I'm hoping to get some third world nations reaching out to us or some other nations in need to humanitarian aid to offer their situation. I'm just offering this as an introductory RP. Meanwhile, I think I will create an interest thread to draw the interest of third world NS countries. Then our diverse force of equipment and specialists will get its true test.

Welcome aboard! Hospital ships should be a great idea. We have plenty of doctors to go around. They've got to be stationed somewhere.

I'd be interested in RPing with such a nation. I think we could come up with some interesting RP.

I should probably make a note that we are primarily MT... Having said that, I see Serian made a FT donation. We'll have it as though those drones apply for any FT RP canon that we get involved in. But for a MT RP we'd keep the tech levels MT.

PMT, not FT.

Independent Search and Rescue robots are already almost a reality; I estimate they'll be in active service by 2020.

Ok then the drones will be for a PMT Canon. And based on the military that I got out of, it will be a little later than 2020 before we have stuff like two-legged drones that available. The Army I left is barely able to handle trucks.

I still miss it though.

The APCs and trucks still are MT plausable. Their designs are definitely possible. And I'm not against using them, just saying if a PMT or higher nation requests aid, we can use them. Having said that, it may be hard to find a third world country in PMT. But we'll keep that possibility covered.

What kind of roleplay involvement do you anticipate for this organization? Like let's say that someone does ask for aid--do you expect to have declarations of intent or lists of equipment sent, or do you want players in the alliance to actually roleplay NGO workers and leaders?

I'd say either, or. I'm sure a lot of it will be letters of intent. We'll see how the RP requested goes. As far as me personally, I'll be doing both. Since I organize, I'll be posting a lot of statements. I'll also be looking for statements from the Committee Members. But I'll also do some posting on the ground based on whatever makes sense in the RP Universe.

Basically, RP as little or as much as you want.

If anyone is interested in checking out this revived group, here is a complex puppet I am designing. I am also open to working with other's puppet's basically this nation is a protectorate of my "Empire". It's a third world country, pushing towards second world... But with lots of environmental pollution, a few majorly dense population centers with most of the rural landscape policed by militias or street gangs.

It's oligarchical in nature with only a handful of families allowed to rule. It's basically two steps away from a dictatorship. A major export is cannabis, the largest producer for the medical and recreational Vannish marijuana industries.

The climate is subarctic, but slightly warmer than Vangaziland.

I think it can be an interesting setting for some events and RP. I am always on the hunt for any nations who are third world, especially if they are one's main nation. Let's work together. So with this in mind, I hope to spark some attention in the Purple Cross.

Hey Val! There is room for the FSA for sure. Notice I made that system of militias which out umbels the government military. Well, it's going to be in one of those areas. A small military presence would make sense. I'm sure the military would face challenges interesting enough to RP here, even if combat was sparse.

New Kvenland mentioned a broad statement about wanting to make a peacekeeping force. He already told me he might like to make this a partner of it. He also mentioned wanting to do more diverse RP. Should be fun!

I just thought it could work if we combined the FSA military wing and the Purple Cross' NGO status in one RP/nation.

You mean in another RP? One we designed specifically for the two organizations? That would work for sure. And I would combine them both in the same RP in this case too. The military would watch over the doctors and other staff while they work in the same province. The whole reason the FSA would show up would be to watch that group.

Yeah. That way you didn't have to manage two RPs at once.

If the FSA gets involved with this RP, it would be on a direct over watch basis. This would be one RP. The FSA would mostly be doing key leader engagements with the local militias. Maybe they could assist them, if they were planning a mission against some hostile gang. But yeah, Wrexwic is about to become a thing. Lol

Greetings! You're accepted. Glad to have you. Have you seen the RPs we are in now? We actually have fire trucks in one country so if you wanted to RP your nation's aid, you could.

We'll accept the military police mainly as a group set to train other nation's military police forces. Bomb sniffing dogs can also come in handy and surely having dedicated escorts will come in handy. As far as most of our escorts, I see it as donating nations can provide a military presence independently so we don't get accused of being militant.

But yeah, the K-9 unit could be useful for sure!

Technically Alainha province doesn't even have an official police force. By training the militia "MPs" you are actually training that province's police force. So you will have the power to create it in whatever form you want! Pretty cool mission.

With that 250 million, you could even use a small part of that to build the force, down to the patrol vehicles and uniforms...

Apply to join! We have a cool humanitarian/military intervention post happening at this (puppet) nation of Wrexwic. A few RPers phased out... I will RP it by myself if needed, because the storyline is dynamic and interesting.

It's worth a shot. You can also take part just in the military campaign to root out a crime syndicate that has armed itself and dug into the rural, Alianha Province.
