I already have a significant presence in West Aurelia (all of my operations in Atlas when it wasn't the closed region you guys have it as now were launched from there).

Its not closed per say. But yeah, its not a free for all.

How large would you like this base?

And could I possibly gain freedom to dock my fleets in your ports and repair/rearm them if need be? (we'd reimburse the costs)

Well, what I need, is basically a Tanker base to support my long-range operations if need by in Atlas again. So, basically large enough to support Boeing 767 operations (pretty much Altus AFB as an example).

I don't mind a few ships of yours making a port call every now and then. Though carriers are definately more iffy.

Yes, I can host you. I'm not near many player controlled nations, but I border a wasteland called Qamuria, which is good for weapons testing. Or you could have one in Waiākūrā, which puts you near, but not close to Nihondai (correct me), or Konćjew, near to Praciba and lots of naval faculties.

Oh I thought you wanted to be able to host fighter squadrons and the like. A tanker base is perfectly fine.

Note that you can keep your internet if you simply disconnect it from the rest of the world.

Sounds like Lib wants us to be China... that's one step away from censorship, so I'm not sure how that would look for the Freedom-promoting Alliance to cut off their ties to the rest of "the world".

I'm very flattered that you think I have this much power over the common IFC member, but on my word of honour I certainly didn't suggest it. Other people will no doubt reach identical conclusions to me without my needing to do anything at all. (And if it had been me suggesting it, The Common Territory wouldn't have a chance of intercepting them).
