For anyone whose artist wants to tour to WV nations, Kalosia welcomes your singers. Monterra would preferably be the place to go, but Sitria is another popular Ibiza-like destination. For the most part, your tour should go on uninterrupted, but in case I disapprove, I'll write that your singer's visa has been denied.

Of the five contests I've entered, I've entered two Stock Aitken Waterman songs, which are my worst results. Strange. Stock Aitken Waterman will go on forever.

To promote their WorldVision entry and their upcoming album MFD (Mutually Fine Distraction), Electric Blue have announced they will go on a little promotional tour. If you would like them to visit your country, please telegram me with information about venue, location, capacity and, if you wish, an opening act. Once I have enough countries (around 7, 10 maximum), I'll put up the flier poster thing giving all the information.

BGEN IS BACK! After a two edition hiatus, the national final, Národy Dal is underway.

Image
The logo

Národy Dal is back and bigger than ever. One eight-song final will be held December 10, and voting will be open until then. To vote, simply TG Bloodbath Generation your top 5 from now until the 10th.Voting also guarantees the winner will come to your country during the promotional tour in the weeks to follow. But first, the songs!

Image
Arlina Menghel

The show kicks off with a bang. 7th place on The Voice BGEN, Arlina is an underdog, but her song It Hurts showcases her raw vocals and modern dance skills.

Image
Rhodesia

Brother/sister Rhodesia continue the EDM trend with a folk-influenced track Sweet Escape. Trumpets and drums blend with electronic beats, and their soulful voices to make this song one to watch.

Image
Solbi

Pop group Solbi bring a dance floor filler with The Party Never Dies. With slick choreography and key changes in all the right places, it's pop by numbers, and sure to get you on your feet.

Image
Alina Gobraskaya

The most recend winner of The Voice BGEN, Alina Gulnara brings her traditional ethereal sounds to the nation in Dal A Bizsergető Sas (Song of the Soaring Eagle). The melody is inspired by chants and songs of BGEN's native peoples.

Image
Laurena

Star of several childrens shows, Laurena is trying to appeal to an older crowd with her song Szeretem Benned (What I Like About You). This dance track is already popular with children and teens familiar with her, but can it have wider appeal?

Image
Yaser

The first of the Boru minority to have mainstream national success, as his entry Győzelem Ránk (Victory is Upon Us) has become the national soccer teams new anthem. With a catchy chorus, could it attain victory?

Image
Hasan Ekmen

The second Boru artist is Hasan Ekmen. Hugely popular in. His song Őrület (Insanity) is a high-energy song speaking of lust. The performance has been described as "provocative" and a far cry from the usual Boru norms.

Image Image Image
MUSES (Puteri, Dila and Lin)

The final act of the night is a supergroup of female artists, collaborating for the first time. Each of them has a huge career in the country. The concept of their group "MUSES" is 3 different women, each representing a part of the Bloodbathian woman: Puteri represents modesty and traditions, Dila represents class and free thinking, and Lin presents a fierce diva. Their song A Erős nő (A Strong Woman) is a showcase of this mixture; it begins with throat singing from the Tayga native peoples, and soon turns into a fast-paced pop song. With huge star power and a bombastic song, this is the heavy favorite.

OOC: And yes, a host bid is in the works.

Aha, yeah. Almost forget :) The tune is Glee - I Dreamed A Dream.

After a two years absence, AMT confirms that Amouraland will compete in the next Worldvision Song Contest 35th Edition. AMT also confirms that Amouraland is bidding to be the next Worldvision Song Contest 35th Edition!

DROMVARLD, AMOURALAND
"GO FOR GOLD"

Look at the preview:

Image

If Amouraland is chosen, the country will bring a simple theme. It is called “Go For Gold”. For 35 years, Worldvision Song Contest has been aired in many countries in the world. The purpose is to unite all countries with love, peace, and no war. All people are just sitting in their seats and hear the beautiful melody from many countries to see how fascinating the diversity that the world has. From years to years, the contest becomes a competition to gain popularity among the artists. Winning the contest can change the winner's life. They will be noted as the hero, the soldier, the warrior of their country. That’s why, Amouraland brings theme “Go For Gold” to the contest to encourage the artists to perform more and more, better and better, so they can bring the best for his/her/their country and make their country become proud of themself.

The City

Image
(city)

Dromvarld is not the capital city of Amouraland. Dromvarld is a capital city of an Amourésque region, Central Amouraland. The city has been known for the largest city in Amouraland. There are more than 13 millions people live here. Dromvarld is a swedish word, that means “Dream World”. Dromvarld provides fun nightlife, awesome fashion, delicious foods and drinks, and also there are a lot of good and cool place for the shopaholics to shop.

Image

The transportation is fine in the country. We have good and neat public transportation, so you don’t need to bring your cars and motorcycles to the country. To travel around the city, you can use Dromtag High-Speed Rail. Or, you can also use Onskedrom Uttrycka or Métro Onskedrom. These underground electric locomotive also connect other cities, including Onskedorm, the capital city of Amouraland, Ciel, and Forgatmigej. They are always free, of course. Thanks to the taxpayers who pay the bills. Aha, almost forget. I will also tell you about the airport. There are two ways to get to Dromvarld by air. First, you can use planes that have destination to Fournier International Airport, which is located 2,5 km from Dromvarld. In other way, you can use planes that have destination to Onskedrom Fred Airport, which is located in Onskedrom, and then use Onskedrom Uttrycka or Métro Onskedrom to go to Dromvarld. My recomendation goes to the second choice, so you can also see the beautiful politic centre of Amouraland, Onskedrom.

In the city, gays are welcomed. But, remember, you’re not allowed to kiss or do some sexual things in public, no matter you’re gay or straight. You’re also prohibited to use drugs or alcohol in public, except in restaurants or bars.

The Arena and Stage

Image
(arena)

Image
(stage)

If Amouraland is chosen, the contest will be held in Byström Electric Indoor Arena. The arena can provide more than 18,000 seats for the fans. It isn’t largest arena in Amouraland, but it’s big enough to host the contest. The green room is also in the stage, so other artists can also see and hear how merry the show is. The stage is designed by Tom Henderson. It has two stairs in the stage, that symbolizes how someone fighting from zero to hero. There are some complaints from citizens that the LED screen is too small. Despite of this controversy, Tom Henderson just smiled and said two days ago that “The LED screen is prabobly too small, but we try to make it cool. Our LED screen will be the one of the smallest LED screen in the history of Worldvision Song Contest if Amouraland is chosen. We don’t need to cry just because of it! We’ll see how creative the team and the artists to make it an amazing show with only just small LED screen.” The contest will be also open air. But it is not an obligation to all artists to perform with open air roof. They can request if they don’t want it.

The Show

Image

The show will be opened with a simple video about History of Worldvision Song Contest from last five edition until now. After that, AMT confirms that they already asked Shabrina, a popular Amourésque singer that has been known internationally in Nordic Lands, to sing her new single “Truth or Dare?” with some dancers and backing vocals. The dancers will not dance modern dance. Instead of modern dance, they will dance typical nordic traditional dance, they will dance under Midsommarstång, a decorated maypole. There is also rumour that there will be a free hug show after the performance of Shabrina. All people are recommended to hug someone who they love. Catness Marteau-Canal, head of AMT said “Yes, there will be a free hug show. Amouraland is known for love country. No love content in the contest? What theee.... *biiip* Hug for everybody! C’mon and huuug!”. In the interval act, there’s a rumour that last year winner will perform her winning song. It’s Ada Gatling – Won’t Wake Up! But it isn’t clear yet that it’s true or not. Hopefully, it would come true!

Postcard

Image
(postcard)

The last thing, postcard! Amouraland will bring simple flag postcard. The country flag will be put in the middle of colorful paper. The colorful paper symbolizes how many the diversity among the countries in the world. The country name will be written under the flag. In addition to make it more interesting and cool, the broadcaster confirms that under the country name in English, they will also put the country name in Amourésque language!

Some images aren't mine. More details will be updated soon! :p

OFFICIAL WORLDVISION SONG CONTEST BID BY BRITONISEA BVC

Image

Image

Hello WorldVision nations, The WorldVision Committee and the newcomers. Oh and to the newcomers, welcome to this delightful song contest called World-Vision. I, Britonisea, have decided to put forth my second bid (3rd bid including North Britonisea, who is my puppet) to see if I can win this edition of WorldVision. I think that Britonisea has a good chance of winning this edition as we are a vibrant, committed nation that doesn't fail to go on the headlines of newspapers all around the World. We have been here since World Vision 31 and this edition will be our 5th WorldVision Anniversary so it would be great to host the competition. If we host this contest, we will update the nations participating (Update the OP) regularly and I will come to your demand. I strongly recommend a bit of RPing a few songs, or the voting or even an RP telling us what your act is going to be about! We want to be creative and remember Dream Big!! This WorldVision, our theme would be "dreams" and this would be our first themed WV! If you don't know what to do for the themed contest, you can get the act/s to wear white or they're following their dreams but if you are really stuck, please telegram me and I will be over the moon to help you! We aim to give you a refreshing WV from the past 34 editions.

-About Doportedas
With one of the highest literacy rates and the highest amount of A* is KEWQAE (Equivalent to GCSE and SAT), Doportedas is home to 15 million people, 6 of which are under 17. If picked the contest will be held in Doportedas Olympic Stadium. (More information below). Doportedas is not new when it comes to hosting competitions. In the past, Doportedas has hosted Athletics Tournaments, Regional Olympic Games, wide range of regional and domestic sport friendlies but most importantly we have and still are hosting WorldVision Pre Tours from nations all over the WorldVision World! Doportedas, although challenged by Luton's Sport's City, is known as the Sports Capital of Britonisea as Doportedas has the most Sports HQs in the country and in it's region of 135 nations. Doportedas shares an island with a neighboring, sister city, St King's Bay which is home to 6 million people and shares some of the sports that Doportedas hosted in the Regional Olympics. Since a few months ago (3 to be specific), Doportedas was ranked the Capital City of Britonisea after Telm City wasn't living up to the right standards and Doportedas was better in many ways... Plus, Doportedas has been taking over many roles that Telm City used to have so they were getting a bit useless, if you know what I am saying.

Food and Culture of Britonisea and Doportedas
Image

Britonish Feast usually eaten on May Day.

Food, from Britonisea's last bid, is a major thing. We have a lot of food that we want to show all of our participants. We have all the types of foods that you can imagine. We eat food all the time. Now we are not an unhealthy nation, so we tend to eat a lot of fruit and vegetable as they are good for you and we cook them in our meats and poultry and cake (As you can see on the right) and we also put it in our carbohydrates. The consumed amount of calories per day is estimated (In Doportedas alone) a 2,100 for a man and for a women it would come up to 1,800 which can be hard to believe when it comes to how much food we eat. If you walk on the high street of Britonisea, you don't see a lot of fast food shops. There are fast food shops and they do create a lot of money for the Britonish Commonwealths economy but they are more visible in North Britonisea and Nightom. Food also fits in to our culture as well. On Christmas day, we are expected to eat Turkey and roast dinner. By this we mean anything roasted. Even roasted rice and pasta! On May day, we would eat cheeses and carbohydrates. We wouldn't eat any fish and we wouldn't eat turkey, chicken, sheep or fox. But on Fridays we would either eat chicken or fish. We do not eat crabs and lobsters unless it is the first day of a month, and finally we have lent. We must rule out something out of our diet for a year, the more the better. Other than food, our culture is also based on music and drama. Music in Britonisea is very special and every child in Britonisea has to take a Music KEWQAE as it will qualify a lot for the children's life. Dependent on what instruments you play or learn, the more KEWQAE you get. We have hundreds of singers out there and throughout the year we have a few song contests. X FACTOR: Britonisea Version, Britonisea's Got Talent, Britonisea's True VOICE, Britonish Commonwealth Idol, Teen Idol Britonisea, World Hit Festival and Finally World Vision Song Contest. That happens in the course of 12 months, 365 days of the year! So we are very busy and did you know that 12% of the economy was because of our ambitious Music Economy? Believe it. Anyway, drama is also big in Doportedas, not to mention Britonisea. There are about 600 theaters in Doportedas and St Kings Bay alone. This is why Britonisea is willing to host this competition as it will get even more people interested in drama and Music. Plus, some schools will be given tickets to come to the competiton as they will write and evaluation about it which will grade their KEWQAE results. So, don't upset the children.

Transport in Doportedas

Image

Doportedas' bus fleet: The Espabuses.

Image

Doportedas' Underground Tube Fleet:
The Espatubes. New trains, made for Regional Olympics!

Transport in Doportedas is up to scratch. We do not mess about when it comes to transport in our Doportedas or anywhere else in the nation. We take pride in our bus fleet and our train fleet, and our tram fleet. The transport is great in Doportedas. There are bus conductors on the bus who help you with prams, asking for direction and advice for young advocates who would like to be in the transport business. On the buses, you will swipe a card called the Espacard and money automatically comes off of it. You have to pay at least 1 Brito Pound Sterling per day and that should keep you going as that is the limit you can take out per day. You can use the Espacard on lots of transport. You can use it on boat travel, bus, train and tram. In rare cases, you can use it on the Air Lines. The Airlines is an air pod that takes you across the Britonish Channel to Telm City. The ride is about 20-40 minutes long and doesn't cost that much money. The trains range from 10m deep to 250m deep and as it gets hotter when you go down, the air conditioning kicks in to gear and you'll be cool. No need to fan with your hands. There are also overground trains but they are less frequent but they do go across the channel and they do go in to our sister city, St King's Bay. Trams run near the Olympic Park of Doportedas only. It runs within 5km of the Olympic Park and that is where the WV might be held...

Image

1.The Opening Ceremony of The UCR Olympics (Doportedas Stadium)
2.The Old Picture of Olympic Stadium
3. That is where it is located

Doportedas Olympic Stadium is a great stadium. I can't explain how I love it. It is an icon of Britonisea and Doportedas. Doportedas Stadium is a multi use stadium that you can use for Song Contests, Sporting Events, School and many more. Anything really. This stadium means a lot to Britonisea so it would be great to host this contest in this stadium. The capacity of the stadium is actually 75,000 people however, with the stage of WorldVision, there will only be 37,000 people accurately. The area around the stadium can host 1 million people as it was tested back in April. The stadium will glow in the sunset... The stadium has a retractable roof so if the act would like the stage to be open or if the area will be enclosed. For the most part, the roof will be closed. If there are fireworks, the roof will be pulled open.

The Stage

Lay out of the Stadium.
North Stand will be backstage.

The pictures to the right will be what the stage looks likes. The stage will have a large screen behind it, on the left and on the right as seen on the picture. Also there will be a screen near the back of the stadium so people who can't see as well because they are far away. Inside sparklers (Never set of fireworks inside) can be used for the stage but full fireworks will go out side in anyway you like. And in any colour. The stage will have massive speakers and they will also have speakers near the back of the stadium, outside, on the standing area and next to the seats. The seats can also glow up as there are lights next t the seats so that will be quite cool. In the opening ceremony, this will be used. The Act/s can have any props on the stage as the stage is big enough and there is a lot of space to have dancers. As you can see, the stage is a treverse, so the acts can walk down the runway and strut their stuff! They will also enter the stage using that catwalk as they fly from the corner of the stadium. They will then be picked up with their flag. During the intermission will be a few performance from past WV entrances. (If I win, TG me who you want to perform and a song no longer than 20 seconds)

We're not done quite yet! We still have to go through this and the postcards which were better than Darlington's. Much better. Anyway, once the goes backstage for the first time, the will be greeted with FOOD of all of the countries that take part in the Finals. There will be a 100 inched screen television that shows what is happening on stage. 5 minutes before the act goes on, there will be a queue saying "Mr Britonisea singing Mr Britonisea's Pants, please get ready" for every nation. The green room will also have state of the art heat toilets so your bottom won't be cold. There will be showers for the acts who have already performed. They can ake a quick shower to release the adrenalin as it will be estatic. There will be a suana and a hot tub for those who are ready to get their tummies out. We just wish for our acts to have the best time ever, and we hope to bring a great impression to WorldVision Committee, whoever they are. And Finally...
