The Motherland delegate; Griken Converskii quickly rushes over to the delegate area by foot. He dashes through a large crowd of people, carrying diffrent assortments of things as he runs into the doors for entry. He holds his large books and diplomat papers, while one reading 'Playboy; foreign addition.' The people get out of his way as he runs down the street, and crossing streets in which cars Honk at him due to the time. Sadly, the driver could only go so far from the airport, and he had to run like the wind to make it to the IFA room. Once he sees the doors, he runs in and finds the seat in which says 'UL DELEGATION' and takes a seat.

He pokes at the microphone, just to make sure its working. The UL delegation was present before any others. Surely, this had to have some everlasting impression on the IFA.

(Sorry for so short, crisis time!)

The Vangazi delegate arrived and took his seat with little fanfare. He carried the note stating that Vangaziland would up its commitment to the IFA RRF to 5,000 soldiers with 500 MOWAG Piranha V APCs and 250 MOWAG DURO IIIP Gun Trucks.. He came ready to debate and discuss prospects with other alliances as the Foreign Minister of the IFA.

President Albanov greets the delegate from United Motherland and Vangaziland.

He says to the UL delegate, "I hope you enjoy your state here in our beautiful capital. As you know we both reject Fascism and Communism. We value freedom, and we want any cooperation to reflect that. We want to have normal relations with the UL. It is crucial for world stability."

He also tells the delegate from Vangaziland, "Good to have you friend, you are doing a fine job as FM of the IFA."

FSC delegates Prime Minister Benjamin Rachel and Foreign Minister Jay Fallon entered the main building. Rachel turns to Fallon, "So, do you think it's the time to tell the Alliance the big news?" Rachel asks Fallon.

"We should wait until the final parts of the summit so that we can still provide assistance and not to leave awkwardly," Fallon states.

"Good idea, no need for controversies,"

President Albanov greets his good friend Benjamin Rachel and Jay Fallon. "Good to have brotherly Corenea here. You have been with us from the start, good to see old friends here. We are going to straighten out all these cooperation rumors once and for all. I have some advisers telling me that it would be best if IFA acts as a moderate "bridge" between leftist and fascist alliances and nations. Others are firm in the belief that the IFA needs to take a more aggressive stance against Communism and not be such a moderate bridge. Your opinion of course is very important here. "

"Thank you Mr. President", Hans Gudden replied. He handed over the note with the troop numbers to President Albanov. "Our country is upping it's troop support to one Brigade of standard infantry and one battalion of Rangers.. Here is the note as a reminder. And it has been my pleasure working as the Foreign Minister."

“The outcome of this summit, depending on its nature, could potentially force us to seriously reconsider our relationship with the International Freedom Alliance. You are all aware of this, but it is a fact which I must reiterate to ensure that we all do not forget the importance of the summit.” Richard Harrison, the President of the United Provinces of New Korongo, said quietly to the other members of the Korongolese delegation as they entered the Great Hall of the Republic. In addition to Harrison, the delegation was composed of James Strickland, Adam Bragg, Rebecca Holst, and Elizabeth Howard. Strickland was the minister of defence, Bragg was the undersecretary of foreign affairs, Holst was the minister of trade, and Howard was a Korongolese legal expert. The presence of so many important individuals reflected the importance of the summit in the eyes of the Korongolese government.

Ambassador Seward arrived, looking slightly worn, having escaped some explosive peace talks which went badly wrong. He walks towards Han Gudden and Prime Minister Aaron Sheppard.

The Supreme Chancellor walked into the great hall in Musrum with his minister for defence and trusty advisor, Régulo Moran. He approached President Albanov smiling and with an outstretched hand.

"Mr. Albanov, I've heard so much about you!"

Walker Thompson strolled nonchalantly into the meeting hall and walked to President Albanov, shaking his hand eagerly. "Good morning, President! I have heard many good things about you from my friend, General Escili. I believe you met his in Russia. Thank you for inviting Ceneria to the summit." Thompson then took his place, unobtrusively placing a large Cenerian flag behind his chair.

Colonel Kravsky walked up to his seat and sat down. "Now, in my opinion, the issue concerning the IFA's cooperation with certain Alliances should be addressed first, as it is the one that affects most. I will be representing the UAS in this matter. We would appreciate it if the UL Delegates spoke first." He said.

Prime Minister Charles Stanforth and Foreign Minister James Berry left the airport side by side, continuing their complex conversation that had begun on the plane. Berry opened his dark colored briefcase to reveal a large pile of documents setting out aims and hopes for the country, but put them back inside just as the car stopped.

Entering the building of the summit, they were escorted to the room, and the two representatives made sure to greet all the other diplomats, ambassadors, and world leaders gathered at the conference. The PM greeted to Richard Harrison, and then found President Albanov, of Bratislav. "Greetings, Mr. President; I'm Gibberish Prime Minister Stanforth. I'm sorry the King couldn't attend, he sends his regards; he couldn't attend because of...a crisis back home, to say the least. Admittedly, our government hasn't been too participative in the IFA, and we wish to amend that in this conference."

Although we know the basics, we don't know the details of what has been happening in the IFA for the past month or so; can you bring me up to speed on some recent developments?"

"If only I could reduce it so easily, President. So much has occurred. As you know there has been a war between the UL and the OEN, while despite my best efforts at various peace talks (link below for the latest one), tensions remain between the UL, CU and the New Axis. All sides have repeatedly asked the IFA to intervene on their behalf, though we remain largely neutral. Meanwhile there have been a steady stream of more minor events and wars that involve these alliances and other pacts that are now appearing (The Bulgaria-Cyprevus Alliance and Thriscoli pacts to name just two). On the more positive aspects, we are holding a world Fair, now have a council with resolutions, and wish to seek closer relations with your alliance. I should add, this is a brief summary, and one which belies the complexity of many of these events, and I certainly have missed out others. It has been, shall we say, exhausting attempting to resolve these issues, though my nation has done its best. I hope this is informative enough to act as a starting point."
