What with declining interest, me losing control of the Admin account (Sorry again), and the UL admittedly turning into, to quote Furry, "A Liberal Hellhole", I have my doubts that the UL will even hold together anymore. Our final chapter of goofing off and having fun together with other leftists has been fun, but there's almost nothing holding us together anymore.

So, members of the UL. Even I, the person with fiery ideals and confidence in Socialism as a whole, have lost confidence in the UL. I really did want to make it last as long as possible, but I'm starting to think those limits have been reached here and now. But some of you might think differently from me, which, as you might have figured out from my rhetoric, is a fine thing to me. We have two options at this point: A. Proceed to UL 7.0 with a new Admin Account and a clean slate, and hope that the UL will be revitalized, or B. Shut down the UL, cherish it in our memories, and go our separate ways. Or we can just RP together in a different group. Doesn't really matter.

This decision is far, far too important for the Commisars alone to decide. I ask you, the people of the United Left, what you think.

In the meantime, I'm going to start organizing the OP and a proper MT roleplay, whether it be a Diplomatic or Military. Of course, it'll be decided by the people at the moment, as I am not in a position to make such a decision. However I'll be making some purely cosmetic and some actual mechanical changes to the UL while we're at it.

I should be completed within 2 months tops. If any of you lovely bloody blokes would like to help me, the I'd be obliged.

I hardly see how what I did can be considered yelling. The deals not final yet, but a lot of my confidence in the UL has been restored. It's thanks to this confidence booster that I see no reason for a merger at the moment.

However, if things go wrong, a merger is certainly always an option.

Frankly a good idea for nations of this size is just to limit forces. Apart from OP - inflicted limit to 100 000, it does not take much forces to deal with nations of this size for several times bigger nation (economy of force).

I actually often limit amount of soldiers I send when going to war with smaller nations. I do not like "steamrolling", and neither sending a horde would be beneficial from economic point of view (deployment costs).
