same?"

In the protection of the city, the Western Walls of New Hope have been constructed, with sentinels walking it night and day to watch for danger.

Government Responds to Sadievi's Discrimination

Following the release of Sadievi's new policy of not letting ethnic Linavians or Appelistanians vote, and instituting an ethnically based tax targeting them, the government has come out with a plea to the new Sadievian Prime Minister to either repeal these discriminatory policies or institute a program focused on returning any willing and effected citizens to their ancestral homelands. "Such policies should be relics in the 21st century," stated Foreign Minister Ao Pui, "and we wish to express our great disapproval at these discriminatory practices. We hope that the Sadievian government will heed our requests, for failure to do so will require us to take drastic action in order to protect our nation's expats."
