[Galactic Clone Army]

Here is the long needed Summit for the Universal Technology Alliance. The first thing shall be the creation of a Charter.

It has been three weeks since the conclusion of the Multi-Species Union Summit in Tidal City, and Stormwrath was expected to send their delegate to the summit of the Universal Technology Alliance. It would be yet another milestone in Stormwrathian diplomacy for them to attend this summit and take part in fully establishing this alliance with fellow members from all over the multiverse.

A starship appeared out of the hole in the fabric of space, torn by the ship. It was the SES Saios, the namesake of the Saios Class of battlecruisers currently active in the Stormwrath Space Command. The starship got to the home planet of the Galactic Clone Army using the Prominence Drive, a vast improvement of the Infinite Improbability Drive that Zero currently possesses. The hole disappeared, and the Saios placed itself in orbit above the planet below.

A transport ship exited the starship and headed for the location of the Universal Technology Alliance Summit, in the great city of Corascent; in the Old Senate Building once used by the clones to govern their peoples. On board the ship was Stormwrath's delegate to the summit, a certain lady named Olivia Merced. A clever and intelligent woman, she was handpicked by the Emperor himself to represent Stormwrath in this alliance. While she had attended numerous conferences, this was her first time attending a summit this big.

The transport ship landed, and Olivia exited. The first thing she saw was the skyline of Corascent. While it had less skyscrapers compared to Tidal City, it looked certainly more pleasing to the eye, as she thought high-rise buildings are an eyesore. She was escorted to her vehicle, which took her to the summit. Following her vehicle were three armored vehicles with guards.

As she made it to the summit, there was a friend of hers that came to greet Olivia. His name was Edson Valtrei, and he works at the Stormwrathian Embassy.

"Olivia!", he called out.

"Hello, Edson", Olivia replied. "Nice to see you again. How are things at the embassy?"

"Oh, it was great. Just last July, I took some of the guys out for a drink, and man were they drunk!"

She chuckled. "Huh, why do Stormwrathians always find ways to get drunk on our Independence Day?"

"Probably because they got nothing better to do."

"Cool. So where's Anthony?"

"He's still getting busy with some things at the embassy."

"Hehehe, well it's great to see you. I have to go, as this summit is urgent. Tell him I said hi."

"Okay then. Meet me at the embassy building after that. I know a great place where we can catch up on stuff."

"Alright. Bye." Then Olivia went inside the building to attend. It was remarkably early for her to arrive here, compared to the many others who will soon be coming from everywhere to discuss the future of this alliance.

Stranger is transported down with a number of security bots. Taking a look around his surroundings, he smiled.

"I knew there would be something exiting happen soon, we all needed it in UTA."

one of the bots confusedly asked in it's monotone voice "what do you mean by exciting? is there going to be trouble sir?"

"i don't believe so, but this means a new era in the diplomatic missions within Elysium of heroes, we have shown in many, many wars that we can destroy, here, we can show that we can do more than that. We must show that we are more than a loose cannon to be aimed at an opponent. Our goals here are to maintain friendship, and perhaps build some new friendships."

Tilting it's head to one side, the droid replied "Roger Roger, but sir, I must wonder where our original goals to enhance all life by making them like us went. we assimilated the borg, and for a time we were feared properly, as an empire should be, but now most of our wars are fought for others, not to expand us or to assimilate others..."

Stranger shakes his head. "Our time of being a feared empire ended when the Android God realized that perhaps allies were better than just raw power. Other people think of different things, and where would the massive army of ours be if not, for an example, the cloning facilities in which the technology was given to us for peace? Would you exist had we not stopped to think of the benefits of an alliance? These are the reasons we attend such affairs as this. I have found that more often than not, it is the things that others do that shape your fate than the actions you take yourself..."

"Understood sir, let us proceed to the mission. We don't want to be late for such an important thing now do we?"

concealing a smirk within the dark hood of his, stranger replies "no, we would not wish to be late now would we?" and looks up with a smirk at the security camera...

Supreme Commander Cody, along with High Generals Fox and Rex walk over to the Stormwrathian delegation. "Greetings, welcome to the great Planetcity of Corascent. I hope you had a great trip here." Cody looks over to the Lone Warriors. He waves them over.

"Gah, they have clankers." said Rex. "They got those from some planets they took from us during the War."

"Yeah, but at least we are at peace with them now." says Fox.

"Yeah, fortunately. Hell, they are one of the strongest allies we have."

"Well that's what happens when you go around assimilating other cultures' technologies."

"Yep."

Olivia smiled and replied, "Greetings, Supreme Commander Cody. I am Olivia Merced, representative of the Interstellar Empire of Stormwrath. A pleasure to meet you." After being greeted by the Supreme Commander of the Galactic Clone Army, she pulled out her wristwatch and activated the hologram. Displayed on it was a three-dimensional image of a Pikmin blowing what looked like a hunting horn.

"Shall we all go inside and begin the Summit?" asks Cody

OOC: My first FT post.

A sleek starship gracefully descended over the famous planet city. This was the Valaran Empire's first official visit to their allies, and so an appropriately impressive vessel was chosen to transport their representatives, with its curving fins and large prow creating a rather distinctive silhouette.

Inside, senior ambassador Aralek Varstan waited patiently to meet his fellow representatives. Emperor Varkalen had given him considerable operational autonomy on what to discuss, even what to decide for the Empire. It was quite a considerable burden, but the veteran Ambassador was untroubled; he had done this plenty of times before. In fact, he would almost go as far to say that he was confident of the success of proceedings here.

Soon the clearance to land was given, and small shuttle detached from the main ship, speeding away into the upper atmosphere.
His assistants chatted excitedly as the legendary skyscrapers came into view. "You'd think, that after the number of times I've seen this place in video games, they would actually do it justice." noted Siastan Ordain with a smile.

"Really? All you could think on seeing Coruscant was how it compared in games? How did you even become an ambassador again?" replied Verdana, legal assistant to the senior ambassador.

"Through my irresistible charm and magnetic personality, of course." He responded without missing a beat, still wearing that infuriating smile.

Verdana sighed. Seriously that guy could be an asshole sometimes she thought. Luckily, before any squabble could break out, the transport stopped; they had arrived.

"Yes, I think we should start the summit", Olivia replied. "Let's hope the others can arrive soon."

The delegates present then went inside the summit room, which happened to be Conference Room 2B. It was designed with the impression of power, and so it had a dark color and a minimal glow in the room. It was perfect for such.

The clunky shuttle made the final descent to Corascent. "GET ME OFF OF THIS THING!" shouts Steve Rogers. "Yo Cap, cool off." replies Hawkeye. Agent Romanov just rolls her eyes. "Wow, this thing is not really that good. I do not like it! R&D should have done better!" says Coulson, who is Piloting. "What do you expect from reverse engineering a half destroyed shuttle from GCA?" asks Romanov. "True, true. I just wish I had the Bus. That is a trustful plane. I may even want Agent May with us." The 3 others look at him. "The Cavalry? Why, are you expecting trouble?" Coulson look at them hard "No, and don't call her that. She is a better pilot than me, that is why I want her." They all look taken aback "Oh" they all mutter.

The first issue on our plate is the creation of a charter. Who would like to propose one?

The Shuttle started to pitch forward. "What's going on!?" Shouts Steve Rogers. "Hi ground, the is the SHIELD shuttle. We are experiencing difficulties landing. Could you help." asked Colson.

Stranger looks up at the very turbulent buffeted shuttle, and reaches his hand out. Quickly, the shuttle power is turned off, and it telekinetically lowered to the ground with a soft thud, no harm done to any of the passengers. He quickly teleports into the shuttle, and for the first time the passengers inside meet Stranger.



Stranger says in a deep voice "Come now, we don't want to be late for the summit now do we?"

he bows his head for a moment, and the ship power comes back on, and the shuttle door opens.



meanwhile Shadow is at the summit, within the shadows. listening to this talk of charters numbly. he angrily mutters to himself "Damn it, where is Stranger? He is the one that knows what this stuff is and can talk, the charismatic one, how the hell did I end up here while he's probably out there doing something exciting... what is a charter anyways and why would it matter?"

Baffled, Colson walks out "What?" The 3 others follow him out. "Coulson, what just happened?" "I don't know, but let's get to the summit. "
