Biography: Born in Sarajovo to Queen Alaza of Serbia during the coronation of King Sharkov III, son of King Sharkov II who was both after and followed by King Reschnov, his father. Allan is the younger of twins, his older sister, Lady Aura II, is two minutes older than him. Although born in Serbia, Allan spent very little time in the nation, instead growing up in Derita, technically his homeland through his Deritain mother. Raised by his mother, Allan grew up around the power of the Deritain Imperial Family, learning French, English, German and Slavic. During his teen years he was offically made Lord of Rotterdam, a very important postion as Rotterdam is the source of 35% of Derita's massive wealth. He had numerous girlfriends, a womanizer though truly sweet and carefree on the inside.

After King Sharkov III was dethroned and Reschnov returned to power, Allan, at age 16 returned to Serbia, the first time since his birth. He lived in Sarajovo for 8 months before moving back to Grenelefe, Derita with his mother and sister. When Allan was 17, his father, crippled and weaken from years of stress and civil war died. His mother, already an older woman at age 66, became sole ruler of Serbia, however did not return to Serbia.

During the Mervilluex War, Allan joined the Serbian Armed Forces and fought in the Battles of Newberry and Belfast. He also fought in the simultaneous Tuscana Wars, fighting in the battles of Foggia, First Battle of Rome, Battle of Bari. All of these battles were won by the Ampériale Entente, for whom Allan was fighting for. After the war Allan returned to Grenelefe a minor war hero. After finishing college after two years with a bachelors degree, he took on the career of business, making Rotterdam's already impressive profits increase by 5%. He spent his time gambling and hunting, becoming a minor socialite in the largest city, Grenelefe, in Derita.

While Allan has never been thought of much in Derita, he plays an important role in the Kingdom of Serbia, for he will succeed his sister who has already chosen to pass the crown to him once their mother passes. But until then Allan has relaxed much if his life, connected to other powerful individuals such as his Great Cousin Twice removed, a Emperor Christopher II, his sister, and brother-in-law, Napoléon VI, son of Ambassador Jonathan LeCastle. His other "cousins" include Empress Alanna of Polonge, Queen Christina of Rhine-East Berlin etc. etc.

Back in the Palace in Valipoli, Simeon hurried to the King's office with a letter in hand. The two guards at the door made way for him to enter, and he proceeded directly to the desk. Upon reaching the King's desk he dropped to one knee with his head bowed in respect. King Valgard stood and instructed Simeon to stand as well, asking what was the nature of the unexpected visit. He turned over the letter to the King who then read the contents. He smiled at the news of the Ludanian Princess accepting his request for marriage. He picked up the phone and instructed his secretary to push back his schedule for the afternoon, as he had more pressing matters to prepare for. Simeon told him that Princess Irene would be arriving by Yacht within a few days. The Admiralty was advised of the Ludanian vessel, and instructed to escort them safely into Valin waters, to the port where the King and his entourage would be waiting for her Majesty's arrival.
