I don't really recommend it to be different from major helicopter of your army... refitting of ASW purpose isn't that hard.

Most countries use their standard mulirole/utility helicopter in the role of ASW; naval versions often have sensors for the theater and can utilize lighter air launched torpedoes. I can suggest a number of ones I like or I can suggest buy some of my helicopters, whichever you prefer.

Greetings,

On behalf of the high command of the Santiago anti-Communist Treaty Organization, I wish to announce that a series of reforms will be launched to restore our alliance to our former glory. During that time we endured much; we fought many enemies both external and internal, and yet, none of them could break us. When our organization suffered, it suffered united, knowing that through common endurance we will overcome the leftist menace that has been plaguing this world for so long.

Yet at one moment our organization became too closed which prevented our growth. This made us stagnate; but this process ends now. Currently the Comission made out of Nihonese & Riysan representatives is planing series of major reforms aimed at bringing SACTO back into times when every socialist in the multi verse feared us.

The solution to recruitment problem has been solved in new, and unique, way. From time to time, SACTO members will organize a war games aimed at selecting strongest, braves and most respectable anti - communist fighters. Those who show extreme effectiveness and ability to solve problems in battle will be allowed to join SACTO and stand in ranks with such heroes of Riysa, Nihon or Aeyariss. It has to be noted that candidates for first trial fight to earn their right to join SACTO are to state their interest; first exercises will be random scenario for forces of three nations being candidate to join SACTO.

Additionally, current way of inviting would be kept for chosen individuals; namely those being on positions that won't wage physical combat against communism, because SACTO will begin new campaign of non - kinetic operations aimed at limiting influence of the red menace.

Let us rejoice! Each time when enemies strike us, we rise up twice stronger. Let it be known for whole world, that it takes more than that to destroy our unity!
