Shouldn't that be separate? A constitution isn't something that changes a lot, while contributions come and go often. As for defining it, it can go in the 'branches' section.

Also another suggestion; Maybe a different section for each branch? (Trade, Military, Diplomacy..)

Shouldn't that be separate? A constitution isn't something that changes a lot, while contributions come and go often. As for defining it, it can go in the 'branches' section.

As an observer, I will fully maintain my neutrality, both OOC/out-of-character and IC/in-character. I am simply curious, and want to hear the story (preferably as objectively told as possible)

I am sorry to hear something bad happened while I was away... I did not know what happened, but this is not unique to your alliance. A lot of past alliances have ended up the same, breaking up, or reconstructed/rebuilt, etc. You guys can rise to new height, I am sure, and can perhaps make up with one another (Israela and the other people), as after all, friendships surely count more than some IC alliance..?

That is just my opinion though, as I have said, I am fully neutral, as an observer member of the International Union. When you guys are threatened, I will be there for you. Other than that, I am looking forward for the rebirth of the International Union with a mix of curiosity (in a good way) and optimism. Good luck with whatever project/plan you guys are having at the moment.
