3rd meeting of the AXIS PACT (Closed to the Axis powers)

Postby Asigna » Sat May 03, 2014 1:18 am

Sorry guys if it took me a while to make the thread but here it is!

-Axis only.

Punong palace, Kapitalia city (on what was once called "NCR"), Philippines

"GOOD BYE!" Terten angrily slammed the telephone back in the receiver. It was simply unbelievable, a political analyst had just told them the Axis was losing to newer and seemingly more organized alliances in terms of efficiency and relevancy. President Erin Terten, as one of the founders of the alliance, ought to fix the main problem of the alliance, which was disorganization and apparent lack of active participation by showing that the Axis powers could be more united and more organized in a summit which he calls as "meeting" because he thinks calling the meeting as a "summit" would make the Axis sound like a mere talk shop between nations). He forcibly called several officials which he simply calls "maids", mostly the staff he considered was least important to him, the foreign ministry. The foreign ministress though, was exempted and was able to gain Terten's favor to act as the "vice hostess of the meeting".

Adriano meanwhile joined in with his other colleagues he is close to in the parliament in preparing the place for the alliance meeting which apparently was going to be treated as if it were some ceremonial celebration. The propaganda minister and his colleagues started by hanging
Phis (ϕ) all over the buildings in the roads where Boss Terten's motorcade was assigned going to run across. As soon as all the preparations were declared done, immediately, telegrams were sent to all the Axis pact heads of states inviting every single one of them to come and join the meeting. Members of the Asigna party started flocking down the street wearing civilian clothes. Although Adriano, the propaganda minister claimed that the audience included people from "all classes and occupations" (including "soldiers, doctors, scientists, artists, engineers and architects, teachers, white collars") it was evident to outsiders that the propagandist had carefully selected his listeners.

Terten refused to ride a car and rather chose to ride a motorcycle along with his personal guards so that it would appear to the population that he is one with them, mostly because he wanted to look cool in shades and helmet while wearing leather. The motorcade started as early as 6:00 AM while the sun was still not hot. As marching music started to play, everywhere were Terten's motorcade passed was greeted by (the carefully arranged) crowds saluting the passing motorcade with raised clenched fists while shouting "Mabuhay!" and other republican patriotic slogans.

Terten finally arrived at the foreign ministry building in Pasay city, where the meeting was to take place. The building, which was previously known to be a very messy and disorganized one (since the foreign ministry officials had been treating it like their house), had been massively refurbished in order for it to be able to accommodate a lot of people and so that it would appear grander than it is to the foreign guests. Because of the previous mess, the stench of the building was so strong that it huge tanks of neutrinol had to be sprayed for the smell to be neutralized completely. After all the mumbo jumbo, everything was done.

(OOC: Retconned the last one; I'm having second guess about playing as demo(n)cracy and ending Crimson Storm like that)

Major General Muhammad Khuzairi of the Sabahan Army had been assigned as the temporary representative for the Stratocratic Repblic of Sabah, as both Vice Fuhrers; Marshal Corrington and Admiral Cassandra James are unable to leave the Holy Borneon Empire for a more pressing national matter. To be honest, the two stars himself is somewhat annoyed with having to answer to a sudden foreign 'summoning', as he half expected that this 3rd 'Summit' would turn out to be nothing more than a mere talk shop, as the how the trends had continued, the Axis becoming more like a NATO, "no action, talks only".

As waste of time as some of his peers had called it before he had left to the Empire northern's neighbors; Philippines, the land where the Kiram terrorist had originated. He thought about his last war in Area 0 last year, how his last command was a Brigade Combat Team responsible for the defense of Tawau, as the embassy staff vehicle continued to travel in the traffic, headed to the conference table, he had hoped that this summit would become more productive/

Who knows, perhaps he even get the chance to advanced himself as a diplomat for his country...

A gold plated plane had arrived directly from Shadforad and many soldiers and Opatseg agents had been in formartion outside the plane with their right arms stretched out in the roman salute ready to praise the important occupant just about to get out, after that the national anthem of Bolrieg was played instrumentally as High King Hegrod IX himself stolled from the plane into his personal limo and convoy also brought in from Bolrieg, when the Lord Aldaes clattered about the place he had to take the bus to the meeting so the convoy wouldn't face embarrassment despite http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ug51lJHg-iU (the tune to the Bolriegian anthem I'll think up some lyrics later) blaring as loudly as possible on route to the meeting.

A big, black plane landed on the Manila airport. Inside, Za'im Gen. Saddam Al - Omar, leader of Omarist Derna, looked outside. With him was also Gen. Ibn Yasser of HAWAA armed wing. Both men were sitting next to each other and continued talking, exchanging ideas of what to bring up on Axis summit. Omar, who was sworn enemy of Red Menace, wanted to push them out of the middle east. That was his goal - and he will accomplish it.

The plane has landed. At first, nothing happened. Then, four armed men left the plane, acting as advance team. They searched whole area, and when they found nothing, signal was given. Another five men left the plane, in pentagonal formation escorting Za'im Al-Omar inside. These were black uniformed men, with short versions of G3 in their hands.
Then, four members of HAWAA - in kefiyah, with AK74U in their hands - escorted HAWAA commander outside.

They both entered motorcade, and the motorcade moved towards the place where conference had to be. When they entered, two men sat on their places. Al-Omar was ready to deliver a speech about situation in the middle east, and what to do there.

Another large aircraft landed at the Manila airport this time it was white. It was carrying 8 men and the leader of the Grand Horde himself, Great Khan Raseri I. Raseri waited for the guards to give the advance search and they gave a clenched fist meaning all clear. Raseri I was clad in his tribal outfit that he always wore to diplomatic events. He was escorted out of the plane with the men in a square formation to a large motorcade and the guards opened the door for him, politely. The motorcade then transported the Khan and his personal guards to the conference area. "Tack" Raseri said politely to the driver. He than took his seat in the main area meeting and waited for the other delegates to arrive and talk.
Suicide.

A Zataristani IL-96 landed on Manila International Airport. It was carrying the supreme leader,Mahmoud al Hafeez, and the leader of Islamic Guardians of The Levant,Nasser Saqqaf Al-Zaman.He was brought along with the supreme leader to meet the leader of HAWAA,Derna's counterpart.Infact IGL's goal and HAWWAs goal was almost the same-Extremination of extremists trough real Jihad. The only difference is that IGL has 100 percent Islamic(Sunni and Shia) fighters.
After the plane landed, the motorcade brought them to the building, and then Nasser and Hafeez took their seat beside the Dernians.

Za'im Saddam Al-Omar and Gen. Khamis ibn Yasser went towards Zataristani delegation. They both smiled and looked on their Arab brothers, and then spoke:

" Salaam Brothers!" said Gen. Al-Omar, smiling " It is an honour to see you here, another brother of great Arab Nation. I hope that this summit will serve us well!"

Then spoke Gen. ibn Yasser:

" I am glad we are here. We must throw away our differences to fight against Wahhabi plague, or we will be conquered. I plan on delivering a speech about situation in the Middle East to all Axis members, so we can get some support to our cause!"

Instead of Terten, several journalists flocked in huge numbers around Mahmoud bombarding him with questions.

"What do you think about the fall of Sabah's fuhrer?"

"Would you address to all of us that your version of Islamism which is battling Jihad with Jihad is quite controversial since the bayan itself is opposed to all forms of religious extremism particularly Islam?"

"Would you be willing to take orders from the new general secretary if ever he contradicts with your ideology and turns out to be a bigger rightist extremist than how Gen sec Marcus was?"

As more questions were asked, more and more reporters poured into the foreign ministry building from the outside. That was until several men, wearing dark blue nazi like uniforms fired spark guns to catch the attention of every journalist. "SHUT UP!" Said one of the men, the KK agents, the paramilitary police organization of Asigna Philippines. However, the man to shout to silence the crowd of journalists."SHUT THE FUCK UP! PUTA!" He hissed loudly as the journalists backed down from the supreme leader.

"I want you all to say that you're merely journalists...you are not in the position to attack someone especially a foreign head of state! You all would ask your questions orderly and with discipline! Otherwise my gun will accomodate!" He exclained while showing them his little silver pistol. "Ha?"

The journalists then bowed in shame as they started to fall in line asking the same questions to the supreme leader one by one. The serious shit tpe KK guy who scolded the journalists approached Mahmoud looking down. "I'm so sorry your eminence!" He kissed his right hand before he touched the supreme leader's hand with his right hand. "Please...understand us..." He said as he bowed repeatedly a few times before he stood straight back up saluting the Muslim leader. "Mabuhay!" He greeted. "I'm inspector Raul Gutierez, in charge of the local precint and here to bring order in this barbaric journalist infested rat hole. Pleased to meet you. Are you looking for boss Terten if may i ask?"

Pasay City

The Sabahan motorcade finally arrived, and the Major General which is to represent Sabah entered the building, and was immediately surrounded by the flocks of journalist and the like. They must have took notice of the waving Sabahan flags at the front of the government car.

Damn pesky tabloids.

"Sir, can you tell us who is going to become the next Fuhrer?" Khuzairi didn't answer that. He couldn't as he himself didn't know what will happen in the future. The political debate is still ongoing at the moment.

"Sir, there's a rumor that Fuhrer-President Alexander Markus was murdered and not -" The Major General waved a hand, let it hang in the air, and stopped walking. Flashes of camera blinded him.

"We heard a rumor that Sabah is going to enter a state of civil war, please comment on that, Major General!" Then the small electronic device, with the shape of a ring worn on his finger, were activated. It emitted a small burst of invisible electromagnetic pulse were unleashed, temporarily disrupt the electronic device within a 10 feet radius.

"I have no comment on these matters. Now please excuse me. I will meet with your President now." he said, then casually walked away. He finally be able to enjoy his surrounding, taking notice of its architectural style, and the decoration in the interior. Making his way toward the Asignian President.

Just as Mahmoud was about to reply to the Dernians,a flock of journalist bombarded him.
Mahmoud covered his laugh with a cough and a closed fist to the mouth. He finds the KK agents shouting at the journalists quite funny.

Eh?Terten?who?erm...yah,I am looking for Terten.

Mahmoud replied to the KK agent whom he though is a bit creepy.
Meanwhile,Revolutionary Guards surrounds Mahmoud to guard him from journalists.

The Sabahan Major General's show stunned the reporters who looked at their devices in shock.

"Who is that guy?" One of the reporters asked as the others scratched their heads trying to process in their heads what just happened.

Meanwhile, in the foreign ministry building, the main big door opened and right outside, a group of motorcycles stopped while the crowd behind the biker convoy continued cheering their salutes repeatedly and in unison. "MABUHAY! MABUHAY! MABUHAY!" They thundered while they pumped their clenched fists in the air repeatedly. One of the bikers fully concealed behind the leather suit and a helmet stepped in the building and took off his helmet in front of the delegation which had just arrived.

It was Terten. The Filipino punong (leader) scanned his surroundings noticing that some had already arrived earlier than expected. He first identified the ones that he thought "stood out". Muhammad Khuzairi, the one he heard was sent by the one who was going to succeed his old friend Marcus (even though he had never met Marcus in person), King Hegrod IX, the monarch of Bolrieg's empire which he recalled last time he visited, he thought he was going to be his big rival, Saddam Al - Omar, the pan Arab Omarist Dernan leader which he had not even bothered to make contact with because of his lack of free time to do so, well, at least until now.

"Well! Let's get things started ladies and gentlemen! A lot of you had come earlier than anticipated...MAGALING! Splendiferous! Wunderbar!" He clapped his hands in delight. The journalists who flocked around Mahmoud suddenly were dragged out by the KK guards. The sounds of "MABUHAY! MABUHAY! MABUHAY!" which thundered from the crowds outside continued before the door was suddenly shut by one of the uniformed KK officers.

He casually walked across the hall of the main building past the leaders but it didn't take long before he suddenly stumbled and landed on the ground on his face. Getting back up, he that he just slipped on a banana peel which is really infuriating considering he was trying his best to look cool and edgy to the other people as much as possible.

"Oh dear those tabloids better not be recording this! THIS IS EMBARASSING!..." He said to himself as he got back up before glaring around trying to see who he could pin the blame of randomly dropping a banana peel on the floor.

"WHO DID IT? SINO YUN?" He shouted before he turned to a random KK agent who was right beside him. "WAS IT YOU?"

"N-no....B-boss!" The agent stuttered. "I would never do something like that! It's barbaric and undisciplined!"

"Bah! You pain me with your baseless denials...it's pretty obvious you did that!" Terten exclaimed before he wiped the agent's mouth and suddenly tasted it making the other people who saw that squeak in disgust.

"Banana....See! It was you! I'll see you after this meeting Gino'ng (Mr.) Ramos!" Terten said crossed as he walked casually turning back to the heads of states.

"Ladies and gentleme-" "This is my line!" Interrupted a woman wearing glasses. "My name is Rosa Rivera! i'll be the host for this supranational meeting! Please proceed to the meeting hall which will be as big as a church..so don't be surprised!"

"Hup hup hup! There's plenty more time for arguments in the conference room!" Rosa said trying to calm Hegrod down.

The march into the conference room went as ceremonial as possible. Several dark green uniformed guards carrying Axis banners goose stepped along with the sides of the delegation who were entering the room. As soon as the delegates were on their seat, Rosa climbed up through a stylish staircase that lead to the top of the tall stage where the podium was.

"PANAWAG! ACHTUNG! ATTENTION! THE ANTHEM OF THE AXIS!" Rosa announced her voice boomed through the speakers on the sides of the room.

The Axis anthem "One glorious" played through the speakers. At first, only the guards seemed to sing along before Terten stepped up the stage and started to wave a baton doing a four fourths time signature gesture in an effort to have everyone sing along to the alliance anthem.

"...Nations uniting!
Come my friends face red fewer
The time is high, to see world newer
Arising from ashes, arising from armies...."

"Wonderful! wonderful!" Another woman spoke through another podium which was a pale woman with heavy make up who was a nameless official still unknown to many. "And now...we move on to the opening statement of the general secretary of the pact....-"

"PSSST!" One guy called from the very back of the room trying to you his hands to gesture the message "Abort! Abort! The General secretary is dead..." "Oh! Then we should have the representative of the General secretary to speak and offer a short address to brief the situation of our alliance before we move on to the real deal which is discussing how to remedy the problems with our alliance."

Major General Khuzairi was somewhat startled when he heard the announcement made by the master of ceremony, he didn't expect to be making a speech, and he didn't have a writer prepared one as well, but nevertheless, he knew and confident enough that he could make an impromptu speech right here, right now. He looked around, then started to walk toward the podium, as a non caucasian, he stood at 5'8'', somewhat tall for a Borneon native, but still no where near than the average of 6'1'' for most Sabahan, the thought of whether the rest of these fine gentlemen will judge him from his external appearance crossed his mind, but dismissed them immediately as they are not important.

An Asignian protocol officer helped adjust the microphone before he began to speak.

"Ladies and Gentlemen, to his Excellency President Terten, and Ms. Rivera, our beloved hosts and also the Founder of the Cebu Cooperation Pact, without whom we're probably would not be gathered here today. Thank you for giving me this opportunity to give a speech which I promised to the best of my ability I will not take too long of your time. And also, the the other Head of Governments, Head of States, for all member nations of the Axis Alliance.

"As you probably had known, our beloved leader, His Excellency, Fuhrer-President Alexander Markus, had passed away not too long ago, and Sabah is still experiencing an ongoing transition to a new Fuhrer-President, and for that, I wish to apologize, as both Vice Fuhrers; Field Marshal Corrington von Vlad, and also Vice Fuhrer Admiral of the Fleet Cassandra James are both unable to attend for a more pressing demand back in our capital. But don't worry I will be representing the Holy Borneon Empire as the steward of the Secretary General for the remainder of our two weeks term before we pass it over to our Arab Union friend over there."

"As for the state of our Axis, I must say this, unfortunately,

"It is in our opinion that, the Cebu Cooperation Pact must continue to undergo reform, in order to strengthen this alliance. Recently several of our members had threatened to leave this organization, for reasons that they only understood. Also, there was a talk about disbanding this Alliance, which must have grieved our late Fuhrer President Markus, that he exhaled his final breathe, on how infighting had weakened this organization to the point of crisis.

"Such incident were indeed tragic, and was simply UNACCEPTABLE." the Major General emphasized on the last word. Making a serious expressions, then paused as he starred at the face of the Axis leaders one by one.

"If words alone is suffice to weakened us, then we are, ladies and gentlemen, is in a lot more worst situation that we had ever think of. Political bickering, though unavoidable, must not be allowed to destroy us. The entire communist must be laughing at us. They don't even have to fire a single bullet at us."

"Ladies and gentlemen, let us reflect those incident within ourselves, and ask, "are we really that weak?

"It is time for action, ladies and gentlemen...we must strike fear into the heart of the red menace. For every time we fought against one another, they laughed at us. Let us discard any animosity toward one another. Let us put aside our differences. Let us all uphold the Charter and adhere to all our agreed principles."

"Let us, redirect our stance toward the communist, and be able to make war against the communist horde, for as long we remain on the defensive posture, we will not be able to do great things."

"I do not wish to speak any longer than this, ladies and gentlemen. That is all from me. Peace be upon you." the general concluded, then head back to his seat.

The speech was broadcasted as holographic outside the foreign ministry while crowds gathered to march. At first they thought Khuzairi was trying to say that the Axis was hopeless but the ending part filled them with euphoria as if they were once again rejuvinated with a new patriotic feeling. The feeling that the Axis is invincible, Axis patriotism. An applause thundered from the outside before the applause evolved into chants once again. "MABUHAY! MABUHAY! MABUHAY!" They shouted.

Terten clapped though he kept his face blank as he did so. Inside, he was very surprised and impressed. He was so moved by Khuzairi's speech that he almost shed a tear but he shrugged it off and pounded his gavel on the table.

"The session for the first meeting has begun. For the meantime..." Terten sniffed. "..Markus..the fuhrer-President of the Holy Borneon empire has recently passed away. But it is clear he doesn't want us seeing that we suddenly parted to our own ways and abandoned a struggle we so want to finish...the struggle against international Bolshevism which terrorizes the whole world.

We are about to do so by now arranging our forces and start our first preliminary order of battle for the Axis army. Any thoughts ladies and gentlemen please press the button right in front of you..." He said as he pressed the button in front of him as a demonstration.

BUZZ!

"Yep...that's the button opo!...it works alright! So...any thoughts on the matter i just told you?"

"Perhaps it would be a good idea, to explain more on this so called Axis Army? We've never had a single unified command before, even the Office of the Grand Allied Commander simply coordinate military operations." Axis Army sounded like a unified command, but made up of what? Major General Khuzairi looked confused, he pressed the big red button while wondering what sort of program it is, as the Charter certainly do not have any clause pertaining the creation of one.

"The Axis army is a single unified army made out of what the member states had contributed. Perhaps we could set a simple easy to control force as much as...um..." Terten started pressing on buttons of a calculator. "5,000,000 to 10,000,000 at least. The Grand allied commander would coordinate military operations while the chief commanders, i meant, commander in chiefs would get the liberty to withdraw their armies from battle once they think it's time their own forces should rest from being an Axis soldier for a while. Any objections please press the red buttones!"

"We also might want to change the name as 'Axis Army' is not quite a...how do you call it an interesting name."

"I believe this Army would be better served if we are to form a them as an administration unit, where members can rotate existing forces into it for operations. Members should not relinquish command of their own forces, and they should act like a Quick Reaction Force, or a Rapid Deployment Force. Also, each members should host one of these unit on their own soil, if they are willing to open their base."
