Dyste wouldn't be a good fit for Zombie stuff either; Draconids would most likely be immune, or their scales would be too though to properly infect, and healing magic is pretty common anyways.
I wear teal, blue & pink for Swith
There is a fifth dimension beyond that which is known to man. It is a dimension as vast as space and as timeless as infinity. It is the middle ground between light and shadow, between science and superstition, and it lies between the pit of man’s fears, and the summit of his knowledge. This is the dimension of imagination.

This sucks, as FT civilizations are known to be Zombie-free forever.

Until an entire starship of super alien space zombies crashes into your capital.
Or a star with mutagen light transforms your population.
Or a device of strange portent gives evil sentience to all decaying matter on your planet.
Or a psychic effect of an eldtrich origin causes mental and physical changes in your populace.
Or any other fun Luxan weapons/tools of a similar caliber.
My nation frequently raises the dead to serve as labor's or servants of various kinds. Mostly that of other races so its not too inconceivable that something unexpected or dangerou might happen on an FT world near us.

I'm thinking most of the FTers would have the same approach. I can't imagine Planeia's people being infected (or not making a cure). Swith's people would fashion a cure and be done with it. My species most likely wouldn't be infected although we might be the ones eating all the zombies.
I'll pass your message on to her. She was online earlier today. Feel free to drop her a TG. She adores you.

That's why we eat our fallen comrades.

Swith's done some work on a banquet. We might launch that this weekend if people are up for it.
