Attention Comrades of Leftist Ideology!

Italia and San Marino's Socialist Revolutionary Party has never really specified it's official ideology. It's taken Communism, Marxist-Leninism, Democratic Socialism, Revolutionary Socialism, a tad of Syndicalism and a bit of left-wing populism fused into one. President Giorgino has never ever really specified his position either. Only saying he's a "socialist" or "moderate communist." Now that has changed Italia now sees:

Giorginoism

This ideology has taken the ideas of the President's book "Social Struggle" and "Revolution: Endless." He has also taken "Das Kapital" and several texts written by himself, Marx, Engels, and Lenin and formed an official ideology. Giorgino has stated in his new book "My Ideology" that "the revolution is forever. There will always be fascists, Neo-Colonialists, and reactionaries. They will always be plotting to undermine the people's will. The revolution must always move to combat them." He has also taken classical leftist thoughts and combined them with his own revolutionary theories. In a nutshell, he has united the left-wing to far-left wing parts of the spectrum into one group. Giorgino has announced this decision at the Anniversary of the Revolution on October 11th. Not only were all the party officials listening in the people were with him when he declared the new set of ideas. Posters had been set up all over the country explaining the ideas. The book "My Ideology" has hit the bookshelf's everywhere. Free copies are being passed out on the streets by devoted citizens in some places! Giorgino has expressed the will for other foreign leaders of like-minded nations to consider adding this ideology to their major party's list of ideals. Further details will be added.

Giorginoism: Process of Revolution

How the Revolution Sprouts
-Workers in the Steel Mills, Factories and low-paid farmhands must secretly form separate leagues.
-On the night before the revolt willing party members (assuming their is a revolutionary party, otherwise revolutionaries) must spread leaflets spreading the message of the revolution
-On the day of the revolution (if it is violent) the revolutionaries must seize weaponry and ammunition and seize places of communication (if it is peaceful rally the revolutionaries)
-Revolutionaries must stage sort of a "palace coup" capturing the seat of government and decentralizing the state
-The revolutionaries in the south and north must take up arms and seize major manufacturing centers
-the Revolutionaries must win over the rest of the country
After Revolution
-The Government must send message of the Revolt's ideas around the nation
-The Companies CEO's must be arrested on charges of treason and exploitation and sent to trial and former leaders and officials as well
-Companies must be governed by a council of laborers who will decide fair wages and make sure conditions are good
-The new government must gain loyalty of military or all is lost
-Government must be prepared to fend off unfriendly neighbors
-People must be united under the revolution's banner
Centralizing Again
-With a united populace the government must reestablish order perhaps at first (if necessary) martial law
-After a few months the government must get the industry and service companies running again (run by workers councils)
-Democratic elections must be held (preferably with only left-wing candidates)

Giorginoism: Administration

After Recentralization
-After elections are held the new revolutionary government will end the provisional period and officially reestablish stability
-Land redistribution must begin, all the land formerly belonging to the landlords must be shared among the laborers who work the land and pay rent off it
-The old economic system (probably capitalism) must end, the stock market will begin a period of reform, competition between he new businesses (run by workers councils) must not compete but rather work together and improve the nation as a whole
-Taxes must be high for a short period in the first stages of stock market reform (or the economy will fail miserably)
After Stock Market Reform
-Taxes must be lowered
-The Class system will slowly wither away but the government will not intervene in that withering away of the high and lower classes, the nations people each one with it's creativity and uniqueness will all work together for the nation and their fellow citizens
-Propaganda will be used but not insanely

In the Case of War

Why war?
-A Nation following Giorginoism must only declare war for the following reasons:
-Mass Human rights atrocities in the other nation's part
-Execution of embassy staff (if any)
-Unprovoked attack
-Interference in peacekeeping projects or humanitarian aide
-The replacement of a friendly like-minded government with a harsh oppressive regime
-A cry from the people of the other nation for liberation
-Unraveling several espionage plots by the other nation
In War and Occupation
-One must never pillage from citizens of the enemies countries rather be friendly and pay for what you take
-Do not strip anyone of their way off life
-End exploitation in the captured area
-Once limited occupation is in place introduce leftist ideals
-In occupied lands redistribute land and land reform
On defense
-Every man, women, or child must fight the enemy. Whether it means firing home-made pistols at enemy sentries of making eggs or pasta for friendly partisans or soldiers
-Resisting occupation in anyway possible even if means putting ones life in danger
-Spy for local partisans
-Provide a place to sleep for wounded partisans or friendly soldiers (Note: if citizens deem it necessary for their own safety NOT to let the soldier in they may)
-In a show of strength under attack the government leaders must stay in their capital

Idealogical Principles

Core Ideals
-The people must have freedom of expression as that is part of what they have been fighting for
-Totalitarianism will destroy the revolution
-All right-wing elements must be thrown out of society
-The government will be secular, not endorse any religion whatsoever or prohibit any
-If workers feel that the salaries decided by the Worker's Councils are not high enough they may have a peaceful strike
-Worker's Councils (made up of everyday laborers) may be replaced by the government if becoming greedy, corrupt or incompetent, a vote by the workers may also remove the whole council of individual members
-Councils will be made up of 50 workers
-Press shall be relatively free but it may not be poisoned by racist, neo-colonialist, fascist, sexist, or capitalist ideas
-All people regardless of gender, race, color, status (eventually all will have equal status) or religion all equal in every way or form and all have an equal chance to succeed
-The true power of the country is the people
